Chloe Tickner was absolutely fantastic, she was beyond knowledgeable about the country, the history and the people which really put our minds at ease. She showed unparalleled enthusiasm and was so much fun. She took the time to personally know everyone in the group and worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The tour itself was a perfect balance between relaxation and exploration and we never felt rushed to do anything. The itinerary was well thought out and jam packed with great experiences, we were never exhausted or bored! The transport and accomodation exceeded expectations and the included meals were awesome. It was extremely difficult to say goodbye and return home but we would book another tour with OneLife and in particular Chloe in a heartbeat!

She went above and beyond to ensure we were ok and to meet specific needs people had on the tour. For example, I wanted to do a scuba dive and Chloe contacted a PADI centre which she knew had a good reputation and organised the whole thing for me. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone else thinking of visiting the Philippines!

If I was to give any suggestion I would personally like to have had the free time in the morning as the early wake ups start to take its toll after a while. I definitely feel as though I would not have experienced the Philippines the same had I not done the tour. I created memories that I will never forget and did things I would never have had the opportunity to do. Our guide Chloe went above and beyond for us during the tour, her knowledge of the area and relationships with the locals made our experience even better, she was just amazing. Can’t wait to plan my next one life adventure it was awesome.

All of the activities were heaps of fun, never a boring day. Honestly couldn't recommend OneLife more for the tour: I'm definitely going to try the other locations with them!

I was a bit hesitant at first in choosing to do a group tour as I wasn't sure how traveling with 20 strangers would be but now I wouldn't have it any other way! My group was beyond perfect and I was fortunate enough to make life long friends from around the globe. In addition, my guide Chloe Tickner was truly amazing and inspirational. She was super organised and informative, which led to a stress free and safe holiday away.

She definitely went above and beyond to make it the best trip going. Chloe had a great relationship with all staff in the accommodations and restaurants we went to was lovely to see and everyone on the tour got given the same warm welcome.
I could go on and on but just to sum it up, what an incredible tour and what great community spirit ‘One life’ has and what they are doing to give back and that wouldn’t be possible without people like Chloe. To top it off she was very passionate about what’s going on the world today with all the plastic we use and what’s going on with our environment. Any bit of rubbish Chloe saw she was the first one to get it n put it in the bin! Amazing to meet someone so willing to fight for change and teach others why we all need too.

Chloe our guide made the trip 100% better, she was so kind and caring and made us all feel completely at ease! It wouldn’t have been as good as it was without her! I would recommend the trip to anyone without a doubt. I had some anxiety before going on the trip but it completely vanished from day 1! Couldn’t be happier with it and will remember it as one of my best experiences yet!

I was quite nervous before hand regarding safety (i.e. hygiene, water usage, etc) but our amazing tour guide Chloe on day 1 told us exactly what to do in order to remain healthy which reassured me that everything was going to be okay (which it was). Chloe is one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever come across and after the first few days it was evident in the dynamic of our group that she was one just one of us and fitted in with everyone on the tour. I would highly recommend One Life and the Philippines to all my friends and family as it was an experience that I will cherish forever.

She took us to the best restaurants, the best beaches, and the best prison :D.
Chloe interacted with all of the group such that no one felt left out but at the same time, if someone wanted their own space she did not pressure them into joining in which made everyone feel comfortable. In fact, if someone from outside the group had been watching our group they would have thought that Chloe was one of the group on holiday.

Accommodation was fairly simple but generally comfortable (although showers in Port Barton not ideal). Chloe did a great job managing everything with a very easy-going style, and heaps of love for some super cute dogs. Overall One Life was very good value for money with hardly any spend on extras compared to other tour companies I've used. Would recommend.

So so so happy with this tour, so much included with everything you need to have a great time in Bali & Java. A very well constructed tour with a great range of unique and "Must Do" experiences. Our guide was fantastic, we couldn't have had a better one as she helped us travel around these islands and really make the most of our trip. Excellent value for money. Our group was also filled with great people. Would highly recommend taking this trip!

She was great both at introducing us to the Philippines while on the tour, but she also helped us a great deal with figuring out how we should spend the 10 days we had in the Philippines after the tour! Such a great 10 day tour of Palawan jam packed with fantastic cultural experiences, island hopping, free time exploring and of course sampling the nightlife. Personal highlights included visiting the …Such a great 10 day tour of Palawan jam packed with fantastic cultural experiences, island hopping, free time exploring and of course sampling the nightlife. Personal highlights included visiting the school and prison, zip lining above breathtaking views, staying at Port Barton (best place ever) and spending the tour with my amazing tour group & tour guide. I really admire the work of One Life Adventures in pushing for community development, donating to schools and promoting to use less plastic and protecting the environment which their merchandise contribute towards to. The beach clean was an eye opener to how much waste was surrounding the beautiful beach of Port Barton, so big respect to our tour guide Chloe for organising the beach clean. Transport to and from the airport and in between was stress free as it was all included in the tour price, very much enjoyed the lengthy journey from Port Barton to El Nido as Chloe entertained us with a great quiz which past the time and also the short journeys via trikes. Accommodation was great with Canvas Hotel and Spin Hostel but personally, I'm not a big fan of camping so the overnight camp stay at one of the Islands was a miss for me. Included meals were same same but different, would of liked to seen some more traditional Filipino cuisines as it was mainly western foods provided.
My "Aussie" Miley Cyrus doppelganger tour guide Chloe Tickner was amazing, she provided us with some great information on the island, gave out recommendations for the best and cheapest places, made sure we were always safe yet having fun, and organised some fun activities on camping night. I much appreciated the times when Chloe acted professionally and quickly when my friends were hit with an unfortunate encounter. What makes Chloe the best is her total love and passion for her job but also being a true philanthropist within the local area, big respect.
Couldn't recommend this tour enough to solo and group travellers as you get to discover the great experience of Palawan and at the same time meet some truly amazing humans. Next stop: Sri Lanka!

Every day felt jam packed with stuff to do, and then in the evenings you could either go out and get drunk or get an early night in a comfy bed (depending on your preference). The accommodation in El Nido was especially good.
All of the locals were lovely and very generous with the food they prepared for us. I personally found he lunches to get repetitive but I think in general that boils down to if the food is to your personal liking.
Chloe, our guide, was enthusiastic and helpful, happy to offer advice for your trip and, above all, very handy with a first aid kit! (Our group was pretty accident prone). Plus her playlist was full of bangers.

