I was on a 19 Day Tour with Tai (and our driver Tamas). Our tour had 51 people in total.
Tai was welcoming, well spoken, informative and most importantly, organised.

Tai was welcoming, well spoken, informative and most importantly, organised.
She had extensive knowledge about every place we visited (and all the places in-between), providing recommendations of what to do, what to look out for, where to eat and handy phrases.
Tai and Tamas were punctual with leaving /pick up times and were constantly updating everyone with travel times. She was very clear in her instructions of meeting times/places, and always insured that everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be.
She had relentless energy throughout the entire tour, even in times of long travel days/touring days and didn’t let our ‘tiredness’ be an excuse to miss out on the rest of the days activities.
Tai has a passion for what she does, which shows through the quality of the overall tour.

I can not recommend Tai enough, she's really awesome, so professional, always prompt, friendly, reliable, pantual, a plathora of knowledge (no jokes, she knows EVERYTHING about Europe) but most of all, she's such a lovely person.
I couldn't imagine the trip without Tai and all the funny conversations and stories we shared on the coach.
Thank you so much for simply being you Tai, you were the absolute best part of the trip!

Tai-Leigh is the best person to lead you through Europe. She goes above and beyond to give you an amazing time by ensuring you’re happy with all your meals and accommodation, telling you all the best places to go to make the most of your trip and giving the most informative talks about all the places you go to. I would recommend this trip to everyone, especially if Tai is your tour manager.

It was awesome that she had so much knowledge about each and every destination and kept everyone in check and on time. She managed to chuck in so many facts and stories effortlessly and was happy to answer so many questions everyone threw at her. I felt extremely comfortable and safe following her through Europe. I Would jump on a contiki again any day with her .

Tai-Leigh was the most organised and knowledgeable person to have leading our group. She kept us to schedule so that we never missed any of the amazing adventures we got to take part in, all the while making things so enjoyable. I was so worried about not fitting in and yet Tai-Leigh had the most amazing way of making everyone feel important, included and as if we were in safe hands the whole time. Tai-Leigh definitely contributed to the most wonderful trip and I believe that without her I wouldn't have even had half the great experience I had. I could not recommend her highly enough she is truely one of a kind and our gang was lucky to have her!
