Seriously, Videl is that good at his job. He honestly made the trip 1000% better just by being there, he took care of everyone and made sure that everyone had what they needed, when they needed it. The Bali and beyond tour was a great experience which included seeing some incredible places. The tour was also made better by having Videl as a guide, he made sure that everyone was involved and was extremely knowledgeable on all the places we went. If you get a chance to do the Bali Tour and have Videl as you guide you will not regret it.

Howver, the accomodation we stayed in were decent but not worth the money I had paid for the tour. Most of the hotel breakfast were half decent and barely edible with lack of choices so it wasnt great. I wish there were more information on the 3 day live in abroad boat tour on the website. As myself and 19 other people were very surprised to find out that we will all be sharing and sleeping in one big room on a small mattress with only two toilets and only one shower allowed for the 3 day tour and with no facility to wash hands. I was actually expecting us to live on a bigger boat with more facilities. The places we got to visit during the boat stay were fantastic but the living condition on a small boat for a group of 20 people were not great. Howver, the boat crew members were absolutely lovely especially Rizky who made it fun and memorable. One of the main highlight from this tour was our tour guides Videl and Elias( for 10 days). Them two made it absolutely worthwhile, both were super fun and always helpful and easily approachable at anytime. Thanks to the Videl and Elias- always looking out for everyone and making this trip extra memorable for all the right reasons, I really enjoyed this tour despite all the not so great aspects. I would defintely fo another tour with this company again if only Videl and Elias were my tour leader.

Videl made us a family not just a group and we were so lucky to have made the most amazing memories with the best group of people. Videl was always prepared for any situation with his bag of tricks! We all miss him already! Even though we speak basically every day still! Thank you for the best trip ever! X

Although the tour was amazing in itself, it wouldn’t have been as good without our tour guide Videl. He always went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. He was able to share so much knowledge about the places we visited and the culture which was always really interesting. He would always make sure everyone was home safe after a night out which, for a female solo traveller, was always much appreciated. I would highly recommend this tour and Videl!

My favourite day was when me hiked a volcano for sunrise. Although this was not pad of the tour, Videl helped us organise it and made everything go smoothly.
There is lots of free time where Videl recommended the best bar’s attractions to visit.
But most of all Videl glued the group together and made our time so fantastic. I would highly recommend this tour. Its exhausting but the itinerary is incredible.

I Really enjoyed the experience of living on the boat and it brought the group close together. It was all arranged smoothly and taxis were cheap when needed. I found the accommodation to be fairly good considering we were Travelling! Overall i had an amazing experience traveling on my Own for the first time and it has definitely made me excited to the another tour in the future. Thank Videl and TruTravels!

They made our satisfaction their number one priority at all times. In my humble opinion, these four guys are the BIGGEST assets right now!! They are nothing short of absolutely amazing!!! I enjoyed the culture experiences, especially the temple day and the cooking class. The Balinese people were really friendly and helpful. All the activities included were all awesome and a lot of fun.

I've loved my Bali trip and just the whole experience. There was the right amount of time at all the destinations and great fun overall. Phoebe and Videl are great and do everything to make sure you're having fun, Videl was on a training tour but i know he'll be great leading his own group.