Compared to other tours I have been on before (with other companies), this tour was …I participated in this tour in February 2019, and was thoroughly impressed with my overall experience with OneLife. Compared to other tours I have been on before (with other companies), this tour was by far the best value for money, with activities and meals included on every single day of the tour! I was also really impressed with this tour's itinerary, as it managed to incorporate a diverse range of activities, so it never felt like you were doing the same thing over and over again (e.g. scenic experiences like island hopping, waterfalls, and underground river, to cultural experiences like school visits and cooking classes). The only word of warning I would give is that the accommodation for nights 3-5 is very basic (e.g. no proper showers/toilets and very poor reception). However, this did not really prove to be much of a problem as we were busy having so much fun and seeing such amazing places anyway.
My guide Chloe was exceptionally friendly and kind. Her knowledge of Filippino culture and history was excellent, and her love for the local people was warming to see. She was always willing to answer any question I had, and made me feel welcome as a single traveller on the tour. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour and One Life to anyone considering travelling to the Philippines.

However I did find the accommodation slightly disappointing as hostels and accommodation provided which does not even provide hot water for the price of the tour I believe is not what I would expect. This should at least be advertised correctly.
Sadly our tour guide was more interested in herself than making sure we had the best time possible on this trip. Nights out we’re advertised on the intinery but we seemed to be steered away from this by the tour guide doing mostly what suited her not what was advertised to us. Very unprofessional behaviour towards the tour group in general which was a disappointment.

The highlight of my trip was the Port Barton boat trip and camping on the beach - I wish I could have stayed there longer!! I would have liked to have had some more free time in the evenings to explore and find out more options to eat, however it was also nice to have group meals every night in recommended restaurants. Chloe was really helpful before the tour started as I was interested in booking the Coron Dive Add On, and then once I decided to book it was done quickly and easily. Whilst on the Add On after the tour I messaged her with a couple of queries and questions which she immediately answered or tried to resolve. Overall an amazing week that I will never forget!

First the group was super funny, the guide (Chloe) always very enthusiastic and the most important for me (all no native English speaker) all the group take the time to help me in case that I didn't understand something.
Chloe has a good vibe and she transmit the sensation and love for her job.
I recommend to others traveller the tour, because it's a very good form to discover The Philippines and it's an incredible experience, and in case that you're not English speaker it's an intensive English course with a the best results, beautiful places to enjoy and you learn a lot from the culture and to communicate with the others in the group and the locals.

The combination of activities allowed me to experience so much and be enriched spiritually and emotionally. It was amazing how much was seen in just 10 days. The moments spent with the local people were ultimately the most important and impacting and because of the well formed relationships we were successfully able to experience a pinch of their vibrant culture. Visiting the school in Port Barton was a beautiful experience and one that revealed the close knit relationships that one life has formed with local people and families. All of this would not have been achieved without our amazing guide chloe. You can see Chloe’s genuine heart from a mile away in the way she pours herself into each person in the tour. No matter the situation she was there to comfort, guide and support the group and all individuals. Because of Chloe’s devotion to local friendships, we were able to feel safe no matter what we were doing. This experience has been better then expected and is such a clever way to experience the Philippines. With a guide like Chloe you will never leave without falling in love with this beautiful place.

Could have a slightly more variety in the lunch food, that’s just me. You could get bored if eating the same food every day for 9 days to lunch. Not that it wasn’t good.
Chole was amazing from day one, she texted as we landed to make sure we got to hostel z safely. She runs things with such grace and always has a smile on her mouth. Not to forget she’s a great nurse, if someone got hurt or ill she took care of them!

There are so many unique experiences on this trip, there are scams in the Philippines, and some unsafe places. It was SO nice to have someone knowledgeable to navigate that all for you. My favorite day was the camping on the beach. After a day snorkeling in the coral reefs, we made it to our private beach. Chloe made a super fun “Survivor” game for us, we played beach volleyball, lounged on the hammocks and swings, ate AMAZING food that the locals made for us, made a massive beach bonfire, enjoyed the millions of stars (and shooting stars) you can see from here, and then camped on the beach for the night. I could go on and on about all the experiences, but you just have to experience it for yourself!

Our guide Chloe was beyond amazing and bend over backwards to make all of us happy and made sure that we had the best time. I loved that all of the staff at our boats and tours were so caring about the environment and wanted to encourage everyone to take care of our world. I also loved that Chloe took us to the untouched beaches, visited the school with all the wonderful children and avoided all of the tourist-traps.
I had an amazing experience ans i would recommend it to anyone going to the philippines.

Chloe was the best tour guide you ask for, she so hardworking & always went above and beyond; so organised, efficient, informative, intelligent, patient, fun, friendly and caring. She was amazing with me when I needed medical attention so for that I’m so thankful we had her as our tour guide!
I’d recommend the tour to anyone and everyone. I’m even considering booking the Sri Lanka tour for next year!

I have travelled the world many of times and the food on this tour has been some of the best I have ever eaten. The places we visited- photos do not do them justice. Chloe was extremely informative about the places we visited and the activities we did. Chloe was there for all of us 24/7. We will forever be great full for the last evening of our tour as my friend I was travelling with was involved in an accident. Chloe was every quick to respond and get her to the medical room and care for her.
I will recommend this tour to everyone and I look forward to booking onto the Sri Lanka tour for New Years 2019!

It has some almost magical experiences, from island hopping, zip lining between islands, and tree top canopy walks in the cliffs.
It shows off some of the best things the Philippines has to offer, but it also opens your eyes to what it’s like living in the local communities. One thing I really admire about One Life is they actually give a [expletives removed] about these communities, and really get involved and help work towards changing these people’s lives (and the environment) for the better.
What makes it better is having such an amazing tour guide like Chloe! She really knows her stuff and is so passionate about what she does, and she always manages to have a smile on her face (while putting up with all of us)
I cannot recommend One Life enough!

If you are looking for a trip to an idyllic country which hasn't yet been completely overrun by tourism then this is the trip for you. I have been going on group tours over the past 15 years and can honestly say trip is fantastic in so many ways. It has just the right amount of rest & play. There are so many activities and special added extras included in the price which I have never had on any other tour. We only spent around 220 GBP in 2 weeks. The country itself and the local people are so welcoming. The most beautiful beaches and sunsets I have ever seen.
Our guide Chloe is honestly the best tour guide I have ever had. Her planning, guiding and recommendations were all spot on. She has such a love for the country & people along with a love for life and the environment that was a pleasure to be part of.

