Great tour! Everything went smoothly from airport pickup to train station drop off. The hotel was in a central location so you can explore the city by foot. The Night market, Mekong river, Phousi hill, and lots of restaurants were within walking distance from the hotel. The day activities were totally worth it. The tour guides for the activities were all very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour!

Both our tour guides Sonxay and Noy were excellent. They were welcoming, respectful and professional and provided comprehensive historical and cultural descriptions of the sites, temples and locations we visited. They allowed us a unique glimpse into Lao culture and life. And for that, we are very grateful. The entire tour was well organized and provided a variety of cultural experiences and activities. One feedback I would give is to provide tour participants the option to book business class on the train from Luang Prabang to Vientiane. There were so many people trying to get on the train that we were still standing, stuck in the walkway amid a crowd of standing people, when the train started moving. We had to fight our way through the crowd to reach our seats, where there was no more space for our luggage. Fortunately, there was a table by our seats and we were able to lift our suitcases onto the table. Had there been an option for business class, we would have paid for the upgrade. Otherwise, the train ride provided beautiful scenery on the way to the capital. Overall, it was a great tour and I would recommend it.
