I spent an unforgettable time meeting a wonderful group of people, exploring Japan with a perfect mix of peaceful moments and exciting adventures. From discovering INCREDIBLE food to learning to get around by local train and Shinkansen, our amazing tour guide Becca had made the experience all the more special. She was an integral part of making this trip unforgettable. Her enthusiasm and warm personality helped us appreciate Japan on a much deeper level. We could not have had is experience without her!
The itinerary was well thought out. I have traveled solo and with groups over the years and what I have learned is to be open minded and soak in what the culture has to offer and acknowledging that while the itinerary is fixed, your daily choices will make the outcome of your trip. Try new things! Meet new people!
Thank you Becca for making our Japan Adventure so special. Her passion for sharing her travel knowledge enriches everyone she will meet. She is a great soul and her positive energy made every day that more enjoyable.

My tour guides were Becca and Dan and they made our trip fantastic, Becca has excellent knowledge on the country and communicated with the locals which did make parts of the trip easier! Dan was such a joy to be around and his navigation of the metros was a massive help , they were both brilliant! All the hostels / places we stayed at were also great , very clean and very easy to get checked in and in great locations. My two favourite activities were the samurai house / learning how to use the sword and the snow monkeys , there is nothing I would change about the tour and I would definitely recommend it to everyone !

The itinerary was great, we got to see so many amazing places, eat amazing food and see so much of the culture Japan had to offer and met so many amazing people that I will never forget! The tour would never of been so good without our amazing tour guides Becca and Dan! They made everything run so smoothly and efficiently, they were also such funny and welcoming people. They made the trip so interesting and cool, they were always happy to help and so easy to speak to if you ever had any issues. I couldn’t fault them, they are the best tour guides I have ever had. They are such wonderful fun people, and also wonderfully good at their jobs.

She brought us from place to place with ease but also brought an extra element of fun to every activity we did.
Highlights of the trip for me were Nagano and the fire ceremony in the Buddhist temple. I also loved Osaka. Its a cool city with lots of cool vintage shopping!
I really enjoyed the trip with the 9 other people and would recommend this trip to anyone!

Lazy mornings on the boat included sunbathing and swim stops in the ocean with floaties and boat jumps, while the afternoons and evenings had great group activities planned. Our group leader, Becca, was absolutely stellar and knew how to easily manage and entertain our outgoing group of 20 people!

Due to weather our itinerary changed but no dramas at all as Becca kept us up to date with information as soon as she knew anything and even wangled alternative activities.
I was so happy with the daily routine of having breakfast, swim stop, activity, then dinner etc. This meant we knew each morning was chilled and we were never rushed! (Apart from the time we had 10 minutes to get ready haha 😜 we were all still early though!)
I cannot wait to book my next tour, I couldn’t imagine doing group travel with any other team than intro.

I did the 10 day Croatia trip. Our group leader Becca was amazing! While the schedule had to change due to weather, she always made sure we had a good time. My first group tour and I really enjoyed it! All the activities were great and well organised along with all the food and drink recommendations. Quite a bit of walking involved but I didn't mind at al…My first group tour and I really enjoyed it! A good impromptu boat ride activity was added during the trip which is fair to say we all enjoyed so would be a good permanent addition to the trip. Our leader Becca did a great job and represented the company well! Would book again!

An amazing tour, we covered so much of Japan in such a short period of time, but it didn’t feel rushed at all. The group was awesome made even better by our tour leader Becca. Just returned from day 17 Japan tour and I'm still processing this once of a lifetime trip! This is my first time travelling with a tour guide/small group and certainly won't be my last with Intro!

The entire experience was incredible, you get to visit all different cities across Japan as well as some smaller cute towns like Nagano (which was one of my faves - hello onsens!) and learn all about Japanese culture and partake in some fun activities!
Becca our group leader was 10/10 and the tour logistics was seamless which was great as there's a lot of places to explore!
Becca also had great enthusiasm and energy across the whole trip - i don't know how she does it! It really felt like travelling with a friend the whole time - she was always super approachable and forthcoming with great ideas on what to do in free times across the trip - I really couldn't have asked for a better group leader!