Chloe our tour guide was absolutely amazing she is passionate about the community within which she's woking and the people she's working with. It really just felt like being a family. Extra brownie point as she's originally from the UK. I've already recommended the tour to my sisters and would do it all over again. Currently looking at the two other tours that one life do.

Nearly every day, I would think “how could you even do this traveling on your own?”. There are so many experiences that are unique to One Life Adventures that you won’t get anywhere else. The 10 days was made completely stress free with the guidance of Chloe! Her ability to adapt to typhoon weather conditions and still keep a whole group completely satisfied, her recommendations, her love for her job and the Philippines and the fact she can bring 11 girls from strangers to great friends after 10 days is amazing. Absolutely loved the tour - great value and you get to see so many things you'd never be able to see on your own. Camping on One Life Adventure's private island was most definitely the highlight - such a beautiful place! Chloe is an amazing guide, super passionate about Philippines and always happy to share her knowledge. We did have an fantastic group of 11 girls (who, by the way, might be super famous soon, once we launch the video of our choreographed dance. #watchthisspace). When things didn't go according to the plan and Typhoon Samuel aka "Your island hopping is cancelled" hit Palawan, she was quick to arrange the most amazing day for us - private yoga class, massages and other lovely things so it didn't get on our way at all.

Philippines has always been on my bucket list. I was looking at another tour company before my friend recommended One Life and I’m so glad I decided to go with them. From start to finish, this has been the best tour I have ever done and my new favorite country. I’ve been to 22 countries and done tons of tours and this tour is seriously the best. Everything was well organized and we did tons of incredible and once in a lifetime activities. I felt like we did so much and saw the best of the country without having long and exhausting travel days. I sometimes feel like I need a vacation after some of the tours I do since it involves such strict schedules and long days. This was the first tour I’ve done that I felt like I could truly relax and enjoy my time. The accommodation choices were great and getting to camp out on our own private island was so amazing. Chloe our tour leader made the trip. She has such a passion for this country and made us fall in love with it too. She was always positive and cheerful and was super helpful and attentive to everyone’s needs. We had a long bus ride one day but she made it go by fast by creating a game for us that we all had so much fun playing. It was a lot of work on her end to do this so I really appreciated her going the extra mile. I never met another tour leader that cared so much about their job and the company they work for. A lot of us had varying travel plans after the tour ended and she sat down with all of us to assist us. She even set up a last minute itinerary for my friend and I when we decided to go to a different island. We also did the cebu add on and while that didn’t involve a tour leader, it did provide us with daily transport everyday which was great. Chloe still kept in contact with us throughout the rest of our trip to make sure we were getting around ok and still was there to answer all of our questions. I’m so glad that I decided to do this tour and feel so lucky to have had Chloe as my tour leader. She’s set the bar high for all of my future tours!

The 'Philippine experience' in El Nido was fantastic, such good fun and with very energetic hosts. Although I have visited many places in Asia, I had no real expectations or knowledge of this country or what I was in for. Honestly, it could not have been more enjoyable or great. The Philippines has an essence of home (USA) and the people were not so keen on haggling and selling tourists down the river. The visit was amazing in large part because of the dedication and genuine awesomeness of our guide, Chloe. This world would be a better place if there were more Chloe Tickners on the planet. She safeguarded all of us the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate and make it as enjoyable as possible. Chloe has an infectious zest for life that makes her a beautiful person both inside and out. She is a true natural at her job, and I KNOW it is not regarded as merely a job for her. I was impressed by her assurance of safety the entire time and ability to also enjoy herself. She is wise beyond her years and I cannot recommend this more. I must say, One Life Adventures actually backs up their values and I felt good about being part of a tour that actively supports sustainability, kindness to the environment, and a unique opportunity to visit far off places in a really fun and respectful way as tourists. Before I came on the tour I was so nervous as I was travelling alone. However, as soon as I met my wonderful group and the wonderful Chloe our tour guide, all my nerves went away!
What truely made the trip was Chloe! She’s is an incredible tour guide. I wouldn’t have wanted any other tour guide (soz other guides). She has the best taste in music, taking her speakers out wherever we went to make the trip extra special!
Even on travelling days I had the best of fun playing games Chloe organised, like a pub quiz making the 4hr journey fly by.
Food and accommodation was incredible. I am so impressed with what was included on this tour. I never had any bad meals and I am very fussy!
I felt like I truely got to experience the Filipino culture, with going to the school and the cultural day being the highlights of my trip. What was truely an incredible experience was camping on our private beach complete with swings and treehouse!
I urge anyone to book this amazing tour! I will definitely be doing another with one life!!!

Poor Chloe (my tour guide) had to put up with sick little me for almost the whole trip, and she was the perfect mum away from home. I couldn't ask for a more passionate tour guide!
The worst thing I found that one life does is that they don't let their tour guides just be tour guides. They seem to give them extra work, so that the guide can't just be themselves. I felt the guides had pressure to do like extra curricular things which meant Chloe was on her phone and laptop completing these other tasks rather than just being in the moment with us. This is me being picky, Chloe is such a wonderful guide! We just wanted her mentally with us as well, having the time of her life. I found this just makes the whole tour experience when the tour guide is having an absolute blast with you.
I did find this tour nice and relaxing too, it's not too activity dense and there isn't a lot of travelling which is so amazing! So if you are wanting to do this tour as a holiday, it's a great way to see the Philippines. The first and last day of the tour there are not many activities, these days are designed for you to fly in and out of. So the tour sort of only felt like 8 days. It would be really cool to include the "slum tour" in Manilla on the first day, as I felt that was an amazing learning experience that Chloe suggested for us, and possibly something else on the final day to feel like you get the full 10 day tour.
One of the things I love the most about the tour is that it's sustainable! Such a good initiative for a travel company. The tour is very passionate to not leave an impact on the places we go unless it's a good impact. For instance you go to a school where you can donate books to the children. I wish more travel companies fell in love with their destinations as much as one life does.

The whole trip from start to finish was organised so so well! I can’t believe how much we packed into just 10days and things we could of never done on our own like visiting schools, prisons, meeting locals, turtles, and camping on private beachs. And feel so lucky I got to experience it with such an amazing group of people!
Chloe was absolutely amazing as a guide and just being a all round good friend and mother figure to all of us, she looked after us all so selflessly and she just knew exactly what to do and what i needed when started to feel sick. She is so passionate about the Phillipines and what she does, couldn’t imagine anyone better for the job!

