This tour was perfectly planned and carried out from start to finish! And our group leader Klaudia was just great! I would recommend it to everyone and would do it again myself.
The tour was incredible from start to finish. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do a group tour or travel solo and I’m so glad I went for the group. Our leader Klaudia was friendly and it was easy to talk to her if we had an questions before or during the trip. She helped each of us with recommendations of places to go in our free time and booked our onward travel for when the tour ended. Klaudia felt completely like part of our group and built good relationships with each of us taking an interest in what we did in our home countries and what we wanted from the trip. I’d recommend the Intro tours to anyone and hope their leader is as good as Klaudia was on ours! :) x

I went as a solo traveller, which was the first time I’d travelled alone, so was a little nervous but was immediately put at ease. The company has designed a tour which feels so well put together, you really get a full rounded travelling experience, and feel lucky to have seen Bali in a way I don’t think I could have if I did the trip alone! Everything was so well planned; the order of events, the logistics, the fantastic local guides we were introduced to etc.
Our group was lovely, a real mix of people from different countries. Most importantly our tour leader, Klaudia, was brilliant. I don’t think we could have asked for a better leader. She kept spirits high and really looked after us - I got the impression that if anything unexpected happened she would have been already one step ahead and would have a solution. I can’t sing her praises enough!
Can’t wait to travel with Intro Travel again, it’s been an amazing experience and will be recommending to everyone.

My husband and I decided to use intro travel for our trip to Bali and we are so glad we did. Our tour guide Klaudia was absolutely incredible. She always went out of her way to make sure we were havin…My husband and I decided to use intro travel for our trip to Bali and we are so glad we did. Our tour guide Klaudia was absolutely incredible. She always went out of her way to make sure we were having a good time and catered the tour to what she thought everyone would enjoy. The excursions were a combination of exciting, cultural, wholesome and relaxing. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, everything was taken care of. She set up a way for us all to share photos easily and chat with each other. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and Klaudia was extremely accommodating for that as well. I cannot speak highly enough of this trip. 10/10.
I want to say it was a solid tour and who mad it happen was our tour leader Angel - Klaudia. Thank you very much Klaudia for everything. We love you ❤️❤️❤️

Our tour leader Klaudia was amazing, so helpful and really knowledgeable about the tour, the local areas we visited and the local culture/ customs. Would highly recommend her individually as she is a super duper human being as well and will be with you every step of the way.

From accommodation to day trips to experiences, overall it’s an excellent introduction to Bali. Day trip guides provided great insight into country history, cultures and day to day lives. We couldn’t have wished for anymore in our tour leader Klaudia - a great fun personality to be leading this adventure, as well as a reliable and knowledgeable communicator. Always helpful and jolly whilst always keeping the tour going smoothly. We all had good onward travel planning advice and help from Klaudia which is a great addition of this Intro trip.
She really did make our experience in Bali and beyond as good as it possibly could be.
A tour I would recommend to anyone looking to visit a great part of the world.

Transport was always fixed for us. The itinerary was varied and busy, taking us around all parts of Bali. It was well suited for me as I was looking for lots of activities, but I think it seemed well suited for the party goers in my group as well.
The only thing which I think could be improved is the accommodation. I paid nearly 2000 GBP and was expecting more from the accomodation as it is a very cheap living on Bali. There were mostly 3-star, simple, non-luxurious hotels, some of which where the facilities (especially rooms and bathrooms) were very simple and could use upgrades.
All in all, I would absolutely recommend and do it over again!
