I can honestly say it was the best trip of my life, had an amazing group and an equally amazing leader in Amanda. If I do another tour I'm not sure how it will live up to this one. Amanda was excellent; organised but flexible, always up for doing things, even things not included in the tour, super fun and could take banter aswell. The whole trip was a rollercoaster of amazing scenary, cultural experiences and some big nights, all made easy by Amanda. We stayed an extra 2 days and decided to stick with the 23 day tour and she helped out with everything. Lots of love for her, Art, and everyone on the tour, amazing experience. P.S. the sun is still hot xox

Rhis was in the role of assistant guide on a recent tour I was on with TruTravels. Although being very young we were immediately struck by Rhis' professionalism and dedication to her job. Even though …Rhis was in the role of assistant guide on a recent tour I was on with TruTravels. Although being very young we were immediately struck by Rhis' professionalism and dedication to her job. Even though she is not a Thailand guide she was still eager to make sure that the whole group availed of every opportunity in Thailand - Rhis' enthusiasm for travel and experiencing other cultures is contagious and definitely helped the group gel. She went beyond her job description helping us with planning further travel and even giving advice on future trips that we would enjoy.
Unfortunately while we were on tour Rhis was let go from TruTravels. The exact reasons are unclear to the customers in the tour group however the general feeling is that this was an unfair decision, made at a bad time and dealt with in a unprofessional manner on behalf on TruTravels.
As far as I, and many others on tour, are concerned Rhis was an excellent tour guide who went beyond the call of duty.

The tour was amazing! The accommodation was lovely, the activities were so much fun and the guides were awesome! Art was our Thai guide he was so cool and got in on the banter, Amanda was lovely and very friendly but at times she was unprofessional wanting to follow another tour guide and his group around a lot, Rhisian was awesome, she was very friendly, professional and helpful, she helped us plan our travels after the tour had ended. I am slightly disappointed how the situation for Rhisian was handled after full moon but all in all I had an amazing time on tour!

The tour hit all the locations you'd want to see in Cambodia while also allowing for free time to relax when needed. The tour guides were all great, and all found the perfect balance between being super helpful guides while also being a really great bunch of people to hang around with and spend time with

Rhisian as well as the other tour guides, Aido, Phy and Dave were the best! The tour itself is a mixture of culture, relaxation, partying and fun. You will never be bored. We had a group of 16 people and Rhisian made sure everyone was happy and having fun. She looked after us on nights out (some people needed it more than others haha). Although she has started the tour quite recently, she has been living in Cambodia for a while so has lots of knowledge about the people, places, and culture. She was able to answer any questions I asked. She always created a great atmosphere and kept us laughing even when the weather was not so good. I cannot recommend this tour enough and you will be lucky if you get Rhisian as your leader.

I did the 12 day monkey ladder tour and the weather was pretty disappointing for it but despite that Dave and Rhisian were absolutely amazing and made the tour so much fun, would've been such a differ…I did the 12 day monkey ladder tour and the weather was pretty disappointing for it but despite that Dave and Rhisian were absolutely amazing and made the tour so much fun, would've been such a different experience without these two fantastic tour guides. If you get one of these two you're bound to have the time of your life no matter what!

I finished the 16-day Thai-Khmer Adventure in July and it was amazing. David was my tour guide during the Cambodia part and he truly is an amazing human being. The Thailand part is so much fun; Ewan i…I finished the 16-day Thai-Khmer Adventure in July and it was amazing. David was my tour guide during the Cambodia part and he truly is an amazing human being. The Thailand part is so much fun; Ewan is a fun person and we all missed him afterwards, but the Cambodia part is amazing. I had never been to Cambodia before and David made sure I want to visit another time. He was always up for ideas and plans, I loved the fact that even though it was heavily raining we still went to the waterfall. I loved that so much; he is such a laid-back dude that looks like a big teddy bear. :) His hugs are amazing and he makes sure you feel comfortable. The group dynamic was amazing and I was so sad that he had to leave early. He made sure we got another tour guide, Aido. Rhisian was also part of the tour and she and David are both amazing people.
I will definitely do another tour again, maybe Vietnam. I hope to see you there, David! <3

Despite the bad weather for the majority of the trip meaning we couldn't do all the activities planned (gotta love rainy season) our guides Dave and rhisian kept moral high and came up with some other…Despite the bad weather for the majority of the trip meaning we couldn't do all the activities planned (gotta love rainy season) our guides Dave and rhisian kept moral high and came up with some other alternatives. Rhisian did a fab job for her first tour and will do a great job leading her own tour, even got us t-shirts to celebrate staying in all of the mad monkey hostels in Cambodia!;) met a fab group of people and left Cambodia feeling I experienced both city and island life.
