He’s also very open minded with a great sense of humour. There is a lot of travel on this tour but it’s totally worth it. To see south, central and northern Vietnam all in 12 days is amazing! Highlights of our travel days are the overnight trains, jeep ride and the boat cruise. Highlights of activities would be, nightlife in Ho Chi Minh City, kayaking and cycling in Hoi An and trekking the Pu Luong village. Overall Vietnam one life tour checks all the boxes. Small dislikes would be the price of custom made clothes in Hoi An. Also the bugs and dead cockroaches at the homestay. I loved all the local foods we got to try at each stop along the way. From street foods to restaurants Danny has great suggestions!

Danny is local and really knows everything there is to know about his country. His passion and enthusiasm really was contagious and our group absolutely adored him. Danny goes above and beyond, from bringing us to delicious restaurants (when he could just give us suggestions) and bringing us to local spots we’ve seen online and making sure we are fully cared for at all times. One life has got an absolute gem of a human in Danny and I know the whole group will never forget their experience because of him. Cảm ơn Danny! We love you!!

You experience so many different facets of the country. We were impressed by the friendliness of the people, the diversity of the country and the impressive landscapes. In particular, the cruise in Ha Long Bay and the homestay between rice fields, as well as the jeep tour over the Hai Van Pass are highlights of this tour. Our guide Danny always put his heart and soul into making sure we had a special time.

The activities were fun. I like the Ha Long Bay cruise which had spectacular views of the bay especially during sunset. Exploring Hoi a was amazing too. I like riding the jeeps from Hoi an to Hue which is a good way to explore in depth of Vietnam. I like doing the cooking class too. It was well organised and entertaining too.

He was always there for us, gave us plenty of information about the country and the culture, but above all, his friendly, funny, and helpful nature made it unique. The organization was perfect! There were so many highlights on the trip: My favorite was Train Street, but also Hoi An with its cute boats. The cooking class was also great, and the homestay with an impressive view. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

I have never felt more welcomed or accommodated for as I have on this trip. Both my friend and I have disabilities, and so it is sometimes hard for us to keep up with the group and activities, but this has been well paced and we have loved every minute of it, and had the opportunity to rest when needed. Danny has truly been one of the best parts of the trip, he has been funny and made sure everyone has had the best experience possible. We love him, he is a legend!

Amazing trip! I got to see so many amazing highlights that I would never have found otherwise. Vietnam is a beautiful country and I experienced the best of cities and countryside.

His genuine passion and want for us to fully experience Vietnam and all it has to offer, was refreshing and made the trip 10 times better. All of the stops and destinations were well timed and made me feel that I have seen the Vietnamese culture and have been able to meet new people. Our group was so fun to experience this adventure with and I have made many memories! This is one of my favourite trips and destination so far. Thanks One Life and Danny.

The itinerary was jam-packed with so many adventure and culture-focused activities that I would not have been able to experience if I did this trip on my own. Our guide, Danny, was absolutely amazing - as a Vietnamese local he was able to share a lot about the food and culture, and he brought a lot of energy and humour to the trip that made it so much more fun. The highlights of the trip were experiencing rural Vietnam at the homestay, and surprising catching the sleeper train as this was definitely something to experience. I would definitely book another tour with One Life Adventures again in the future.

This 12-day trip to Vietnam will long remain etched in my memory. Even if the first few days were a little rainy, that was part of the charm and adventure, and nothing could have tarnished this unique experience. Every day was intensely rhythmic: between cultural visits, local activities and moments of sharing, we didn't have a second to get bored - and that was great!
What really made all the difference was our guide, Danny. Always attentive, caring and ready to help us at any time, he made this adventure even smoother and more rewarding. His advice was invaluable, especially when it came to making the most of our free time and organizing our little extras. Thanks to him, everything seemed simple, even in a country so different from our own.
Memories come flooding back: playing Da Cau in Saigon, making eco-bricks, cycling through the narrow streets of Hoi An, discovering Vietnamese cuisine, hiking in Pu Luong, sailing on Ha Long Bay... It was a total immersion, authentic and full of emotions.
Thank you Danny for your smile, your passion and your invaluable guidance. This trip wouldn't have been the same without you.

Our guide Danny helped to show his homeland and encouraged ud to try and experience new things. He made sure that the tour went smoothly and we enjoyed us.
Worth mentioning though is that there were quite a few places we only stayed one night in, which wasn't a problem for me, but some people might not like this

The days in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay were amazing, full of activities, the accommodation was 10/10 and our tour guide Danny was the best - giving us a lot of information about Vietnam and the places we were seeing, sending us the detailed itinerary in advance for the next day and always doing activities with us. He's also a very funny guy and the good vibes never missed with him - I can tell for sure he was our favorite tour guide. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Danny because in Sapa, so for the last 3 days, there is a different tour guide. Our second tour guide was Hop, a very sweet lady that took us to some incredible hikes that ended up at her family house in the middle of nature where we also spent the night. There wasn't much to do around except for a massage in the neighborhood. Hop tried to accommodate our needs and change the plans in order to have more time to do extra activities (like the Cable Car, Cat Cat Village), but she was not very present, for eg. she was not eating with us or in the first day she warned us about the groups of old Vietnamese ladies that follow you around while doing hiking and then insist to buy stuff from them only after they left and she didn't use the group to send us information about the plans of the day which I think is quite important as while you move every day is not so easy to keep track of the plans that you hear only verbally and it can get confusing very easily.
Overall it is a very good tour to explore Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Sapa more as a local and less as a tourist - we would definitely not be able to have the same experiences on our own.

Our tour guide Danny was absolutely great! Always had everything under control, super organized, funny/witty, knows the best places and interesting stories about them, always friendly and helpful, ...! You could really feel that he loves his job and his country.

