Enjoyed a beautiful vacation in Greece. Shell of a tour with not much included as stated. Ran into a few snafu's that were quickly and efficiently resolved by the tour company with care and consideration as well as cost refunds and room upgrade. Thanks Barb. This tour would benefit greatly from a couple of added excursions. Also of note, Galaxy Villa's in Crete should be avoided.

Very prompt and good support from Travel Zone office. Prior to booking the trip we made several modifications to the original itinerary and Dilimar was very helpful in adapting the “new” itinerary requests. Orientation meeting in Athens with Effie was terrific. She answered all our questions and provided detailed explanations of what we could expect. All hotels were very good. All transfers were timely and professional. Level of service on islands varied. Representatives at Mykonos and Santorini were excellent, offered great personal service and were really informative. Unfortunately this was not the case on Paros and Naxos where we simply handed an envelope with a tourist pamphlet.
