We had so many great adventures, snorkeling with the manta rays. Sunrise hike in Patur. Saw the komodo dragons. The boat trip was the highlight. Much love thanks. I appreciate it so much. Andre as a tour guide was so super! He always shared information and was so open and resepctful! THANK YOU!

Whilst the itinerary was clearly well thought out, tried and tested, it was Andres lovely spirit and ability to befriend us all that meant we felt like a little family throughout. He had excellent local knowledge and contacts that meant we felt truly integrated at every destination. Thank you Andre! I hope to meet you again on our travels someday!

The boattrip to Komodo was my absolute highlight. Thank you Andre for making this trip. Would recommend 10/10.
I couldn’t recommend this tour enough to anyone wanting to see a good balance between the more touristy highlights Bali has to offer and lots of beautiful spots more off the beaten path! The highlight for me was definitely our tour leader Andre! He made sure everything ran so smoothly and made every experience so much fun :) I reallyyy appreciated that everywhere we went he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find food that fit my dietary restrictions, even on the live aboard boat which was something I was worried about before booking the tour. I found all the activities to be extremely enjoyable and loved that there wasn’t many activities that we had to pay extra for. The sunrise volcano trek was around $40 CAD but definitely worth it for how amazing the experience was!! Overall my time on the 18 day Bali and beyond tour has been nothing short of amazing and would definitely love to do another tour with Andre from trutravels <3

There was no pressure to do anything and our guide Andre and the group …This was my first time traveling alone far from home, but I didn't feel alone, because I was welcomend and always taken care of. There was no pressure to do anything and our guide Andre and the group were open to any extra suggestions and ideas that came up. The places and activities were full of variety, from chill beach days, snorkeling, and surfing to sunrise hiking, sailing and going out. Especially the sailing to Komodo Island was a once in a lifetime experience. The views we saw still seem unreal and the memories we share will last forever. I will never forget the experiences and the amazing group I was so lucky to travel with. Thank you Andre for showing us the most amazing views, restaurants and hidden gems on this tour, loved every part of it <3

If I did another tour I hope Andre is the guide because he is truly amazing!! There was a range of fun activities available and I always felt safe because Andre always helped! There was a good mix of partying, culture and chilling in the sun!

Andre has been above and beyond exceptional. There are no words to describe this trip and the experience I have had! There are no words to describe this trip and the experience I have had! This is my first time “travelling” and before the trip Andre made a group chat with all members included so we could all have a good chat and get to know everyone. If we had any questions he would literally answer in milliseconds and alleviate any worries or stresses we had! We arrived on the trip a day early to settle, and even though Andre hadn’t started “work” he was kind enough to meet us and show us around where we were staying and gave us advice on the best places to eat, drink, chill etc - it really felt like the tour had already begun! I can’t believe how much fun I have had and how safe Andre has made me feel. We have experienced the most incredible things, from partying in the worlds best beach club, to seeing the temples, cooking in a local Balinese home, visiting the famous rice terraces, surfing, snorkelling with the turtles, seeing the monkeys - the list is endless! Andre told us on night one we would all become a family, and that we have. He gives time, effort and energy to everyone and bespokes the experience depending on what you want to get from the holiday. Want to party until 5am in the morning? He will stay out with you, want to skip an activity and head to the spa? He will make sure you go to the best one, get the best deal and make sure you text him if you have any problems. Life in England can be stressful, and “work work work” - this experience has allowed me to escape, and I genuinely can’t describe how happy I have been since I got here. This has hands down been the best experience of my life. I’m already racking my brains to see how I can earn more money to get on the next tour asap! Andre deserves a pay rise, all the promotions and so much more! can’t thank him and tru travels enough for making my first travelling experience so incredible - you guys have set the bar so high I am worried I now won’t beat it!

On top of that they both had great knowledge of the places and people that we were seeing. They made life so easy! I’ve enjoyed every second being here and since it’s my first tour I wasn’t sure what to expect. A large portion of this is because of Andre and Jel!!

I can’t recommend this tour enough and Andre the best tour guide who helped us through getting everything we needed to settle in in Bali. The accommodation they had us staying in was amazing I didn’t realise it was gonna be this nice. I met so many people I would call friends for life on this trip. If I could do it all over again I would in a heartbeat it was a once in a lifetime experience.

I landed 6 days before the tour started and immediately as I landed I was given a warm Welcome to Bali with all the information I needed the get places and places of interest. Throughout my days before the tour he showed me around to really nice restaurants and places to drink which I think was absolutely awesome. Genuinely passionate about his work is how I would describe Andre quick thinking and always smiling making sure everyone is okay. His knowledge of all islands and history is so interesting which I was personally looking too. I hope all first time travelers get to experience a tour leader like Andre the love and friendship I received is exactly what I needed on the tour . Andre is the best tour guide I’ve come across it was my absolute pleasure.