Everything was organised to a T to maximise the best value for time and money with so much included from airport transfers, overnight camping, activities every day and a great amount of meals.
Chloe looked after all of us above and beyond what I could have ever expected form a tour guide, looking after all of us with exceptional attention, from sickness to answering any questions not just about the tour but any travel in the Philippines pre and post tour.
One Life is an amazing company, making sure your tourist dollar is going to all the right places, I can’t imagine taking this trip with any other company.

I had mentioned to Chloe how amazed I was during the days of island hopping where we showed up by boat on random islands and there was a hot meal waiting for us every time.
This is a backpackers tour so don’t expect luxury hotels, although the hostels at the beginnng and end are incredibly nice. What you get is a full experience with local establishments where you feel like you are taking part in the culture. I would love to have done some of the optional additions in Boracay and Cebu but that can wait for another trip!

To start, the work that One Life does with the local Filipino community is a big part of the tour that I was originally unaware of but was such an eye opening and rewarding part of the experience.

From starting you out in your comfort zone in a boutique hotel in Puerto Princesa, to throwing you into local island life in Port Barton, and taking you to beautiful sunset spots in El Nido; One Life gives you a Filipino experience unparalleled to anything I could have ever dreamed.
Chloe is one of the most incredible human beings I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know.
From the moment I stepped off the plane she made me feel right at home.
She always had the most incredible recommendations on anything you could ever need to know about the Phillipines and was so passionate about the country as a whole.
Chloe made myself and the entire group feel like a family in a way I never knew I could feel about strangers I met 10 days ago.
Writing this out brings tears to my eyes knowing we all have to say goodbye.

As someone that has done multiple tours I think I can safely say that this tour would not have been the same experience if it wasn't for having a guide like Chloe. Whether she is filling the position of tour guide, nurse, counsellor or just a flat out mum she manages to take everything in her stride and ensure it is an experience to be remembered by all. It was a warm touch having a guide that actually cares about the environment and all creatures that cross our path, she actually has opened my eyes to a lot on this tour that I would never admit that to her haha. She has topped any other tour I have done purely on the energy and personality she brings to 18 strangers living together for 10 days, and for that One Life and all of us can not thank her enough. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the Philippines through a set of eyes you wouldn't expect. You experience a world nothing like your own and open your heart to the less fortunate living in a world surrounded by some of the most incredible places. Island hopping, kayaking in the lagoon and the Philippine experience were definite highlights and you never tire of the stunning beaches, sunsets and starry skies. We got to appreciate the culture/history of the country as well as all of the fun and had the opportunity to contribute to community projects - the company’s ethos of responsible tourism is impressive. I couldn’t fault Chloe as a tour guide - organised, always upbeat and her genuine love of the country is infectious! Will definitely recommend the tour to friends back home and already planning One Life trip #2 for Sri Lanka and look forward to more destinations in future!

Chloe has been an amazing guide!! She’s been nothing but friendly, enthusiastic and fun whilst maintaining a level of sophistication and professionalism. We were faced with a few medical issues (someone stepping on a potential stone fish) and Chloe was cool, calm and collected making sure the situation was dealt with appropriately and making sure everyone else was still having an enjoyable time. She always made sure we’re having a fun time and that we’re happy and know what’s going on.

Going to miss everyone I have met, but after how well the tour went and how great it was organised, I am keen to experience the other tours that one life offer, like Japan and Sri Lanka.
Chloe was a great guide, I can't imagine how easy it is to keep tabs on 8 people but she did a great job with keeping to schedules and making our tour as fulfilling as possible.

(especially with my group because i travel with this really annoying italian - hahahaha)
THEN THERE’S CHLOE!! i don’t know how but she was not only helpful and crazy educated about where we were (palawan, philippines) but also super excited each day morning and night and really set the vibe to make approx 20 different people from 7 different countries have the best time ever. i’m still having palawan withdrawals. all this and i know she had been doing these tours for consecutive months so she had every right to have a bad day if she wanted. well, she didn’t even come close. she’s like super human positive energy girl.
and she can even sing great and do the backpack kid floss dance thing!!

Even though half way through our tour leader got really sick and had to leave the tour to go to hospital, one life adventures were very supportive of our group and did their best to accommodate our needs and provided us with a new leader (joe) who was also good too! Anyone thinking of doing this tour should! It allows you to explore parts of the Philippines that are not well known to tourists and are beautiful in every way! Loved this tour and my leaders!

This tour gives so much more than the basic "touristy" and island attractions of the Philippines. We visited an island school, a prison, camped on an island beach, and so much more. In each location of the tour we stayed in a different type of accommodation and I think it really added to the experience. In Port Barton we stayed in little cabins that had relatives little amenities, but that was a reflection of the village that we were in. I think that was part of the experience and it really opened my eyes to how the locals in that area live. Overall this tour was amazing, I would recommend it it everyone. I saw so many beautiful sights, eat a ton of great food, and made new friends!

It was action packed and got so much more out of it than if I went alone. Would definitely do this kind of thing again. Chloe the guide really put the vibe of the tour together! She was so upbeat full of great energy for the group to keep having a good time. She made the tour what it was really. Having someone there, that knows her stuff about the Philippines added a different level to to it. For someone as young as her rounding a group of 20 up for 10 days is a talent! It also supports the local community which many companies do not, and offered activities that would not be possible as a solo traveller. I cannot speak high enough of our guide, Chloe who became a friend to us all in such a short amount of time, bringing us all together and working tirelessly to ensure everything ran perfectly. She had so many helpful bits of knowledge/history/hints and tips: not just for the tour but for your travel plans afterwards. I hope onelife appreciate what special people they have working for them.
My only feedback to the company is that there is no fallback plan should the guide become ill/injured/lost phone etc. We were given no emergency contacts and alot rides on your guides shoulders. Not that we ever felt unsafe, it's just good to know what to do if the worst does happen.
But otherwise, I had an absolute dream of a time in the Philippines : thank you so much OneLife!

