Take your time exploring central Spain. Stop at Segovia's Roman aqueduct for about 2 hours before moving on to Avila. "The walk along Avila's complete city walls was a highlight - but wear good shoes as the stones can be slippery." Your day ends in Salamanca where you can watch the sun set over the golden Plaza Mayor.
