This trip was very good. Accommodation was also good however in El Calafate we were a long way from the township. Everywhere else was within easy walking distance. The tours included in this trip were well operated and most enjoyable. The public bus from Puerto Arenas to Ushuaia was not what we expected. Beautiful coach for the first 5 0r 6 hours. Then the bus was stopped and we all had to get off. The 4 people on the Say Hueque trip were told to get in a car and we were taken to the town Rio Grande.We didnt know what was going on and just told we would catch a local mini bus in an hour from there to Ushuaia. Very strange and no explanation given. This bus company should be investigated to see what is happening. I would definitely recommend this trip however, would suggest a stay in Terres del paine for an extra day to improve it.

The tour overall was excellent - we saw & did everything we wanted to do. Only comments are to not book hosteria so far out of town that it's either a 10 minute taxi or a 45 minute walk to the centre eg Hosteria Koi Aiken in El Calafate. It would be wise not to put in tour notes that bus stations are within walking distance of most hotels because they are not. Also the address for your agent in El Calafate in the summary notes is incorrect but correct in the trip notes