As a vegan, I had my hesitations to see if I would struggle island hopping, but my tour guide Chloe was always thorough in ensuring I was sufficiently fed and that my meals were up to scratch! Chloe was informative but always relaxed with the tour group which I appreciated. She got everyone to and fro with little to no stress. The accommodation was comfortable all things considered and with only a few minor wifi issues, I had no issues. Despite the magical and often breathtaking views, I found the highlights of the tour usually including the Filipino locals we met and engaged with. Highlights include, the school kids tour, visiting the prison, exotic (maxima) island with the beach to ourselves. Travelling with an eclectic group of people, we all managed to get along and enjoy ourselves and seriously lucked out with only one rainy day in Manila at the very start of the tour. A massive result considering our tour was through the rainy season. The only negative I would say was generally the wait time for food could have been minimised or perhaps we could seek out alternate lodgings/restaurants to ease this. All in all, I would recommend this tour to others and considering the tour is young itself, a good job! Many thanks to Chloe to looking after and out for all of us throughout the entire journey xx

Apart from the Philippines as a destination itself One Life did an awesome job in terms of management and mentality. Everything worked out fine, it feels like we didn't miss out on important activities and i like that they mainly work with locals.
But what makes a tour worth remembering are the people that are ok it, so i would like to thank all the awesome people i had the opportunity to travel with and especially my tour guide, Chloe Tickner, who is just the loveliest and always smiling sweetheart someone could wish for!

The 10 days went by so quickly but you know what they say "time flys when you're having fun".
The activities are amazing and some of the sights we saw made my brain question my eyesight sometimes! The sunsets and scenery are incredible and seem almost Jurassic in places like el nido.
Accommodation was great for the cost of the tour and one of the hostels even had a lovely pool where we could chill out and relax. There was cold showers in one location however, I'm a fan of cold showers and in the heat we had I was in paradise.
We were so incredibly lucky to share the tour with a truly awesome bunch of people from all over the world. We really did make friends through this tour and we all got on so well that we are planning on doing another tour all together again.
Now then.... our tour guide Chloe.... Where do I start. From the very start of the tour she made everyone feel so welcome and created an environment that everyone felt comfortable in.
Chloe went above and beyond throughout the tour and she was amazing at running everything behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly and without us realising that it was happening.
I was so grateful to Chloe when she helped me in a crisis. I have my own business and had a business related issue back home I urgently had to deal with and Chloe helped me get in contact from the remote beach in post barton.
I can honestly say that the tour wouldn't have been same with her and we are so grateful to have had her as our guide.
I would recommend this tour to absolutely everyone and anyone! Truly a memorable experience and one that would do again in heart beat given the chance.

This place was literally paradise and one of the nicest things about this tour was being off the beaten track and experiencing villages and sights that the average tour wouldn't. Such a special experience and one I will never forget. We were extremely lucky to have an amazing group of people sharing the tour and we honestly made some new friends from all over the world.
Accommodation was great and although in one place there was only cold showers, I am a fan if a cold shower and in the heat we had it suited me down to the ground. One of the hostel even had a lovely pool!
I very special mention has to go to our awesome little tour guide Chloe! She was the perfect host and did so much behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. Chloe really did go above and beyond the call of duty. I personally had a bit of a business problem that I had to sort urgently and she helped me get in contact with the company in question back home in the UK and resolve it. Hand on heart I can say that I wouldn't of wanted anyone else to take the tour as I'm sure it wouldn't have been the same.
We loved the tour some much and it brought the whole group so close together that we are all hoping to do another tour someone else in the world soon!!

Let me start off by saying this is an honest review (no one pressured me to say anything). This tour is meant to be a backpackers trip. This is not meant to be luxurious, so if you are looking for 5-s…Let me start off by saying this is an honest review (no one pressured me to say anything). This tour is meant to be a backpackers trip. This is not meant to be luxurious, so if you are looking for 5-star hotels, getting your feet kissed everytime you walk into a building, you should look for something else. This has been one of the best if not best experiences of my life. You go to the Philippines to experience the culture and world-class views. You cannot find these type of views anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and the Philippines is the 5th largest English speaking country, so no issues there. There are A LOT of activities to do on the trip, from snorkelling to kayaking in the Blue Lagoon (best view in the trip) to travelling through an underground river, one of the world's 7 nature wonders. There are even many cultural experiences such as visiting a jail that lets prisoners roam around (very cool concept) and visiting an elementary school on one of the islands. The tour guide was unbelievable. Chloe is only 22 years old, yet she acts as mature as twice her age. She knows how to have loads of fun and made the trip worthwhile. She, unfortunately, got sick halfway on the trip, so she was replaced the next day by Joe, the operations manager. He was also phenomenal. The way this company responds to situations and makes sure that everyone is safe and has a good time is the main reason I would book this trip. You are going to a third world country so it is best to have guides that take care of everything for you already and you don't have to worry about safety. Again, I will say if you are expecting luxury the entire time, don't go. However, if you are okay with going on an adventure, do this trip. This trip should cost more then it is, but it is such a good deal and everything is taken care of which is why its worth it.

The island hopping in Port Barton was a once in a lifetime experience where you get to camp on a private beach, swim with turtles and climb up to a waterfall. If I could go back and do this tour again, I 100% would.

The included meals were good.
Loved the variety of transportation used on the tour. Whilst it made me fear for my life at points, it made the experience unforgettable.
My only negatives are as follows:
- the zip line is optional but the trek up and down from the sip line currently isn’t. There should be an alternative for people that don’t want to do it.
- only one of the restaurants wasn’t great. (Personal preference as others in the group liked it.)
- there should have been some sort of icebreaker earlier on in the tour to help the group get better quicker. The quiz really helped but it came a late in the tour.
A final note...They say guide is generally a tours greatest asset or biggest downfall... Chloe was absolutely fantastic throughout the tour. She was always approachable and most of her recommendations were spot on, for both during and after the tour.

I also spent 5 days in Bohol island as a tour 'add on', and whilst I thought the island was beautiful and would recommend visiting, I don't think that booking this part of my trip through Onelife added much. The accommodation was of a very poor standard compared to the rest of the tour and for the amount of money the add on cost ( I understand this was out of Onelife's control on this occasion and that it is usually better) and the activities included are all super easy to book yourself when you get there. So go to Bohol, but just arrange it yourself!

Our guide Chloe was amazing! Such a lovely person, went above and beyond for the whole group and made the trip even more epic by her just being there. She was super informative, very organised and offered so much fun! Everywhere we stayed too was well put together, some awesome accommodation and unique experiences (sleeping on our own private island!), and the meals included were a great way to taste the local cuisine.