We had the pleasure of experiencing a 12-day trip through Vietnam with our wonderful tour guide Danni, and it was simply unforgettable! From the first welcome to the last goodbye, he looked after us with passion, expertise and warmth.
Thanks to his perfect organization, we were able to discover the most beautiful places in Vietnam - from the vibrant metropolis of Hanoi to the impressive Halong Bay and the charming cities of Hue and Hoi An. He gave us fascinating insights into Vietnamese history, culture and the daily life of the locals. What was particularly impressive was his ability to tailor each tour to our individual wishes and to provide us with special experiences off the beaten track.
His friendliness, his humor and his perfect mix of professionalism and relaxed attitude made the trip something very special. We always felt that we were in good hands and had a fantastic time.
We can recommend Danni
without reservation and would go on a trip with him again at any time. Thank you very much for these unforgettable days!

We had so many highlights that it is hard to name them all. Starting with buzzing HCMC and the sleeper train experience to the best food and scenery in Hoi An. From Hoi An to the homestay and the walking tour to the waterfall. The open jeep tour is definitely on of the highlights, together with the amazing time in Hué at the Tempels and palaces. Often we were able to cook Vietnamese food in our own to get to know the cuisine better and bring it home. Ha Long bay cruise was the matching final for this amazing tour. 11/10 I would recommend this tour everybody who would like to get to know the real vietnam.

Riding an open top jeep through the Hai Van Pass, staying at a homestay in the Vietnamese countryside and sampling incredible local food were some of my personal highlights. Top all this off with one outstanding tour guide Danny who made this fun, energetic and a trip of a lifetime. Danny is super passionate about his home country (sorry for all the questions!) and nothing was ever an issue. I wish Danny and One Life the most amazing future!

The trip was filled with great food, fun adventures, and unforgettable moments. Some of the highlights included learning foot badminton, swimming in a hidden waterfall, and kayaking at Bai Tu Long Bay.
I also had the chance to play pickleball during the trip—there were plenty of courts available, and many even offered paddle rentals, which was a nice surprise.
Danny was an outstanding guide. He was always helpful in answering questions, making sure everyone felt comfortable, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. He truly made the group feel like family.
Overall, a fantastic trip, and I highly recommend it!

We had the best tour guide you can imagine (Dang / Crazy Danny). He answered every question and made a lot jokes. He knew all the important History facts and always made sure that we take a great group-photo.
The activities an hotels of the trip had been selected very well. Only the time for the "EcoBrics Activity" could have been used more meaningful, e.g. by just collechting Trash in the area.
Apart from this I really enjoyed the Jeep tour and learning foot Badminton.

My first time outside of Europe got me to Vietnam. The pickup at the airport was really smooth and soon i met my travel conpanions and our tour guide Danny.

The twelve days went by so fast, and even though we had to fight some rain, every day was special on its own. From the big cities learning to play foot badminton and seeing the many lights in the city, to the beautiful sceneries in the relaxing homestay.
My special moments were in Hoi an with its beautiful lampions everywhere in the streets and the tour on the cruise ship through Halong Bay.
But most importantly it was the people and our tour guide Danny. Always in a good mood and up for some jokes and i will always remeber the legendary card nights with the guys! (**** Danny)
And thank you for everything!

It was wonderful and packed with things to do and see. Quite a lot of time spent traveling but it cannot be avoided in a country that is so stretched.

But I also enjoyed the various sides of Vietnam: busy big cities like Hanoi and ho chi minh city, traditionell city Hoi An and beautiful nature while cycling in Hue or shipping in hay long bay. Our tour guide Danny was the best as he did everything to make us happy and our journey unforgettable.

And yes, it did surpass my expectations - great itinerary, nice food, good hotel and transportation, etc. I met so many amazing people in this trip and I can’t wait to see them again… all my tour mates were really chilled which made my trip a unforgettable one, thanks to all my new friends (mostly from Germany 🇩🇪, Danke)!
But the most integral part of this trip was Danny, our tour guide!! Honestly, he was just EXCEPTIONAL!! I really liked his passion about his own country and the culture of Vietnam, I learned a lot from him.
Danny always went above and beyond to fulfill all our queries and requests. So Thank You so much Danny, I enjoyed your company a lot and I’m pretty sure, without you our experience wouldn’t have been the same. Really appreciate all your help and support for the entire time of our trip!

Vietnam is my second trip with One Life Adventures and I must say the local tour guides they pick really do represent their country with a lot of love and ample amount of knowledge. Danny our tour guide was the most sweetest guy I have ever met he showed so much passion for Vietnam and its history. Touring with Danny was perfect! he made my journey easy and worthwhile. Danny was always prompt with time, he was able to meet my dietary requirements and even made sure the overnight cruise was made aware of my requirements before we arrived on the cruise I never felt like I was the odd person in the group. Danny also handled reservations for activities which were a mixture of fun and history of the country. I loved Danny being my buddy when kayaking as I was not confident and he ensured my safety and comfort, he really does get involved with the group which is nice to see. Danny made sure that we were comfortable and happy throughout and he went above and beyond with everything. Travelling through Vietnam was very well organised and Danny was very helpful with my luggage. There was also plenty of opportunities to just relax with free time. I would highly recommend visiting Vietnam and booking with One Life Adventures with Danny being your tour guide you will have an amazing time and not be disappointed. We have been to many beautiful and interesting places like relevant monuments in Saigon, pretty streets in Hoi An at night, a monastery in Hue, a homestay in the nature, a boattrip in the Ha Long Bay and the train street in Hanoi and many more. Besides the great things to see, I also enjoyed the exciting group activities like kayaking, hiking, a cooking class and karaoke (to name only some of them).
