I came out on my own to oz and ozinto but I've definitely made some friends/contacts now to travel around with me.
Tom and Jake have been so helpful and informative they've really helped me feel so at ease and excited to now carry on my adventure!!

He kept the craic going through every day time activity and through to the nights out! Cannot thank him enough for everything he's done for all of us, helping us get settled in and sorting everything for our further travels. I booked to travel with ozintro because I was traveling alone and they offered lots of support and information before leaving home. When I arrived in Australia I was met at the airport and made to feel welcome before being taken to the hostel. The accommodation was nice with everything you needed and everybody in the hostel was friendly and chatty! Throughout the week we were taken to different spots around sydney and also on a trip to port stephens which was amazing! My tour guids, Jake and Tom were great and gave me the best possible experience here as well as being really friendly and helping me feel at ease with everything! I would recommend Ozintro to anyone thinking of traveling!!

He looked after us all and made sure we all had a week we would never forget. Unfortunately sitting next to him on the jet boat meant that I did get constantly splashed by him! I wouldn't change any of the week- it was amazing!

One of the best days was when we went on the boat cruise/trip and we all chilled having a laugh and getting to know everyone in the group! Jake is extremely knowledgable about traveling and if I ever had a question about he will help me and explain in detail what's the best thing to do and how to do it! You can tell that he loves traveling and loves his job, this puts a amazing vibe on the group and has made me have an amazing experience as him as my tour guide! 10/10

One of the standout moments for the week was when we went out on a boat in Sydney Harbour and Jake was joining in with all the fun and the laughs of the group.... such as jumping in of the boat with us which was cool.

Taking a cruise around the Sydney Harbour was incredible, and made all the more better by the chilled out vibes that were given off.
I won't just be recommending Oz Intro to people, but also Jacob as a guide. Top guy.

My experience with ozintro was excellent. My group leader Jake couldnt be more helpful and friendly if he tried, in my opinion the blue moantains was the best day because of the epic views.
The trip was better than expected! I was made to feel welcome and the guys knew exactly what they were doing and all the best things to see, accommodation was great and transport too!

The week itself is an excellent way to see Sydney and the tour leader jake is great, he made me feel much more comfortable knowing there was someone who knew what he was talking about

If there was anything we needed, he would be there for us. He knows the city and helped us book other tours. Jake is a great guy and the perfect tourguide! Everyone should do OzIntro with Jake!!!! :)

The tour was a good mix of exploring Sydney/…Did the OzIntro with Jake as guide - couldn't've asked for a better guide! He is really passionate about Australia and makes sure everyone has a good time! The tour was a good mix of exploring Sydney/a few tourist attractions and helping you settle in/adminy stuff.

They are a great resource and the perfect introduction to the city. Everyone in the office is super helpful, especially our wonderful, tireless group leader Jake. :)

Overall I had a great time and it wouldn't have been the same without him. He always made the best of a bad situation, especially the bbq in the rain, which ended up being one of my favourite days :)

Jake was an amazing tour guide, didn't let anyone feel left out and was always there to answer any questions no matter the time of day. If anyone had a problem he would sort it straight away. Good banter and always up for a laugh, great guy and hope we all stay friends. One of the greatest weeks!

Our group leader was Jacob who was literally the nicest guy and done a great gob with our crazy group and his air guitar is first class. Everyone else at Ozintro are also extremely helpful and so welcoming i could not thank them more :)
