Fabulous scenery and amazing waterfalls. Be prepared for a long drive from and to Hanoi. The overnight stay is essential. Excellent guide and driver. The novelty of crossing the river into China waters is pretty cool also.
Ban Gioc Waterfall 2 Days 1 Night Group Tour From HanoiHad a wonderful time visiting the remote Ban Gioc Waterfall and Ba Be National Park. The homestays were fun and we bonded well with the other tour group members. The only minor gripe was the long bus journeys in between which took up much of the tour.
Adventure to Ban Gioc Waterfall - Ba Be Lake 3 days 2 nightsMe and a friend went into this trip without a clue what to expect. The bikes were delivered to the door of our hotel on the first day with the guide (Vinh) and the trip was planned out for us with the locations that we picked, which included food drinks and accommodation. We hadn't done much off roading before but Vinh took us on lots of different trails, some were easy and others more challenging, we did river crossings, mountain passes and visited lots of remote villages. I cannot recommend this enough, I don't want to go into too much detail or I'll spoil it for you, just give it a go!!!Thanks to Mr Dong and Vinh for a very memorable trip.
