We were a group of six who requested a customized tour with some of our own suggestions. Lahiru did a fantastic job designing our tour, and the price was also suitable for us. We stayed at various surf camps in Hikkaduwa, Mirissa, and Arugambay, all of which were incredibly enjoyable and laid-back. We made lots of friends, connecting with like-minded travelers along the way. The surf instructors were all very friendly and experienced. Transportation was comfortable; we had a nice van with a driver and a wonderful guide who assisted us throughout the entire tour, making our experience even more enjoyable. A big shoutout to Lahiru and the crew at SkyHaven Tours. Highly recommend them. Cheers!

At every game park we visited, the guides inquired about our interests (knowing that we weren't particularly enthusiastic about Leopards spotting) and tailored the drives accordingly. They engaged in discussions with us before each drive, giving us the opportunity to make adjustments as needed. Throughout the journey, we were regularly consulted on whether to continue exploring a particular area or move on. The guides were very knowledgeable and provided a wide variety of information as we waited in hope. The guide, understanding our excitement, willingly paused the journey, allowing us to savor those moments instead of rushing forward. All Early morning and afternoon/evening game drives were continuously full of surprises as you never knew what was just around the corner!! We would highly recommend SkyHaven Tours and especially this trip.

Our safari experiences were truly fascinating. We had highly skilled and professional drivers for each national park visit. They were knowledgeable and attentive, making sure we saw all the animals we hoped for while also sharing valuable insights about their behavior.

Sri Lanka truly is a hidden paradise. Before I decided to visit, I asked around for travel recommendations and everyone mentioned popular places like Bali and Thailand. No one mentioned Sri Lanka, but after doing some research and watching travel blogs, I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I had an incredible time and I’m so happy I chose to explore the country with the best tour company in Sri Lanka. From my first email full of doubts to the last hug at the airport, Lahiru was amazing. He helped me plan everything and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the whole trip. As a solo traveler coming from the other side of the world, I felt completely safe from the moment I first reached out to him until I saw him at the airport on my way home. It’s honestly hard to say goodbye. I only spent 10 days there, but we became good friends. Leaving Sri Lanka and saying goodbye to Lahiru felt like a heartbroken moment for me, but I will definitely be back to explore more of this island paradise in 2026.

This tour covered everything listed in the itinerary. There were only eight of us in the group, all women, and our guide was Lahiru, who is also the owner of Skyhaven. He was kind, respectful, and caring. We learned a lot about Sri Lanka from him, especially about his hometown, Kandy, which is my favorite city in the country. The train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella was particularly amazing beautiful and enjoyable. We also had a great time in Ella. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We experienced so much of what Sri Lanka has to offer, from ancient ruins and temples to wildlife and surfing. We engaged with traditional cultures in a cooking class and a village experience. I had my very first safari experience, where our group saw around 200 Asian elephants in Minneriya National Park. We were also lucky enough to spot a leopard and a sloth bear, along with other animals, in Yala National Park. We had a fantastic time on the beautiful beaches. Lahiru ensured that restaurants and evening activities were well-organized to meet everyone's needs, always providing excellent quality and value. The tour was brilliantly organized and flawless. I cannot recommend it enough.
