I had a great time and it was great fun meeting everyone! The port stephens trip was nice but could of been spread out over two nights instead. The port stephens trip was nice but could of been spread out over two nights instead. It would have been nice to have more stuff to do on the other days of the trip. Dean did a great job as tour guide and is a very genuine and nice guy. He made everyone feel very welcome and made sure everyone was having a good time.

Straight away he made us all feel welcome to this new country! I think as a team we all gelled well and a lot of that was down to him, I Would 100% recommend this intro week and if you get Dean your laughing it’s going to be a good week :) There wasn’t a day we laughing but I will say one thing Dean does need to work on his dance moves :P

We were both eased into the tour with no pressure and all fun but with all the safety and precautions taken to make sure it was all smoothly ran and it was also professional but Dean was one of our friends too which made the experience better. We experienced a lot of different activities throughout our time, each ran perfectly and we enjoyed them all, the highlights being Jet Boating and Surfing. We would definitely recommend the tour and Dean as a Leader and tour guide for any group in future, he goes above and beyond and stays collected through every task and can handle everything thrown his way.

We had an awesome trip and everyone was really nice. Our guide Dean was fantastic and was very helpful when it came to finding out information about onward travel and must see sights around the area. He is an absolute legend(not as much as me though) and was one of the best guides that I have had during my travels. I’ve had an amazing time me(northern accent)

From start to finish Dean was an excellent tour guide. No matter what, he was always sure to make sure everyone was having the best time and was bursting with energy. Dean helped the quieter people in…From start to finish Dean was an excellent tour guide. No matter what, he was always sure to make sure everyone was having the best time and was bursting with energy. Dean helped the quieter people in the group massively come out of their shell, which further brought the group closer together, and really highlighted his incredible nature. On day 1 when we had the mini tour of Sydney, Dean knew answers to any question thrown at him about the city, and the whole tour just felt very natural and flowed. When we spent the day over at Bondi, Dean had us playing some games that everyone got involved with, and one of my highlights was playing volleyball and rounders on the beach after our BBQ. Dean never once sat back and watched, but always got stuck in (at one point I even think I may have seen him shed a tear when he lost). Stuff like that just helped bring the group together again, and we had such a laugh. Port Stephens was definitely a highlight of the trip, and even though the bus broke down, we never once felt like the situation wasn’t under control. Our night out at scarys was too funny, questionable dance moves flying about the place, but we had such a good time. The jobs and travel talks were really good, he managed to get me doing the entire east coast which I wasn’t expecting to do, so he must have done something right! He also helped 4 of us book a sky dive, and made that whole process painless, we were just gutted he couldn’t come with! He made me feel a bit better about finding a job out here. All in all Dean just exudes confidence, and made everyone’s first week in the country unforgettable.

It has been so fun, I’ve laughed so much everyday! I particularly loved the Bondi beach trip because we played games of volleyball and rounders and everyone was fully involved and having a great time in teams competing against each other. Dean, the group leader, made the tour what it was with his fab personality and organisation. He went above and beyond with the photos and videos when we were sand boarding, getting the best angles. Without Dean, I wouldn’t have booked and completed my skydive in Newcastle. His experience made me want to do it. He had loads of other great recommendations and advise which I found really useful. I would recommend Oz intro to anyone wanting to see Sydney but also learn about all the different travel possibilities in Australia, as well as wanting to work and live there too. I can’t wait to travel the East Coast now. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

As a first time traveler to here, Oz Intro provided the creme de la creme for all the great stops Sydney has to offer. The week was jammed packed with loads of activities and fun exertions. One of my first favorites was jetboating! We went out to the Sydney Harbour after having a lovely tour of the Botanical Gardens in the morning (which are beautiful by the way, highly recommend stopping there). The jetboating zipped us up to 80 mph around the harbour. The driver whipped right and left to get us absolutely drenched! He stopped along the way to give us quick facts about Sydney. It was so much fun. I love a good thrill ride! In the end, you can see all the photos and film that was taken during the ride. My tour group and the group leader, Dean and Jordan, were awesome and so kind to me especially that day because it was my birthday! We celebrated that night too.
Another highlight was dolphin watching in Port Stephens during the weekend! Port Stephens is this beautiful little haven just a short drive from Sydney. There was so much we did including surfing, sandboarding (so so much fun) and my favorite dolphin watching cruise! I personally have never seen dolphins outside of the aquarium before. Port Stephens harbor is known for having more than 100 dolphins living in the area. We immediately were surrounded by heaps of dolphins which was absolutely spectacular. They were so close and rode around the boat the whole time. I can say so much more about this trip! Dean was so kind and helpful for anything I needed throughout the trip. Great people, great food and an even better time. I wouldn't have wanted my first time in Australia to be any other way.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is willing to take on an adventure. It was a great way to make friends and experience the real Oz! It is always helpful when you have tour guides who are experienced and knowledgeable about the in’s and out’s of traveling, Dean and Jordan were great and very hospitable! You also don’t have to worry about the planning, everything is set up so you can be worry-free.
When I arrived in Port Stephens we were immediately welcomed by our friendly hosts. I really loved all the wildlife they have on-site especially the two baby kangaroos! Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite attractions was the Stockton sand dunes. I didn’t know they were some of the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip especially because we got the chance to grab a board and slide down the dune. The sand dunes were extremely picturesque and if you're in Port Stephens you have to go. Another highlight of my trip was my surfing experience. I’ve gone surfing prior to the trip, but going surfing with Intro was an amazing experience, I definitely enjoy being in the company of others who had yet to experience surfing. Overall, if you are hesitant to book your tour, don’t be. Intro Travel is an amazing introduction to all that Australia has to offer.

He made us all feel at home and gave us great advice for our future travels. (Only thing he can work on is shaving his beard ;))

Dean’s a great laugh and a laugh to have around. He makes everything 10x funnier and makes some early starts a lot more interesting!
Dean was really friendly and funny as hell. Definitely knows his stuff when it comes to travelling. More than happy to tell you about the time he went bungee jumping. Overall an amazing tour.
