All of the accommodation that we stayed in was by far better than I could have imagined, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable. Unlike some other tour groups, One Life offered unique and unforgettable moments, such as coconut tree climbing, and visiting a Filipino school, and everything was done in such a way that it provided support to the locals, ensuring sustainability of the places that we visited. Finally, the trip could not have been what it was without our amazing tour guide, Hugo! Throughout the entire trip, we were made to feel as if he was our friend, rather than just someone who was there just to work. These 10 days have been an absolutely unforgettable experience, not only due to the beautiful destination, but thanks to One Life, and to the best Swedish tour guide ever!!

I was lucky enough to have my birthday halfway through the trip and had one of the best days of my life, waking up camping on a private island, snorkelling with giant turtles, visiting a school where the children sang happy birthday, island hopping, and celebrating with newfound friends over dinner and drinks. Our tour guide Hugo was amazing, looking after everyone so well and making sure the whole group was getting the most out of their experience, it was like being on holiday with a very organised friend! I would recommend this tour to anyone whether you are a solo traveller or in a group, you will come away with lifelong friendships and unforgettable experiences. Thank you so much Hugo and the rest of the One Life team!

I made life long friendships on this tour with people from all around the world, friendships that I will cherish forever. Our tour guide Hugo was amazing. He was hilarious and was always making sure that we were safe and having a good time. He knows everything you need to know about the Philippines and took us to so many amazing places. The great thing about OneLife is that they contribute so much to the community and I really love how much the locals appreciate the company. It is also so great that there are so many activities, transportation, and food included. You really get so much for your money. This tour is great for every type of person. Whether you want to learn about the Philippine culture, party on a boat, or just relax on the beach, there really is something for everyone. I would definitely do another OneLife tour. My only complaint is that it was Hugo's last tour, he really made the trip amazing and I would recommend him to everyone.

My one life experience wouldnt of been the same if it wasnt for our tour guide Hugo, he was amazing and has a lot of knowledge on the Philippines and made it a very fun trip.

Hugo is an amazing individual that cares a lot about the people on his tour and the Filipino people. It happened to be his last tour ever and everywhere we went the locals were saddened to see Hugo leaving the Philippines. That says a lot about the One Life experience and Hugo as a person. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, Palawan is beyond beautiful and you'll come away with friendships that last a life time.

He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was safe, happy and having the best possible time. One life - He is a credit to you....Don’t ever let him go!!!! JJ is also the loveliest fella. I will miss them both loads.
The tour itself, Unlike other companies gives back to the local community by donating. They support local schools too and I think it’s great that we got the witness that.
There is a mixture of experiences with this tour, you get the best of everything. Culture, partying, adrenaline activities and relaxation. We had a mixed group of older and young people, but as a couple we were never pressured to stay out drinking. Hugo always made sure we had lots of options and he was great with reccommendations. You can see how much all the local people love him too.
The best part about the tour is that all kinds of people can enjoy it. Young, old, solo travellers, couples, families etc.
Fully recommend this tour to anyone. I can’t wait to book my next one :-) thank you so much for all the laughs and memories I will cherish them forever. Xx

One of the things that I found to set this apart was the culture side of the tour where we got to imurse ourselves in the Philippineo culture and give back to the local communities, and I would definitely recommend for anyone to do while here in the Philippines. All of the accommodation was safe and secure as well as in great locations for going out and getting around town. The highlight of my trip was the island hopping and camping trip on a private island, swimming with turtles was an amazing experience and bonus. After meeting so many new people on this tour, I can’t wait to go to the one life Sri Lanka tour with my new friends who I’ve met through one life. We were limited on time with work etc and didn’t want the fuss of organizing everything ourselves after traveling around Hong Kong before we arrived in the Philippines.
Everything was super easy and organised. Once we arrived in Manila our tour guide Hugo arranged our transport to the hostel and even suggested things to do for rest of the day until we met the group that evening.
Hugo was informative on the history and culture all around the Philippines during the group activities providing us with lots of options on things to do in our down time and was always there when anyone needed anything.
I would definitely recommend this trip as it gives you an off the track experience of the Philippines. The tour was a real eye opener of what it would be like actually living in the Philippines and we are glad that we were able to support the local people during the time we spent there.

