7 Days in Israel & Jordan, incl. Jerusalem and Petra
A comprehensive 7-day tour through Israel and Jordan takes you to Jerusalem's Western Wall, Bethlehem's Church of Nativity, and Petra's Treasury. The route spans 10 cities with domestic flights, 3* hotels, and expert guides, costing approx. $220 per day.

- Day 1
Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Land at Ben-Gurion Airport where your transfer will be waiting. The drive to Jerusalem takes about an hour. Plan to arrive before 3 PM to avoid rush hour traffic. Your evening is free to explore the Mahane Yehuda Market. After sunset, the market transforms into a lively spot full of local restaurants and bars.

- Day 2
Masada and Dead Sea
Leave at 7 AM for Masada. Take the morning cable car for the best photos before the harsh desert sun hits. One traveler shared: "Bring at least 2 liters of water per person and a hat - the desert heat is intense even in winter." For your Dead Sea experience, head to Ein Bokek beach with its modern facilities. Skip shaving for 24 hours before swimming to protect your skin from the salt water.

- Day 3
Bethlehem and Jericho
- Day 4
Jerusalem Old City
Visit the Mount of Olives viewpoint early for the best morning light. You'll walk the Via Dolorosa, a 1.2 km path through narrow market streets. Wear good shoes as the stone streets can be slippery. Visit the Western Wall before 11 AM to avoid intense sun. Remember to dress modestly with knees and shoulders covered.

- Day 5
Nazareth and Sea of Galilee
- Day 6
Petra
Cross into Jordan early when the border opens at 8 AM. The visa process might take an hour. Start your Petra visit by 9 AM through the Siq canyon. A visitor advises: "The walk from the entrance to the Treasury is about 2 km on uneven ground - wear proper walking shoes and bring snacks as food inside is limited."

- Day 7
Wadi Rum to Amman
Take a 2-hour jeep tour through Wadi Rum's red desert. Bring a scarf to protect yourself from sand and sun. The drive to Amman airport takes 4 hours, so book flights after 4 PM. This week-long journey through Israel and Jordan is fast-paced with several border crossings and early starts, but you'll see all the major highlights.

6 Day Israel Itinerary, incl. Jerusalem and Galilee
Religious sites and ancient wonders fill this 6-day tour across 11 biblical cities in Israel and Jordan. Visitors walk through Jerusalem's Church of Holy Sepulcher, float in the Dead Sea, and marvel at Bethlehem's Church of Nativity. Package includes 3-star hotels, daily breakfast, and expert guides.

- Day 1
Jerusalem Old City
Head to the Western Wall early around 7:30 AM to beat the crowds. Walk the Via Dolorosa's 14 Stations of the Cross in comfortable shoes since the stone streets can get slippery. Visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre before 9 AM to avoid the midday rush. A previous visitor shared: "The Old City market streets are narrow and can be overwhelming - stick close to your group and keep your belongings secure."

- Day 2
Bethlehem & Jericho
It takes about an hour to drive from Jerusalem to Jericho through the Judean Desert. Start with Mount Temptation in the morning while it's still cool. When you reach Bethlehem, expect to wait 15-20 minutes to enter the Grotto under the Church of Nativity during busy times. Pack a shawl or modest clothing since you'll need to cover shoulders and knees at religious sites.

- Day 3
Mount of Olives & Garden of Gethsemane
Start your morning walking down the Mount of Olives for great views of Jerusalem's Old City. The path has steep, uneven steps so wear shoes with good traction. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane before 10 AM to enjoy it before tour buses arrive. Bring plenty of water since Jerusalem gets hot even in winter.

- Day 4
Masada & Dead Sea
Take the first cable car to Masada at 8 AM to avoid peak heat. You'll need 2-3 hours to see the fortress properly. For the Dead Sea, bring water shoes to protect against sharp salt crystals. Skip shaving for 24 hours before swimming and keep your head above water. The water feels best between 3-5 PM when it's warmest.

- Day 5
Nazareth & Sea of Galilee
- Day 6
Mediterranean Coast
See Caesarea's Roman ruins early before it gets hot. You'll need advance reservations to visit the inner areas of the Bahai Gardens in Haifa. Finish your day in Acre's Crusader city and its underground tunnels which stay cool. Pack a light jacket for the Rosh Hanikra grottoes since they can be cool and damp.

What people love about 7-day Israel and Jordan tours
- Israel and Jordan in 7 days
It makes booking easy
- Christian Classics 6 days (2+Travelers, 3* Hotel)
It was a good tour. Must see
- Biblical Israel and Jordan 7 days
We requested 2 twin beds and got a double bed which was inconvenient for 2. AC did not function in one of the hotels. Didn't appreciate the mandatory sales pitches on each tour at the shops. Smaller tours were obviously much more fun and personalized. Bus with 50 people was not enjoyable and poorly organized. Some people needed to transfer to TelAviv from Galilee and then back to Jerusalem.
