Ally was super kind and helpful, especially when we had a problem with our luggage. He was always warm and willing to help. Joseph explained everything very clearly and made the guide fun and interactive, getting everyone involved. Filomena was always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. We also want to mention Daniel, who was very friendly and genuinely cared about us having a good experience.
We stayed at Summit Lodge and Ngare Lodge, and the service and facilities at both places were very good and comfortable.
The only thing we would improve is the organization between groups, flight schedules and safari times. Because of coordination issues with other groups, we only got about two hours of safari in Tarangire, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, the value for money was excellent.

Travel Africa arranged everything to perfection, the owner and everyone else who works at this agency pour their heart and soul to make it a safe and memorable trip.
Unfortunately, I felt sick towards the end of my trip, and they personally took me to the hospital and made sure I was okay afterwards.
I highly recommend Travel Africa to anyone making such a big investment on a Safari trip, and especially for any solo female traveler or first timer in Africa like myself.

As a solo female traveller, I wanted everything to be very well planned and Mr. Mohammed was super helpful providing all the needed information, as well for the arrangements, logistic, etc. He has been very responsive all the time. The staff (guides and drivers) was helpful, welcoming and trustworthy. I joined a group safari and I had the chance to meet nice and friendly travellers.
Mohamed is an amazing guy with quick and clear communication through the website and WhatsApp.

After the tour was over they continued to assist us with matters around Arusha such as trying to get our covid test and driving us around.
Besides Mohamed we med a couple of guides and drivers over the past couple of weeks and they were all amazing.
We booked the safari which was basic but excellent price-quality 👌.
