Not to sure where to start with Emmy but let's start with she is amazing, she made my trip and I'm sure the other 44 people on my trip amazing and such good memories that we will have forever! We neve…Not to sure where to start with Emmy but let's start with she is amazing, she made my trip and I'm sure the other 44 people on my trip amazing and such good memories that we will have forever! We never had a bad day with her! She was always there for everyone and always had a smile on her face no matter what we were doing! Even thought most of us saw everything for the first time and she didn't she still seemed like she was seeing it for the first time because she was with a different group of people! She put the beauty in everything! She is a amazing young woman and I'm so glad she is working for contiki! If you could ask what tour guide you wanted next contiki I would 100% say her hands down! Thank you for being yourself babe! And thank you for havin are dinner date together and havin are heart to heart! Love you contiki momma, and hope to see you soon!!! Love all the way from Canada xxx

She cared about everyone on tour and she wanted every person there to be f…Without emmy looking out for us I believe the tour would not be nearly as fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and passionate. She cared about everyone on tour and she wanted every person there to be friends. She was stern when she had to be. Free living when she was allowed to be. She was our mamma duck and we were her ducklings, following mamma through new cities and learning about the world. Out of the 51 people on the bus not one person would say a bad thing about emmy and the work she did for us.
Everything seemed to move so smoothly throughout the tour and it was because she worked so hard behind the scenes for us to have the trip of a lifetime.
I hope on my next contiki she is my tour guide

Emmy was the best tour guide I could have asked for. Calm and collected at all times. But it made it a whole lot better when she gave us a detailed insight to each location's culture and history. Everyone loved how she would join in at night times when we were celebrating our time overseas. Emmy wasn't just a tour guide, she was our beacon of light when we were in doubt. 5/5 10/10 100/100

Having spoken to friends that have done similar tours…Emmy was an awesome tour leader for my euro escapade trip. She was always friendly, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly fun. Having spoken to friends that have done similar tours through both top deck and contiki, I think our group was especially lucky to have Emmy as our tour leader.

She genuinely cares about the people on her trip, she has super-human knowledge on every stop on the tour, and she is so enthusiastic about the sights, sounds, history and people of every city. She's super approachable, passionate, funny and caring - the tour would 100% not have been the same without her!

If it wasn't for Emmy and her organization, positive attitude and caring personality this tour would not have been half of what it was. She took the time to get to know each person on this trip and always reminded us that she was there to talk to if we ever needed. She would help us through any issues that we might have had and made sure that our trip was not ruined because of any problems! I would swear that she was more excited to go to each new city than she was when we arrived at the last. Emmy goes over and above all expectaions in everything she does. I am so thankful that I had Emmy as my tour manager!

I spent a month on tour with Emmy and she was so awesome. She really cared about each person on the tour and really got to know each of us. We had so much fun with her and she had so much knowledge …I spent a month on tour with Emmy and she was so awesome. She really cared about each person on the tour and really got to know each of us. We had so much fun with her and she had so much knowledge about so many different places and you could really feel her passion when she was speaking. I would definitely go on another tour if I knew him he was going to be my tour guide!

I learnt a lot from her and we all became like a family over the month we travelled together. She was very caring if anyone was sick, lost or hurt she was always there to help and make sure you were okay. I'd definitely travel with Emmy again she was the best!

So positive, full of energy and so organised, There was no need for us to lift a finger because she was on top of everything! She worked in extremely well with our bus driver Barry (who was also amazing;) being that he got us there safe and on the trip we never had a dull moment, she would always find a way to make things fun! especially since she's so cultured! therefore, every destination we went to, we learnt so much because she was so good and passionate about everything she spoke about, which really brought a lot of the wow factor to the trip and we learnt so much thanks to her! But she was generally just an amazing person anyway, she made everyone feel comfortable, listened, made sure everyone was happy and not only just an amazing tour guide... But now a life long friend! Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Emmy! She went above and beyond during the tour, and even after the tour she's still been communicating with our tour group!

The accommodation was good bar one place which has been passed back to Contiki. The included trips were informative and fun, and the optional extras were really good fun! The way the whole trip is organised is good, with free time to explore new places and structured times to do things as a group. Emmy was a perfect tour manager; relaxed but organised, heaps of fun and very knowledgeable and helpful. She was always there to help when needed and she got involved with us all as individuals and not just as paying customers. I'd wholly recommend this trip and I'd wholly recommend Emmy as a tour manager, I ticked off so much of my bucket list and had the best time doing it; I've made some friends for life and would not hesitate to travel with Contiki again.

She made each of us feel important and never not had time for any problem or query we had. Every day she had the biggest smile on her face ,full of knowledge and facts for each destination. Emmy is just a incredible person, beautiful inside and out and I am just so so grateful she was my guide and I will treasure all the memories for the rest of my life. Thank you Emmy :)