The island hopping from Port Barton was easily my favourite part of the trip. Sleeping under the stars on a deserted island and waking up to the most incredible sunrise. Swimming with giant turtles by 9am and eating a freshly cooked lunch on paradise island. A bit of vollyball and sunbathing with a couple of drinks through the afternoon, polished off with starfish, a stunning sunset and a bit of Reggae.
Our tour guide Chloe was always at hand to help. She showed us all her favourite places to eat and drink in each town and a few hidden spots along the way if you feel like some time to yourself. To have someone you can contact at any time about anything was a real bonus, not a bad photographer too!!
I've been on plenty of group tours in the past, the planning and diversity of this one has made it one of my favourites. I'm already looking at Japan next year with One-Life Adventures.

All the accommodation was clean and staff were friendly. People shouldn't expect 5* resort accommodation but it worked and was great for us. Definitely wouldn't have booked to do everything on the itenarary if I was planning this alone, but all of it was enjoyable x Well done Chloe, and One Life. Best tour I've been on, to date.

I did not enjoy our tour guide as I felt she lacked experience and her demeanor was very fake. The reason you see so many positive reviews is that the tour guides pressure you into writing a good review on this website and sit right next to you while you do, telling you they will not be able to keep their job if you don't leave a good one.
I felt there could have been more integration between the people who took us island hopping from Port Barton. We were all drinking having a nice time around the dinner table whilst the chefs and captains were watching a movie in their own tent. It felt like we were being catered and there was a clear divide. Additionally the captain and boat crew hardly spoke to us even though we were with them for two days. We did have some issues with couples paying for private accommodation which they never received. If you are a couple looking to do this I would say skip it, and save the extra money. Half of the tour you are in your own room and the other half you are in dormitory type rooms.
I enjoyed the overall age of the tour as I was a bit nervous it would be filled with people on their gap year, however I was pleasantly surprised to meet people my own age. I thought the accommodation was quite good, especially Spin Hostel in El Nido and everywhere we went felt very safe. Although I said at the top the itinerary could be better, we did do some really fun and unique things.

-Good range and quality of activities selected (except for the island hopping in El Nido) - is good value for money on paper
-Good group size
-Port Barton beach camping and school visit were definitely the highlights
Cons of One Life:
-Poor communication and briefings during the tour
-Disorganised back office support and booking system (We had booked the separate room option with my partner, ~20% extra cost, 3 months in advance - however, the room was not provided for first night due to a 'booking failure', we then were booked into a lower quality room compared to the standard option, due to low room availability.) We did not get our money's worth by paying more for this option.
-Very poor response by Onelife and their selected boat hire company to a head injury sustained by tour group member during the El Nido island hopping. (Many of the tour group had to intervene, and volunteer to exit the boat tour in order to get the injured person back to a hospital. The whole process ended up taking ~4 hours before injured person received medical attention). One Life need to show a higher priority for safety of tour group members, and not use the El Nido 'Le Boat' company in future.
For these reasons I believe an alternative tour company, or booking the activities/itinerary personally would have been better value.

I loved every single part of the tour but I absolutely loved island hoping around Port Barton, the views and the beaches were absolutely incredible, they’re literally exactly the same as how they look in pictures!
I fell ill on one day in El Nido and Chloe was so good to me, we were on the boat island hoping and she didn’t leave my side arranged for one of the guys to canoe me back to shore at one of the stops and then payed herself for my trike ride back to our hostel. I can’t thank her enough for that! Thankfully the next day I was so much better so I didn’t miss out on much, only the sunset!
If anyone’s thinking about booking this tour, just do it! It’s incredible! If you can, request chloe, she’s AMAAAAAZZZINGG!

OneLife doesn’t just take you to the tourist places, you go off the beaten track and get to do things like visit a prison and a school that you wouldn’t get to do with other companies. I personally have never done any sort of travelling before of any kind and therefore have never done a tour before, after doing this tour I am 100% set on doing the tour in Sri Lanka+ Maldives, it exceeded all of my expectations and was much better that I thought it was going, or could be, I will absolutely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone and especially going on a Onelife tour.
Just to mention our tour guide Chloe, upon arriving before the tour in Manilla I didn't have a transfer booked or accomodation, I then messaged Chloe and she was so helpful in organising a transfer for me and my girlfriend as well as a room for the night, this settled our nerves straight away and this was constant throughout the tour. I had constant questions, queries and problems throughout the 10 day tour and there was no one more relaxed, helpful and willing to help than Chloe, you could tell how much she loved the Philippines and how passionate she was about it and conserving the beauty of the area, her constant knowledge, passion and happiness kept everyone going and made the tour a lot more enjoyable and put everyones stress at ease , she sorted so many problems out for me and my girlfriend and went above and beyond by constantly recommending new things to try, making sure everyone was okay and constantly catering for everyones needs, she was the best tour guide ever and made the tour that extra bit better.

dan in de ochtend lekker 4 uur opstaan dat was leuk haha toen naar het vliegveld en vliegen we naar het mooiste eiland van de aarde met zn alle al heel gezellig komen we in Puerto Princesa aan lekker chillen met chloe en de group bij het zwembad en later naar de gevangenis weer zo n mooie ervaring kijken hoe de mensen daar leven ze waren allemaal vrolijk ondanks ze gevangen zaten de man van de strenge gevangenis was niet zo blij ik mog geen foto s maken en schreeuwde weg wezen ik lachen natuurlijk.de volgende dag gingen we naar port parton even een klein stukje rijden maar chloe had weer wat leuks verzonnen in de bus 4 van de meest nummers waar je van houd en niet van houd en je love song.was te gek iedereen had verschillende nummers was fantastisch.we kwamen aan in onze bungalow koud water en geen stroom alleen s avond tot 6 tot 6 maar dat maakte niet uit je zit op de philipijnen toch.eiland hoppen dat was echt zn groot avontuur slapen op 1 van de onbewoonde eilanden snorkelen en eten in de open lucht en zn mooie groep wat wil je nog meer.ooja een kampvuur met zn alle dat ontbrak er nog aan zo fantastic.maar we deden nog veel meer gingen naar een waterval en zwommen er onder chloe zat daar op die grote steen en dacht ze is zo gelukkig bij ons en dat vind ik het mooist er aan dat ze dat zo veel keren zei.ook nog een hele mooie ervaring was de school dat zal ik bijna vergeten spelen met de kinderen en kijken hoe ze engelse les krijgen zo leuk.toen gingen we naar el Unido nog 3 uur rijden naar het noorden van palawan e verveelde ons natuurlijk niet we hadden nog een quiz films zangers en dingen over de philipijnen ik was echt slecht de laatste 46 punten haha echt zo stom mooi mooi.in el Unido aangekomen kregen we een rond leiding door de stad zoo mooi weer de bergen en zo toen kijken naar zon s ondergang een plaatje wel afdoe een traantje gelaten.dan op de party boot lekker gezellig met iedereen gek doen en zwemmen naar eilanden en springen van de boot en 1 biertje gedronken.

