My trip to Croatia was my third solo trip, but it was my first one with Into Travel. It was hands down the best trip that I have done. From the moment I signed up I was assisted with any questions or …My trip to Croatia was my third solo trip, but it was my first one with Into Travel. It was hands down the best trip that I have done. From the moment I signed up I was assisted with any questions or worries about traveling. When our tour guide Becca was assigned to us she was so helpful! She made any worries of travels to get there disappear! She answered any and all questions I had before the trip officially started. She was there to greet us and help us get settled in.
Becca has such a friendly, bubbly and welcoming personality! I knew that it was going to be an amazing time! With such a large group she took the time to get to know everyone. She took a group of people from all over the world and created a “family” of fun times, laughter and memories to last a lifetime. Plus awesome dance moves to get everyone ready for what the day/night would bring.
I am already planning my next Intro Travel trip because of my guide Becca! If you get her as your guide, you are going to have a wonderful time!

Beautiful scenery, I was part of a lovely group of people, our guide Becky was brilliant. Positive, quirky, upbeat, funny, kind a pleasure to meet and speak with, her knowledge and experience shone through. If I'm to be critical of anything I would say the quality and choice of the food on the boat has room for improvement but that didn't affect the experience for me, I'm still smiling thinking of this amazing adventure.

Becca my tour leader was absolutely amazing and would always go above and beyond to make sure each day was…I have just finished a fabulous 10 days in the beautiful country of Croatia with IntroTravel. Becca my tour leader was absolutely amazing and would always go above and beyond to make sure each day was special, well organised, and fun! I especially loved exploring Dubrovnik & dancing the night away on the boat (with many bell rings for shots to go alongside this). I always felt well informed and learnt lots about each place we visited. I cannot recommend this tour enough and if you’re lucky enough to ever get Becca as a leader then you’re in for a fantastic time!!

Weather was absolutely incredible & was so lucky to have Becca as our tour leader. This was my 8th Intro tour and it's people like Becca who make the trip so much more enjoyable, she is honestly so incredible 😁 The whole itinerary was amazing spent so much time chilling on the sun deck. Loved the days we went out exploring and Krka National Park was definitely a highlight.

I had the most amazing trip in Croatia, the tour had a great variety of trips/tours as well as plenty of free time to explore. Becca was our tour group leader, she was super helpful, full of knowledge and great at recommending restaurants! Becca always made sure to speak to everyone and make sure we were all okay. A trip of a lifetime and Croatia is so beautiful I will be recommending this tour to all my family and friends! The food on the boat was exceptional and all the staff were great. Worth every penny!!!!

The tour was so fun and so well catered to a range of different interests. I feel like everyone had opportunities to mould their travelling into how they wanted to experience the different places
Becca is an amazing tour guide, knows where the best pizza is and even planned us a murder mystery night just because she thought it would be fun :). Such an amazing trip, loved all the activities, the activities like yoga, bracelet and hat making that Becca organised were really good fun, such a great trip leader

Just completed the Croatia sail, literally had the Time of my life.
For anyone considering booking the sail just go for it, you won’t regret it.

Had an amazing group and even better tour guide. If you’re lucky enough to get bacca as your to a guide you’re in for a treat in an awesome time. The whole group loved her and made the experience so much better.

Becca is such a gem and the best tour guide anyone could ask for! She was so friendly, helpful, approachable, and always supported us in every aspect of the way. She’s always so cheerful, funny and energetic! Went above and beyond for sure! Also understand it is a hard job and she is spectacular! She’s the reason that also made this experience so full of life. Would definitely recommend and do intro tour again in the future.

The food was really impressive both on the boat and the evening restaurants. Really enjoyable activities as well as especially the cycling and kayaking. Fun group on tour that really made the boat.

I had a fantastic week on Oz Intro! I saw and did so much that I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t on the tour! Also made some great friends who I am now travelling the East coast with!! I loved how the tour guides cared about their traveler companions, although I honestly think that more activities and meals could have been provided and/or available. Also, there was too much free tim…I loved how the tour guides cared about their traveler companions, although I honestly think that more activities and meals could have been provided and/or available. Also, there was too much free time, and there was too much alcohol involved with everyone.
The tour was really well organised. Becca was friendly and helpful. It was clear that she loved the country and loved teaching people about it. Overall just an excellent experience.
I loved the tour and being able to see SydneyAustralia for the first time ever. Our tour guides were awesome.

The group leaders were both so friendly and welcoming. I think the itinerary could have compressed some jobs on to one day and have an extra activity day. The leaders were great with helping to book further travelling up the east coast. Fab intro.

Amazing time in Sydney for a holiday
This tour was a disappointment and I would not recommend it. Very poor hotels with no hot water, mouldy bathrooms, the rooms/ bathrooms were not clean (one of them was evident that the toilet has not …This tour was a disappointment and I would not recommend it. Very poor hotels with no hot water, mouldy bathrooms, the rooms/ bathrooms were not clean (one of them was evident that the toilet has not been cleaned). All the transfers were arranged but we almost got lost on our way to the overnight train due to very poor communication from the team leader. We got food poisoning from one of the pack lunches provided and we are still feeling unwell and struggling days after finishing the tour. It seemed that Becca, our tour guide was there to drink, smoke, flirt with the single guys in the group (and she actually pushed one of them to a dark street while drunk) and gossip with the girls. She was unprofessional and her communication skills were close to none - We never knew the plan for the day and what was happening. The day when several people on the group felt unwell, Becca was only concerned about the dinner reservation and we had to "follow the itinerary" and she never checked on how people were- some of them spent a day or two in their rooms as they felt so unwell.
It felt we were being pressured to go to expensive restaurants when meals were not included with Becca constantly harrassing us saying that we had to follow the itinerary. It was evident that the meals that were included in the tour were basic (and gave us food poisoning) and when we were paying we were taken to expensive hotels to eat.
We were expecting to see Thailand and it's culture but we had a tour guide who had no knowledge about Thailand and seemed overwhlemed about crossing the road and was unable to organise simple tasks. Instead we got on a tour that was about drinking and partying.
We won't use Intro travel ever again and we won't recommend it to anyone.
