She also could provide me some useful information when I have to spend my spare time around the city. Thanks for her information, the tour is overall over my expectation.

She was always super organized with all of the logistics and I never had a problem knowing what was going on. Whenever we ran into an issue with travelling, she was quick to comfort and assure the others of what was happening and keep them smiling with her infectious energy. She's super fun and suggested great activities and restaurants for the group. Couldn't have asked for more in a trip manager!

This was my first Contiki and I felt the same way many people do when they first go on a Contiki tour—not sure what to expect and worried I would just be seeing these countries from a bus. I was so wr…This was my first Contiki and I felt the same way many people do when they first go on a Contiki tour—not sure what to expect and worried I would just be seeing these countries from a bus. I was so wrong! We has so many hands on experiences that really allowed us to understand what life is like outside of our little worlds. The local guides were fabulous and the Contiki trip manager was a one of a kind gem. Lisa went above and beyond for all of her travelers to ensure we all got the most memorable experience ever. What stands out the most to me is that Lisa was tasked with planning a day of bus travel on Christmas Day, and that was by far one of the best days on the trip. Her insight into activities for us during free time was vast, and they were so varied it was as if she was tailoring the trip to each person. Contiki certainly didn't let me down, and Lisa really made this trip one to remember for a lifetime.

The accomodation was lovely and more than expected, the day trips to the beaches were incredible and so surreal.. Lisa our tour manager was the most down to earth amazing women.. She was kind, caring, always put others needs first and approachable.. It felt like I'd known her for years as she was that easy to get along with, she went out of her way to organise activities to do on our free days. I can safely say I will be booking another Contiki tour and making sure Lisa would once again be our tour guide!

She was enthusiastic and positive at all times, despite getting about 4 hours sleep a night because she was taking care everyone.
The fact that every girl (and some men!) in the group decided to copy her hairstyle shows just how much everyone admired her!

What really made our trip through was our tour guide Lisa. She had a great amount of local knowledge when it came to history, what to see, where to eat, what to do and was a lot of fun as well. She is so organised but kept everyone feeling relaxed and stress free.

The relaxed vibe to the trip was awesome, because it gave you the freedom to cater the trip to exactly what you wanted from it. Lisa really made the trip amazing, and I'm so glad we had her as a guide! She was so approachable, funny, knowledgeable and professional. She made sure everyone was happy and comfortable at all the times, while still being her awesome self. I can't recommend her more, thank you Lisa, you legend!

But Contiki was probably the best decision I made. As someone travelling alone and who only had a limited amount of time off work, Contiki helped me pack as much as possible into a short amount of time. I met some awesome new friends – and why wouldn't you want to travel with cool people who are just as travel-minded as you? Logistics were taken care of, my tour manager and local guide added so much more knowledge and information to my trip and everything was perfect down to a tee. I don't think I know a single person who has disliked their Contiki experience and I can't believe it took me so long to finally book with them.

She is an extremely knowledgeable, personable and fun guide that managed to encaptivate all aspects of Vietnam and the Tour in general; on long bus rides she would enlighten us about the local culture and history, as well as teaching us a few words of the local language to help us get by in the country.
It was almost as if she was a local guide, at night she would take us to the best and most reasonable restaurants and bars which, she promised, would "look after us really well", and would secure us with good deals as part of us being with Contiki. I never felt anything was too much to ask, I would constantly bombard her with questions and queries with regards to where to go, how to get there and general questions about Vietnam. She would always answer as best she could, and nothing was ever too much to ask.
I really felt that Lisa made the trip, I had the best time ever and this Vietnam Experience was my first Contiki trip and my first time in Asia and she made it really special.
Thanks Lisa, you're the best and hope anyone else going on a Tour with you has an unforgettable experience as I did.

What a brilliant choice that was, the trip completely exceeded my expectations and blew me away! And that wouldn't of been possible if it wasn't for our tour manager Lisa! She made sure we all got the best experience from Vietnam, giving us recommendations for our free time so that not one second of our time in this beautiful country was wasted. Lisa also had a brilliant knowledge of the history of Vietnam, it was really interesting to hear about and if I had any questions she would answer them or find out for me straight away. She had a perfect balance of making friends and hanging out with everyone on tour and being a respected and organised leader. I would love to do another Contiki tour with her and had a place to stay in England anytime!

I particularly liked the little touches of having a morning song and a playlist of all our favourite music for the coach trips. Lisa had fantastic recommendations for food, bars, shopping and cultural sites. She was funny, encouraging and understanding making the group feel included and that there was options for everyone. At each stop she would ensure everyone was okay and if we needed anything we knew where to go. Everything was very well organised and allowed me as a traveller to relax and enjoy the experience. The variety of transport allowed us to be time efficient in each destination. It was always clean and air conditioned. Accommodation was in great locations in terms of restaurants, atms and convenience stores. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, had access to wifi and air conditioned. Sometimes even spoiled with pools and spas. The inclusions and optional extras were a highlight of the trip and created an individual feel to cater to our own interests. I would highly recommend this tour and even more highly recommend Lisa as a trip manager. She was an integral part of my contiki experience.

A really relaxed Contiki tour with plenty of free time and amazing included and optional extras. Transport was by tuk tuk or ferry and was relatively easy to get around to what you wanted to see.
Our tour manager Lisa was a great team leader, who controlled every situation that was presented to the group in a professional, yet fun and cheerful way.
I thought the accomodation was great and their locations were advantageous to seeing the sights as well as the natural beauty of the islands. Thanks again for a great trip Lisa and Contiki.

It took all the stresses that traveling can provide and completely eliminated them. Having the best tour manager on the face of the planet (Contiki Lisa) definitely was a huge factor in that! I even lost my debit card within an hour of landing and because of her and my amazing tour members, something that would have been disastrous turned out to be no problem! Beautiful sights, insightful stories, great places to stay, and choice! You can choose whether to go on anything the tour does...totally up to you, which meant I got to keep my freedom, something a solo traveler loves. I can't thank Lisa enough for this fantastic trip. If I could do every Contiki or vacation with her, I would!!!!!!! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, and fun! #NOREGRETS

She truly goes out of her say to not only make every single person feel included, but to find out everything about anything you may need. Her knowledge of the history is super impressive & she knows basically everything, I swear! I'm going to make sure if I book a future contiki that Lisa will be the trip manager again!

All credit to Lisa. She was full of knowledge and had to deal with my 10000000 questions about travel and the culture around us. In the future I WILL continue to travel with contiki and I will go out of my way to ask if Lisa will be the manager. Awesome person all round!

Everything was run like clock work. Our leader Lisa is the best leader you could ask for, friendly, helpful, funny and very knowledgeable. If there's any issue Lisa can fix it! I could only hope to get her again on future tours!

Lisa is an ace tour manager. She is easy to talk to and is really funny. She always makes sure everyone is okay and is always there if you need her. She gives good advice on where to go, what to do and what not to do on the places we visited.
When I go on another tour with Contiki I hope Lisa is my tour manager again. Miss you Lisa!