I don't think it would have been half as good if it wasn't for our amazing tour guide Chloe, did not have to worry about anything and its all the work she done behind the scenes and the relationships she built with the locals which made this trip even better! If you book this tour and you're lucky enough to have Chloe as your tour guide you are in for the best time of your life! I would book it again in a heart beat, and i'm already looking at their Sri Lanka tour!

Some places are very underdeveloped and we have to take that into consideration. However, I would not recommend this tour to a friend. This is mainly due to a lack of organisation and communication in comparison to other tours I have been on in south east Asia. The itinerary I received before the tour did not match what we actually did and I was often unsure about what we would be doing the next day. Chloe would sometimes post the plan for the following day on the group Facebook page but this was inaccessible to many due to a complete lack of Wi-Fi in places.
The boat party in El Nido was terribly handled – after one person was injured, 8 people had to volunteer to leave the boat party before they would send out a boat to collect the injured person. They mentioned something about the party boat being over maximum capacity. I didn't understand this at all. Why would 8 people have to leave a boat party so one person could get some medical assistance?
The hostel in Port Barton had a great location by the beach but rooms were very old and extremely basic- far from a "beach bungalow". There was no electricity from 8am – 6pm, no A/C, the showers were cold whenever we actually had water. Accommodation in El Nido was modern and better but there were ants everywhere. This hostel was not close to the beach and didn’t have a pool which many of us were craving by the end of the tour.
The Cebu "add on" that One Life advertise and recommend was a total disappointment and waste of money. Again, major lack of communication. We had no guide so there was a lot of facebook msgs back and fourth as we had no idea what was happening with activities, transfers etc.. This was stressful. We declined the public transport it includes as we heard the vehicles were slow, very crowded and only 1 in 3 buses had A/C . We organised and paid extra for our own private transfers. Our accommodation in Cebu was so bad that myself and 4 others immediately looked for somewhere else but everywhere was fully booked up. According to other travellers we spoke to, there are much nicer affordable hostels and hotels in moalboal so I don't understand why they put us in such a low standard hostel . We did a canyoneering activity in Cebu which was brilliant but it was not part of the "add on ". We booked and paid for the canyoneering separately.
Positives: The island hopping in Port Barton was great fun and well organised. We visited a school and a prison which were great experiences and may not have been done if we were not on the tour. Our guide Chloe taught us a lot about responsible tourism which was a real eye opener. She also gave us a lot of information on the history and culture of the Philippines which was very interesting.
I feel that I should also mention that I witnessed some members of the tour writing their reviews sitting beside Chloe on her laptop with her "help". I feel this is not a way to get accurate and honest reviews so keep this in mind while reading some of the below reviews.

The Philippine Experience at El Nido was a really fun and interesting activity.

Chloe was very friendly and bubbly and the other members of the group were great and made the tour for me.
Cons: The communication and organisation was not acceptable. We didn’t always know what was happening and the itinerary was different than the one sent to us but we weren’t always sure what we were doing the next day.
The party boat in El Nido was poor. After giving people alcohol all day, lunch was not served until 4pm and there was very little food. An injury to a group member was badly dealt with by the boat crew and tour guide which was disappointing.
Chloe seemed in over her head at times and did not have the experience or knowledge I would expect from a tour guide. I believe she did everything she could for us but it did not feel as natural as I have experienced from tour guides with other companies.
The worst part of the tour was the Cebu add on. We were given no information prior to this and luckily Chloe had been with us on this trip to help with organisation otherwise we would have been lost. The accommodation was poor (I moved out of the tour accommodation and paid for different accommodation) but the whale shark watching activity was the most shocking. I trusted One Life as a sustainable, ecotourism company but this activity is at best controversial and certainly not animal friendly. I am so disappointed that this company is promoting this activity.
I’m really not sure what we were paying for in terms of this add on, the best activity was canyoneering which we had to pay for separately!
Overall, I enjoyed my trip but this was often due to the people on the trip with me.

The Philippine Experience in El Nido was also a fun and interesting activity. Unfortunately, the rest of the tour did not live up to this. There was a lack of organisation and communication at times, and when things went wrong, Chloe did not always deal with things as well as you’d expect from a tour guide. Chloe was extremely friendly and bubbly but did not have all the local knowledge and experience I’d expect from a tour guide.
The worst part of the tour was the Cebu add-on. From start to finish it was a disaster. We had no communication from One Life about this trip; transport, accomodation and activities. The accomodation was poor, but most disappointingly was the whale shark watching which is definitely not in keeping with One Life as an eco, sustainable tourism company. I’m really not sure what we paid for in terms of this add on.
Overall, I believe this is a fun tour and luckily I had some amazing people with me on the trip to make it enjoyable, but there are many areas that could be improved.

ACCOMODATION: I booked months in advance and paid extra for a single room, which was never booked. Whilst on tour they made a last minute booking for me at a different place to where everyone else was, with not even transportation the first day provided so that I was left walking the busy streets of El Nido pulling my suitcase whilst avoiding traffic. The place they booked was disgusting, ants in the room and cracked walls with terrible water pressure.
ACTIVITIES: The best activity in my opinion was the Philippine Experience (which is actually run separately and isn't a part of Onelife). It was a great day of local culture and good traditional food. The worst activity was the El Nido Party Boat day. While our tour group was on the boat someone sustained a head injury and clearly needed stitches. Neither the crew nor our Onelife tour guide provided first aid (other passengers had to volunteer). They tried to convince him he didn't need a hospital (when the nurses providing first aid insisted he did). When they called a rescue boat to come get him it broke down, and even once it was fixed they wouldn't let him go because they realised the boat was packed to over maximum capacity and wanted to serve lunch first then ask for volunteers to cut their boat trip short to go back on the rescue boat too so their numbers would be better.
HIGHLIGHTS: the other people on the tour were great and the Philippines is beautiful.
VERDICT: In my opinion the point of booking onto a tour is to decrease stress and increase safety. Onelife failed on both accounts for me.

