The itinerary was great. We chose the 5D4N options. We had enough time for ourselves in Rovaniemi. Our guide Aurora was very nice to explain to her group - which had so many group types in different languages (Spanish, Italian, English). But she managed to explain to each one clearly on our itinerary. This tour was more like half guided tour, yet we have enough free time for ourselves to explore the area. It was good as we managed to cover the main activities: Husky sledge, snowmobile, Santa clause village (transport provided, but free and easy), aurora night. Sad that during our time, we couldn't see the aurora due to weather conditions. As this wasn't a "guaranteed" aurora tour, we just went to the spot and had bbq and drinks, and went back after an hour plus or so. There are private tours if you'd like to catch the aurora (guaranteed), just have to pay additional. It was also convenient to reach the hotel as the hotel is situated right opposite a bus stop. Rooms at the designated hotel was comfortable and spacious. The tour catered to specific dietary restrictions as well, which was good. Overall, we had a great experience at Lapland through this tour. Rovaniemi Winter Adventure - 5 daysOur guide, Karl, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and great company in social occasions. We would love to do another trip with him. Itinerary was great, only downside was the porridge breakfast on the train. Not to everone's taste!

Though, we did not see the Northern Lights, all the other activities exceeded my expectations. A great experience. Aurora, our VOS guide was extremely helpful, especially in sorting out and in coping with my delayed baggage & delayed flight.
