OZINTRO! To sum up in one word unbelievable... the week was amazing from day one with a friendly pick up from the airport by Tom and a chat about sydney and whats in store for the week. Base hostel is…OZINTRO! To sum up in one word unbelievable... the week was amazing from day one with a friendly pick up from the airport by Tom and a chat about sydney and whats in store for the week. Base hostel is a perfect place to bunk down and due to ozintro having 2 personal rooms for the group its great! Although all the activities where spot on everyone seemed to get better and better. Steve as a group leader was amazing he helped us out none end and joined in with the banter and over 7 days he has become a mate to everyone in the group! As well as Shaun and Jake. I would urge anyone and everyone to book on to Ozintro to make new mates and start your holiday/travel in style, and with all the support during and after the week is out of this world. Its feels like you can go and take anywhere on in Australia due to the the help you can have from the guys at Ozintro (they are just a phone call away)
All in all could not fault them in anyway worth every second of smiles and good times.

Had the most amazing week with Ozintro. I loved every minute and the activities were brilliant. Surfing has to be the best day, we were picked up from the hostel and taken to a beautiful almost hidden…Had the most amazing week with Ozintro. I loved every minute and the activities were brilliant. Surfing has to be the best day, we were picked up from the hostel and taken to a beautiful almost hidden island, we were taught to surf by pros! This was amazing because they stayed in the water with us and helped us catch waves that we wouldn't have been able to by ourselves! The food was also SO good here! I couldn't believe quite how much we've been given on this trip....the value for money has been brilliant!!
Our tour guide was Steve and he was awesome throughout the whole week!! He made us all feel so comfortable with each other and we didn't stop laughing the whole week!! We were his first solo group but you would have never known... it was like he had been doing it for years!! I would not have been able to travel Australia without without ozintro! Their travel talk was brilliant and Steve and Sean sat with me for a couple of hours and planned my entire trip! Once we'd made a plan they then went on and booked the entire east coast for me....it was brilliant as it made it has made it so easy and stress free for me!!

Our tour guide, Steve was extremely friendly and really helped the whole group bond. Everyday was filled with really fun activities. My favourite day was the coastal walk, it was really fun we ended the walk with a game of volleyball and a BBQ. It was so nice having not only the support of Steve, but Tom, Jake and Shaun were amazing at getting involved with us all and all so knowledgeable in helping us with our onward travel. I seriously reccomend doing Ozintro to everyone it is one of the best things I have ever done, such good value for money and it's given me unforgettable memories, stories and friends! Thank you so much Ozintro!

The trip kicked off when me and two others met at the airport and were quickly found by our busdriver from Ozintro who instantly made us feel comfortable both with his friendly nature and driving skil…The trip kicked off when me and two others met at the airport and were quickly found by our busdriver from Ozintro who instantly made us feel comfortable both with his friendly nature and driving skills. Along the way to Base he pointed out landmarks and locations of importance when traversing through Sydney.
The next morning we met Steve who helped us all relax and get to know one another in a friendly and approachable way as we headed off around the harbour before starting our first activity on a week ram packed with things to do.
While everything in the week was amazing I think my favourite day would have to be the first when we went out on the speed boat got to know each other then go to the pub quiz at the scary cannery where we met Tom (the bus driver) and jake another leader in the Oz intro family who went out of his way to help where he could.
All in all Tom, jake and Steve really went above and beyond the call of duty and I would not hesitate to suggest ozintro to anyone I meet thinking of traveling to Oz.

Oz intro 1000% exceeded all expectations for me!! The itinerary already looked amazing but each day out here was more than what we could have asked for! It's hard to choose a favourite day but the Blu…Oz intro 1000% exceeded all expectations for me!! The itinerary already looked amazing but each day out here was more than what we could have asked for! It's hard to choose a favourite day but the Blue Mountains day was insane! We had our own tour guide that showed us the best spots and shared stories from the aboriginals which was so interesting. We were so lucky to have a fantastic group as we were non stop laughing!!
We were picked up from the airport by Tom who instantly made us feel relaxed and prepared us for the week ahead!
Steve was our tour leader and was amazing!! Not only did he look after us all and made sure we experienced the best of the week he was hilarious and had us laughing and joking with each other within the first hour!! That's what made this week so much fun!
I was also really impressed that although we had a group of 10 and very different people, he interacted with all of us slightly differently and in a way that made sure we all personally made the most out of our week. Steve also helped us out with the important (more boring bits) and has even given me loads of help with onward travel to not only Australia but New Zealand too!
Although Steve was our leader it was really lovely that Jake, Tom and Sean were all so helpful and friendly that it felt like we were all mates instead! We had a free night but they went out of their way to take us to a really nice restaurant and wandered along darling harbour.
I would recommend to every single person coming to Australia to book onto Oz intro! Thanks for the best week :)

All round brilliant, couldn't fault anything about it. This is one the best ways to get an introduction into Australia, all the group leaders make you feel completely relaxed and chilled out and just …All round brilliant, couldn't fault anything about it. This is one the best ways to get an introduction into Australia, all the group leaders make you feel completely relaxed and chilled out and just make you have the time of your life the 2 group leaders we had which were Jake & Steve couldn't fault how they were one bit brilliant to be around and keep everything ticking over and always made sure we were having a good time. All together couldn't fault this week one bit 5*.

One of the best weeks of my life if not the best! Loved the surfing and blue mountain trips especially! Jake (the ginger one) & Steve the group leaders make you feel relaxed/at home within in minutes …One of the best weeks of my life if not the best!
