The real standout was our guide Nick: encyclopedic knowledge of Iceland, a gift for storytelling, and the instincts to adapt on the fly when weather reshuffled the itinerary. He read our group quickly and kept adding thoughtful extras, like an unplanned stop to visit Icelandic horses or farm restaurant. Our trip was so much more
Arctic Adventures has an impressive network across Iceland and put together a perfect and tailored itinerary for us, incl ice climbing, snorkeling, quad biking, snowmobiling, lagoons,... this trip was a completely different experience from anything we could have pieced together on our own: richer, more spontaneous, and full of moments we simply wouldn't have found without the right people knowing where to look