It was my first group tour and I was feeling a little apprehensive at first but knew it was the best way to not only see the Philippines but also meet new people from all over the world. I went on the tour with my boyfriend and we both had an absolute blast. Our tour guide was Hugo who is such a character. He was knowledgable about the culture, able to give us tips and advice, take us to the most beautiful places and is importantly always up for a laugh.
The accommodation on the tour was great and there was a good mix of hostels, nice hotels and even a night of camping on an island beach!
The food was great and the tour group is able to cater for vegetarian diets (make sure you eat the Philippino eggplant dish, it’s deelish!)
I was surprised just how much poverty there is in the Philippines which is often hard to see but I love that the tour group focuses on giving back to local businesses and the Philippino community.
So many of the places we visited are so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s real and there’s no way we would have been able to see them without One Life & the amazing Hugo. Thanks doesn’t even begin to cut it!

I will want to recommend this tour to friends, I feel like the tour has been a great to end my months of traveling and i have some great stories to tell along with some of the most amazing photos and views. Some highlights included zip-lining in between two islands, a visit to Pagdanan Elementary School on a remote island were we had the opportunity to play with the school kids and teach them some English. One Life Adventures is truly a unique tour company as they give back so much to the communities they visit by only using local suppliers and giving donations to the schools in the rural area of Port Barton!
We had the best tour leader 'Hugo' who made the trip even more fun, he has such a great energy about him, and made effort to get to know everyone. His knowledge on this tour has been great, and knowing this is his last tour with 'One Life' I feel we were lucky to have him as our tour leader. Thanks Hugo!!! x

The tour is very well organised. You are always kept busy and do lots of fun activities. Good mixture of cultural activities and also time to have a good drink and party! The local school visit and cultural day were my highlights and the el nido boat party is amazing! Also the zip line is a must! Our tour guide Hugo was also fab. Would definitely recommend one life :)

I booked it as a single person and was not sure how exactly it would turn out but it has went above and beyond my expectations. As a cautious person (generally), I would highly recommend it to just about anyone and am certainly planning on taking another one of One Life Adventure tours. Not only have we interacted with the locals as much as we could, we had also had a one-on-one with nature while camping on a private island and during the many island-hoppings. So highly recommended i cannot reiterate it enough. Special thanks to our amazing guide Hugo for making sure everyone got a bit of what they came for!

Our guide Hugo was the so organised and catered to every travellers needs. Excellent communication and travel advice, as well as keeping the vibe chilled at all times. Dreading going home. Will miss the crystal blue waters, the palm tree beaches, the reggae culture, and the majestic sunsets over the water.

Highlights for me were camping on a private island in Port Barton and our late night swim on the second night. The last few days were effected by rain but Hugo handled it like a pro and we have managed to do most as planned and improvised where possible to make up for other activities that the weather did not permit. This was my first solo travel experience and it has been so effortless and enjoyable thanks to such a great tour company (and thankfully, an amazing tour group)!

I was extremely impressed with the tour guides Hugo and Adam. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having THE BEST time.
Philippines is stunning and slightly different to the rest of Asia that I have done. Once you arrive in the philippines you will realise that everything runs on "Philippino time", which makes everything longer. The tour cuts all this out and the design of everything runs super smooth.
Highlights for me was definitely the beach camping, big fire on the beach with beers, the sky littered with stars..... all on a private beach.... just you. Waking up in the morning with the sea infront of you to the sunrise...... definitely one of them pinch yourself moments.
Maybe this OR the crystal clear blue waters on the turtle snorkelling....... the list goes on. All from port barton which is untouched and not affected by tourism.
Last night was the full moon party in el nido..... which you can imagine was a lot of fun too.
Whats also important is that its not too rushed, neither do you spend too long in each place..... the ten days works perfect and trying to cram in more in this time certainly wouldnt work.
So all in all 10/10..... which lets face it, is why these guys have a ridiculously good rating!

