The overall experience was great. The falls are amazing. Weather was 100% humidity & very hot. The main disappointment was the airline has a 15kg baggage allowance that no-one warned us about so we got hit for excess baggage both ways. 15kg is ridiculous, I've never come across an airline with such a low weight limit it's always 23kg for economy flights so beware.

The hotel was really nice, and the breakfast was as well. The tours included were very well organised. The vehicles we used for these tours (4x4 jeeps, bus and boat) were in good condition. Our guides were fluent in English, and it was interesting to hear what they were saying. It would have been great to know before that the first tour on the arrival day starts only at 6 pm, as in the itinerary it said 'afternoon', so we actually booked a flight a day before, which was unnecessary. It would also be great to know beforehand that there are very limited options to change money in El Calafate (and the ATM are always empty), so to be better prepared.
