Tour Operator:
Assistance prior to the trek was unproffessional. We had no duffle bags until 6pm, for packing of the items, this wasnt the main issue as we were informed the bags would arrive at 2pm …Tour Operator:
Assistance prior to the trek was unproffessional. We had no duffle bags until 6pm, for packing of the items, this wasnt the main issue as we were informed the bags would arrive at 2pm we waited around so we could pack early, waiting in the hotel 4hrs instead, of which was frustratining.
We had paid for a seperate guide, however the day before the trek we were informed that we would not have our own guide, the company argued profusely, however we had all the paper work to back it up, luckily our own guide arrived on the day we set off on the trek. We had been sent an itinery for the trek, of which states breakfast was included throughout the trek, however breakfast was not included on any days during the trek, and we were informed the wrong intinery was sent, in fact 2 itineries were sent before/during the trek, neither were correct, and we never did recieve the correct one in the end.
During the trek 2 girls, part of the same group, had not received sleeping bags for the 1st night, of which were complimentary, and should have been included, I stepped in to ensure the girls received the bags the next day.
Most other tour operators carry medical/first aid kits on the trek, however this company does not even provide this essential item to the guides/porters.
Trekking guide:
Our trekking guide (Manoj) saved the day for us, an excellent experiemced guide, and I am happy to say a friend.
He helped me through my altitude headaches, carried bags and reassured us throughout the trip that we had a proffessional by our side.
Personally, Manoj made this trip an excellent and enjoyable experience, despite the above issues with the tour operator.

Had an amazing time in India with my sisters. Our guide was exceptionally nice, accomodating and very knowledgeable about the Indian culture, cuisine, history and architecture. He communicated well in English and it was a pleasure to be with him.
We enjoyed the trip and highly recommend it to other travellers

Some thing I didn’t like being at the mall for so long. Sea aquarium can see that at home. Loved the tallest building still there at the mall to long. loved shopping at Gold souk and going to the Mos…Some thing I didn’t like being at the mall for so long. Sea aquarium can see that at home. Loved the tallest building still there at the mall to long. loved shopping at Gold souk and going to the Mosque. Hated Aaya universe like something for kids. The Museum was a joke while we was there they argued about money between themselves. Didn’t get to see the culture until we went to mosque and gold souk market .

Overall was okay , I could have skipped some of the activities such as being at the Dubai Mall for 6 plus hours .

A lot of time was wasted waiting for tickets to the aquarium and zoo. We could have explored the mall for the hour instead of waiting on tickets. We could have used the time to explore the mall.
We also had to wait at least an hour at the marina in the heat while dressed for our cruise. No one told us why!!
These days were not as organized as others!!

The trip was amazing! The guides were very informative and patient with our large group. They even made exceptions when we needed to add or remove something from our package. They even made exceptions when we needed to add or remove something from our package. I would book with them again. The only downside, in my opinion, was with the hotel. The rooms have no ventilation so with the air on, the room remained “damp” feeling and smelling.