Öarna man åker till är helt otroliga, vattnet är fantastiskt och det är exakt som man ser på alla drömmiga bilder på internet. Dagarna börjar med ö hoppning i Port Barton och bland annat camping på en egen privat ö! Det finns aktiviteter överallt, snorkla, sola, bada eller bara slappna av i en hängmatta. Efter det bär det av mot El Nido där vi bland annat hade en heldag på en partybåt där vi åkte till Blue Lagoon vilket är allt man drömt om, vattnet är klart och i så många olika fina blågröna färger, man måste verkligen åka dit för att förstå hur vackert det är. Allt som allt är jag verkligen glad att jag gjorde denna resa, definitivt det bästa jag gjort och jag vill verkligen ge ett stort tack till guiderna och One life adventures som gjorde detta möjligt!
Booked this trip through a travel agent and haven't regret one second, the whole trip was fantastic! Fun and always positive guides makes for not a single boring moment. The islands we went to were amazing, and the water is exactly like you see it on all the dreamy pictures on the internet. The days start off with some island hopping in Port Barton and did some camping on a private island as one of many activities. After that we traveled to El Nido where we among other things went on a party boat and went to Blue Lagoon which was the most amazing thing I ever seen. The water was in a lot of beautiful different blue and green colours and with the cliffs and forest around us it was a spectacular view, you really have to go there and see it with your own eyes to know what I mean! All in all I am really happy I went on this tour and its definitely the best thing I have ever done in my life and I would like to send a big thank you to the amazing tour guides and One life adventures that made this possible!

The sights and experiences you get on this tour can only be described as breath taking and some once in a lifetime places you'll definitely only get a chance to see on this tour and with one life adventures. One of the things I was most aprehensive about was how I would cope going from place to place and not knowing the local areas but with the trip being tour guided from the start to finish by Adam and Hugo, who take everyone personal needs and preferences in to consideration before any activity is taken part in and made the tour even better than I could imagine. I can not recommend this tour and one life adventures highly enough. This tour is perfect for complete beginner travellers, the most experienced of travellers and everyone in between.

We had limited time and knew that our tour would allow us to fit in a lot of activities in such a short space of time. We heard about the company from friends who gave it high praises for being fun and very reasonably priced. From the start our tour guides: Adam, Hugo and Milly were so helpful and fantastic about giving advice regarding flights, activities and filling us in about the Filipino culture. We were amazed with how great all of the private transfers and hotels/hostels were in all of the locations we visited- Manila, Puerto Princesa, Port Barton and El Nido. In a stressful city such as Manila, haggling with the taxi drivers is a bit tricky so we were very thankful! A few of the highlights that we experienced were a one night stay on a private island, a visit to one of the Filipino prisons, learning how to climb a coconut tree, zip lining in El Nido and definitely the island hopping party boat! Our tour guides also suggested adding on a trip to Cebu to swim with the Whale sharks and go canyoneering through the Kawasan waterfalls. We would highly recommend this! Not only were the activities amazing throughout the whole trip, the people we met in our tour group made sure that there were plenty of laughs and hilarious moments. We couldn't fault the whole tour!

The tour had all activities and a lot of meals included so I barely spent any money at all! Our tour guide Hugo knew everything there is to know about the Philippines and was always taking part in all the activities. He was so much more than a tour guide, he was like a friend, a couples councilor, a nurse whenever someone got hurt and on top of that a cutie :) to sum it up, if you want to hang out with awesome people, see lots of cool animals, make friends and party, One Life is the tour for you. All of the hostels were great, and bypassed my expectations!
There was however one part of the tour that i did not enjoy; the prison visit. (personal preference as everyone else on the tour really enjoyed it) This was for me because it didn't feel right.

