My favourite activity was visiting Angkor Wat and best memory was our private bus journey to Otres Beach when we all played music and sang songs together from Dean's speaker! :)

As an older traveller I had hesitations about a tour but it was the best decision I made! Age was not an issue!! Lots of freedom in evenings, if you wanted to party or not - there was no pressure!

Very stress free, brilliant tour!
My favourite experiences were Angkor Wat and visiting the killing fields for culture/history, plus the Sihanoukville boat trip for fun.
My best memory was our bus journey to Sihanoukville, where we sang songs and played games the entire way! The only sad thing was that I didn't get a TruTravels Tshirt/vest as a piece of memorabilia haha ;)

I enjoyed the boat trips! As it was my first solo trip abroad I really enjoyed how quickly the group gelled together, it made my experience a lot better.

Really enjoyed the boat trip round the different islands and beaches around Sihanoukville. I also liked the booze cruise along the river in Kampot. I liked the parts of the tour where we were able to see the around the local area.

The tour was beyond amazing! Im not even sad its over, im just glad it happened! I 100% feel I got my moneys worth too. All accommodation, activities and transport for the intnerary was paid for. Even when one of our activities was cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, Our guides offered a refund or another activity for free. Shout out to Peter for just being an awesome dude and huge thank you to Delaney as well. She’s cool. She made our trip beyong amazing yet super professional too. They nailed it as guides! My favourite memory of this trip has definitely got to be khao sok. The scenery is like no other and the floating bungalows were such an amazing experience.we spent the day with no wifi and generally just chilling together and I felt like that day bonded us together. My only issue would be just the accommodation, we had one issue but our guides was so quick to help.

We should have went to the beach a lot more, or stay at the Echo.

These two places were paradise. I personally think that everyone should travel with Tru travels, and party hard being led by Delaney. One of my favorite place in this tour is Bottle Beach. The place is amazing and the memories made are forever. i wish we could have spent less time in the dorms and have had a couple more activities.

This tour was great, despite some of the thing on itinerary were close. The replacement programs were just as good. I do wish that there would have been more activities with in the itinerary. All three guides, Sammy, Itchy and Peter were absolutely amazing and quickly made everyone feel so comfortable and at home away from home. The tour itself was incredible, with my highlights being Koh Tao and Khao Sokh, and the guides and the people we met made it even better. Following the tour, we had so much help planning onwards travel from Sammy and have even gone ahead and booked the Phillippines tour with TruTravels, a testament to how much I would recommend the tour and company!

Our guides: Sammy, Itchy and Peter were extremely knowledgeable and knew everything about everywhere we were going. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and arranged different activities for everyone. Couldn’t recommend the tour more, I loved it so much that I’ve just booked the 10 Day Philippines tour!

I have in the past done tours with G Adventures and Try Travels exceeded my expectations and was slightly cheaper too, including more. Peter was a great host, very entertaining, kind, helpful and a great dancer too! Peter always made us laugh with his humour and dancing, definitely will remember him for many years to come! They did an excellent job with organizing and helping in anyway they could to help fellow travellers along. Any question was answered without hesitation. Their knowledge of the ins and outs of Thailand made it a breeze for me to just sit back and enjoy the ride. We hit all the major spots and had activities to keep us entertained everyday without it becoming exhausting or overwhelming. This trip was everything I thought it would be and then some. I feel truly blessed to of had such terrific time with the Trutravels crew. I would highly recommend this to first time backpackers and even veteran travellers because the organization and planning is done for you and they know how to take care of their customers. It felt more like a family! I look forward to being in the Trutravellers fam for life!
