Tour Guide Janet did a great job however it should have been made clear that the information would be in two languages The majority of the people did not speak English Not enough opportunities to visit attractions eg Rock and Roll Hall of Fame , Aquaretc

As this was my first tour I have nothing to compare it too. However , overall it was fantastic. If I did give feedback it would be for a meet and greet of everyone on the tour first day/ night. While it was explained to us later in tour this was the ‘ budget’ option of tours. None of us chose it as such. So a few were disappointed on all the free time and also lack of meals included. The accommodation was sometime too far out of town for dinner choices easily available

My family and I enjoyed the whole tour. Arrangements for transport, accommodation, local tours and guide, all have been well planned and suitable. Our special thanks to Luis who professionally arranged everything and we had no problem at all during our 10 days. I also like to mention about the driver who been very proficient throughout the trip. Will again plan trip with Europomundo in future. Salim Muhammad Melbourne, Australia