What an amazing 10 days! It honestly felt like so much longer than that, as we managed to squeeze in so much stuff and had the most awesome group. Hard to choose one highlight, but the boat tour in El Nido was truly one of the best days I've had in a year of backpacking. Camping on the island in Port Barton was also an incredible experience. Huge thanks to our guides, Milly and Hugo. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about Milly, she was amazing from the first day of the tour to the last. Always full of energy and made sure everyone was always having a great time, while also dealing with any problems or issues too. Didn't see much of Hugo for first few days due to illness, but he was great too - always in high spirits and a really cool guy. Also I have to give them both huge thanks for looking after me after I had a nasty motorcycle accident. They got me to the clinic and helped me get through a pretty tough few hours. Really can't thank them enough for that - going above and beyond the call of duty.

This is the best tour ive ever done. Not only is Philippines a beautiful place but the itinerary allowed us to see such a lot in such a short space of time. I personally can't fault this trip, it was amazing and the perfect way to end my trip. The places we stayed were great and the whole trip was so much fun. The beaches we visited were beautiful and there was so much included I hardly spent anything. I loved the BBQ Filipino food we had included and our tour guide Hugo made sure to help anyone with any food issues, e.g vegetarian or gluten free. Hugo was the best tour guide i've ever had. Everything ran smoothly but I never felt like I was rushed like i have with some tours. He's so much fun and a great laugh and we all loved him so much. It was more like being with a friend than a tourguide. Hugo made sure that everyone was accommodated and there was never any pressure to do activities, for example in other tours if you don't drink it seems to be a problem, whereas Hugo made sure we got back to our hotel safely and I really appreciated that. I have honestly had the best 10 days ever an ti wouldnt have been so incredible without Hugo as our tour guide, he's absolutely amazing and a credit to One Life.

There was not too much travelling from place to place and there had been a clear process of listening to feedback meaning the tour had been reworked many times to make it the best possible for all involved. Hugo, the tour guide, was the perfect personality to guide the tour. He had a great way of looking after everyone and ensuring everyone was included without smothering people, and his kind nature, enthusiasm and positivity reflected onto the group to ensure we all got on fantastically. I thought the value for money was excellent and I would definitely book another tour.

We have loved every second of the tour, the places you visit are incredible and the people you meet along the way made the trip. my favourite part of the tour was definetly camping night under the stars and enjoying the beach.
I really like the tour, had a lot of fun, visited nice spots, bars, restaurants. Our guide Hygo was super nice. Everything was well-organised, so I just relaxed and enjoyed Phillipines nature and cult…I really like the tour, had a lot of fun, visited nice spots, bars, restaurants. I had a lot of fun with the group and tour guides (Dusty and Hugo) who made my first time in Philippines the best holiday I have ever had. I loved all the activities, the camping, island hopping, cultural fiesta and more. Every single part of the tour was a new adventure. If someone ask me if I would do this tour again, I wouldn't think twice to say YES I would cuz it is a bucket list thing to do. LOVE IT.

The tour was packed with activities but still had a significant amount of time to relax and take it easy. The island hopping - visiting the elementary school and camping out on Exotic island - was by far my favorite part of the tour. Would recommend 100%

The guides, Joe and Hugo, went above and beyond to make sure everyone was included and enjoying themselves and they ensured there was never a dull moment on tour!
All the accommodation was of a really high standard, the hostels we stayed in were more like boutique hotels, and the night spent on the island camping was quite a unique experience!
The food was delicious, it was great having the guides with us as they knew all the popular local spots to eat and drink. Highlights were the El Nido zip line, two days island hopping and the school visit in Port Barton, a humbling experience that wouldn't have been possible if traveling by myself. Thank you so much to Joe and Hugh for a fantastic tour, I can't to see where one life go next!
