I never wanted this to end! Last year I did Bali Experience with INTRO and have since done Thai Experience and put down deposits for multiple other countries! I couldn't recommend this company more. E…I never wanted this to end! Last year I did Bali Experience with INTRO and have since done Thai Experience and put down deposits for multiple other countries! I couldn't recommend this company more. Everything is perfectly planned out, organized, and mixes culture, adventure, relaxation, and fun in the best way! Our Group Leader Caroline did a great job taking care of us and really helped to keep all of us feeling like we were on holiday the whole time. Caroline does a great job of keeping a smile on everyones face, brining everyone together, and was super helpful sorting out our traveling during Corona. Staying in floating bungalows then tree houses was a magical experience and a nice way to relax after Bangkok. I am looking forward to my next INTRO tour and hope to have Caroline again x

Caroline was very helpful through out the whole trip and really took care of us when I had an accident an…My husband and I did the 13 day Thai Experience trip with Caroline back in March and loved it! Caroline was very helpful through out the whole trip and really took care of us when I had an accident and when the rest of our travel plans were canceled. Amid all of the Corona Virus fear, Caroline handled everyone in the groups travel plans and insurance so we could all enjoy the rest of our time in Thailand. INTRO has done their work to chose the best itinerary and locations for this tour. We had a great time, loved the locations, learned so much about Thai Culture, and especially loved the Elephant Sanctuary! Looking forward to INTRO opening back so we can do our Vietnam tour and hopefully many more!

I was…Travelled on the Epic Asia tour with Intro travel for 38 days. To begin with, before booking, I was apprehensive to book such a long tour incase I felt like I was tied down and had no free time. I was so wrong! Had the most incredible time, I don’t want the 38 days to be over already:((( From start to finish, with Caroline leading our Thailand leg to begin with, then to Sam Davey in Vietnam, followed by Sam Smith in Cambodia, I will never forget this amazing experience. Made so many lifelong friends, and saw the world with them all. Thank you to everyone who made this trip so wonderful and to all three leaders who I will always remember:)! Could not recommend Intro more, I will definitely be back booking all their other countries very soon.

I cannot explain how amazing this trip was. We had two tour guides, Laura and Caroline! Both were unbelievable; they were extremely organised, friendly, fun and just amazing at their job. I have been …I cannot explain how amazing this trip was. We had two tour guides, Laura and Caroline! Both were unbelievable; they were extremely organised, friendly, fun and just amazing at their job. I have been on other tours with another company and whilst the tour guides where brilliant, they were not as trained and knowledgable as Caroline and Laura. Caroline and Laura went out of their way to make the trip fun and easy and actually wanted to ensure all travellers had an amazing time. Caroline and Laura did everything and anything and I would love love to go on another tour with them on the future.
INTRO travel is amazing and better than your company’s I’ve been travelling with before!

Leader walked too quickly. Not enough time to self explore each area. Food choices were limited when intro was paying. Leader constantly questioned my smoking and I felt was judging me.