The 10 days was so much fun, Chloe made sure that everyone was having a good time and was really good to tell us our itinerary so we were well informed of what we were doing each day. There was never a time that I was bored and Chloe was so down to earth and made me feel very comfortable as I was a solo traveller and was a bit nervous at first. The highlight for me was the camping on the private island and the Philippines Experience where we learnt so much about the culture and traditions. During our island hopping we visited a school and met all the children and teachers, it was eye-opening and really nice to be involved with a tour that actually gives back to the community and makes a difference to the locals. I loved the fact that One Life goes above and beyond to give a true Philippines experience, including riding on the trikes and climbing coconut trees! I had the best time and will remember this trip forever and have made some really good friends for life. Big thanks to Chloe and One Life!!

It seems like a lot of money upfront but for the amount of things we did I can't believe it doesn't cost more. I got to see bits of the country I wouldn't have been able to see on my own. My group was a mix of couples, solo travellers and small groups of friends and it worked really well. Chloe was amazing, so friendly and was ready to help with anything you needed. If you want a stress free trip with loads of activities included, book with One Life!

My favourite trip had to be the visit to the school, it was mad to see the difference in their school (classroom, materials etc.) in comparison to the school I teach in in the UAE. I am so glad that I got to be apart of One Life after seeing the differences they've made to the school and being environmentally conscious throughout their tours. It has opened my eyes to the importance of responsible tourism!

I have had so much fun and have loved every single moment. I think the highlight of the tour for me was Port Barton and the two day island hopping with and overnight stay on a private beach, with a bonfire and watching the sunset. The visit to one of the local schools was also one of the most incredible experiences, seeing the kids having so much fun and enjoying themselves, they were so happy with the smallest of things. Although I think I had more fun then them. I really enjoyed all the other activities throughout the tour and there was a good mix of culture and site seeing.
The accommodation was beyond my expectations, even the camping on the beach, having one of the best nights sleep. All the transportation throughout the trip was all arranged for us with a good variation and the full Philippines experience on Banca Boats, Tuk Tuks and Jeepneys. All the food included in the tour was really good, there was a good selection for breakfast and the Boat Boys on the island hoping days were absolutely awesome, they cooked some of the best food I have eaten out here, delicious. Dinner was organised most nights and we were never let down, food was always good and the staff all very friendly.
Chloe, our tour guide was brilliant, she was always around to make sure we had all the information we needed, answering any questions we had throughout the tour and making sure we were having the best experience. You could really see her passion and love for the country and its people, which I think she has passed on to many of us. Our group was Chloe's first and she was amazing, I know with a bit more confidence she will continue to be a great tour guide.

Camping on the beach was amazing as you're on your own private island. I couldn't even pick my favourite part of this tour as I loved it all. Definitely would recommend OneLife to anyone who wants an amazing trip and 10 days of living in pure paradise!!

Her genuine concern to make sure that everyone in the group had the best experience was incredible and was always available to sort out any issues as quickly as possible. The transport, accommodation, food, and organisation across the 10 days could not have been better. My only feedback would be to spend more time at Port Barton! Have to say a massive thanks to Chloe.

We were lucky enough to have Chloe as our lead guide and she was always happy/laughing and they were constantly making sure everyone was okay. Trip of a lifetime!

Chloe has been such a fantastic tour guide and I still can't believe that this is only her second tour and that she is only 21 - she has been incredible. Chloe has been clear and communicated really well with the group, she has also been very caring and ensured everyone is always happy and ok :) Thank you Chloe for making this tour so amazing!!! We've done some great activities and these have all been amazing. I really like that One Life visit the prison and the school and that the company gives back to the community.

This tour was not was I was expecting but in a good way, never did I think that one day I'd be visiting a prison and hearing the incredible stories the prisoners have to then visiting a school and mee…This tour was not was I was expecting but in a good way, never did I think that one day I'd be visiting a prison and hearing the incredible stories the prisoners have to then visiting a school and meeting some amazing kids. All the island hopping was stunning and swimming with turtles was a brilliant experience. The accommodation has been a mix but again in a good way, staying in canvas with a double bed to myself to going to Elsa's in Port Barton where there is electricity 12 hours a day is all part of the experience and one I would 100% recommend. I liked that accommodation was played down so I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised when we'd arrive places. My highlight was for sure camping on the beach and seeing sunrise an experience I will never forget.
My tour guide Chloe has been amazing for someone who this is there first tour, the information is always clear and I know where and when I have to be somewhere. I would say Chloe just needs that little bit more confidence in herself but I know that each tour she does she will get better and better. On a personal note Chloe has really been there for me on a week that has been tough for personal reasons, she's spotted when I haven't been myself and has been someone who i'd class as a friend and not a tour guide.
I have really enjoyed the fact we have gone to local Filipino businesses to support them and get to know different aspects of this beautiful country.

Acomidation in all hostels and hotels were clean and staff were friendly! My favourite day of the tour would be island hopping for 2 days where we snorkelled with turtles, and went to the most beautiful island! Would definitley recommend this tour to anyone, whether youre travelling alone, with a partner or in a group!

Overall this tour was simply fantastic and one of the best things I've ever signed up for in my life. I love my life!! :-D

Visiting a school that one life has helped build was a real highlight of this trip - spending time with the amazing children and teachers was priceless. Camping on a remote island for the night, snorkelling in the crystal clear waters, sailing around stunning islands, playing with puppies on the beach, watching the many sunsets whilst sipping on a mojito, zip lining across the stunning mountains.. and SO much more! We were lucky enough to have 2 guides, Chloe and Sam, both were amazing guides, so knowledgable, kind and caring and going above and beyond their call of duty for all guests. When things didn’t go to plan due to outside factors they were so quick to make sure that we had alternative and equally as amazing activity to do.

We had a great mix of people from all over the world. Chloe was fantastic! Not only was she our group leader she was our nurse, dj, phone getter (I broke my phone and needed a new one) and our friend. Would definitely recommend. :)

Love the small group aspect of it. Every part of this trip was wonderful, from the surfing lessons to climbing Mount Bromo. Only downside was the fast boat ferry to/from Gili T. Had a bit of a scary experience and would recommend a different company or larger slower ferry with more stability. Also long travel days in the van but this can't be helped much, didn't realize how big Bali and Java are! Otherwise fantastic trip!
