The first 6 days were great and we had a great tour guide/driver. When we were dropped off at the Hotel Cabin on 9/21 and went to check in, we were not on the list of tour travelers. They checked and …The first 6 days were great and we had a great tour guide/driver. When we were dropped off at the Hotel Cabin on 9/21 and went to check in, we were not on the list of tour travelers. They checked and found we were booked for 9/20. We then had to pay for the night and were charged 31,473 Icelandic Krona, which is $259.38 US dollars. I called Bus Travel Iceland (+3545393111) and was told that they had made a mistake and we would be re-imbursed for the charge. The re-imbursement has not been credited to the credit card yet. When will this happen? Day 7 was very stressful. Our new guide/driver again was great, but it was an 11 hour tour. Too long. Also, the roads were very bumpy and it caused some back pain for my wife.

Overall, the tour is good. The three tour guides (one for the six days tour, the other two for the two trips respectively ) are all good, especially Beggi.
