Overall, the experience was positive due to a balance and variety of activities and a personable and supportive CEO. However, the accommodation was of a lower standard than expected.

I just completed the TruTravels Mexico experience with Luis as our TruTravels Leader, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The trip was flawlessly organized from start to finish, making everything effortless and enjoyable. What truly made this adventure extraordinary was Luis. He went above and beyond as our tour guide, ensuring every moment was fun, safe, and memorable. His energy, humor, and local knowledge transformed our journey into something truly special. From exploring hidden cenotes and relaxing on stunning beaches to swimming in lagoons, enjoying vibrant city tours, and diving into the culture through delicious food and dancing, Luis made it all unforgettable. Thanks to this trip, I’ve not only gained incredible memories but also lifelong friends from an amazing group of people. I can’t recommend this experience enough for anyone in their 20s—it’s perfect for adventure, connection, and celebration. This was hands down the best Christmas and New Year’s I’ve ever had!
