He kept us well informed, was always helpful and friendly, although it was not easy for him to keep the group together!
Only the guide on the bus and boat tour to Oman was disinterested and unfriendly, his "commanding tone" was rude!

Points for improvement-
- Tour guide should be engaging and imparting lots of information regarding the sights, which I found lacking. There was no formal introduction even and most of the time, he was repeating some very basic information about the places unless asked further questions. He needs to have room numbers and some people's phone contacts to be better organised.
- Although it was not a problem for me being young, a lot of the locations are not truly accessible for people with mobility issues eg Wadis and this should be mentioned beforehand as they are essentially cannot be explored by the elderly.
- Nizwa fort should be included on the last day
- longer time at the mosque, the wadis and Nizwa souk
- restaurants need to be chosen to include vegetarian mains or this needs to be explained beforehand as I accidentally ate meat on the first night thinking it was the alternative vegetarian option, which it was not. The starters were the only veggie thing. Apart from this meal, the other meals were good/ ok

Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our gulet crew truly cared about us, both the kids and adults, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For our well-travelled children (aged 9 and 6) this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of their life - something they will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: They were also understanding even when we were late by an hour. Thanks for the great service. Thanks Hotels delicious food are well arranged and upto the expectation.

The hotels and food was nice. Not enough time to visit places. Guide is not very clear about giving information and have helpful manner. Our guide Nabil was very organised and kept the tour on schedule and we saw everything on the agenda. He was outstanding. Local guides at each city were excellent as well with their local knowledge.Witnessing the vast mosque at Medina was very special. The hotels for the 3&4 star tour were also excellent. The bus initially holding 13 tourists and the guide was big enough. Along with the train ride, you will do a few long days of travelling but you get to witness the spectacular desert scenery. We found the Saudi people very friendly and hospitable. This is a great time to visit Saudi Arabia as it is just getting used to tourists and they are keen to impress. My wife and I consider this to be one of our favourite trips and we travel a lot. Recommended..

The site is easy to navigate, explains the details, and makes booking very easy. They are also very responsive to emails and phone calls and promptly assist whenever needed. The trip I booked to Dubai was great! The itinerary was full of fun activities that I would probably have not been able to do and see for myself.

It was a wonderful, exhilarating, amazing experience. It exceeded up and beyond my expectations. Everything was great, the accommodation, food, transportation, varied activities, the knowledgeable tour guide(Ayaz Ahmed), PCR, pick up to and from the airport, and more.
I have recommended this tour to my friends who saw our pictures on Facebook.
