- Egypt and Jordan Charms: 14-Day Tour with, Nile Cruise, White Desert, Petra and Night at Dead Sea
On the day of our arrival, the crisis in the Arab region broke out. Golden Egypt, and in particular the managing director Eyad, immediately took care of us. Due to the current situation, it was not possible to travel to Jordan as planned. Eyad promptly arranged a new program, taking all our wishes into account. The entire Golden Egypt team made it possible for us to have a wonderful holiday. They were always reachable and did everything they could to accommodate all our needs.
- Egypt to Petra: 14-Day Tour with GEM, Nile Cruise, White Desert, Jordan ( Domestic flight And International flights from Egypt to Jordan )
We did the “Egypt to Petra: 14-Day Tour with GEM, Nile Cruise, White Desert, Jordan” and added 1 day tour since we arrived 1 day early. The entire trip March 7-14, 2026 was the best. The tour operator Itaca exceedes our expectation. Quick communications with all our questions and requests. All the tour guides were excellent, all spoke good English, very knowledgeable, very professional. All the people connecting us to places were also very professional and on time. We loved Egypt so much, the histories and beauty (especially the White dessert) just blow our mind. The Niles cruise was really excellent too, big room and excellent food. There were some early start and long days but we loved it because they prepared us, and we got to see sooo many places. All the stops were so worth visiting. Jordan leg was excellent too. Petra and Jerash were stunning. Death Sea was a disappointing, not clear or blue water but we were at a resort (not worth extra $35US/pp to use) where the water was dirty but still float which was fascinating for us as nontheless. Immigration procedures in both Egypt and Jordan was so easy, as someone was always there waiting with a sign, no lines/waiting, made us feel like VIPs. We are so grateful for everyone’s well planned and well cared for this tour. This itiniary is really well curated. We will come back and bring our kids.
