We were frustrated with our accommodations. We had wanted 3 travellers in a room but the Tour Radar site that we used didn’t allow for that and charged a fee for the third traveller in a separate room. It turned out that the accommodations actually did have the option to put 3 in a room so the additional room (and fee) was not necessary.

The guides, Dormod and Brian, were terrific. 5 stars there. The small tour experience was fantastic; what a great group of people! On the other hand, the small seats in the Mercedes vans were too small for our larger/taller frames and it took some getting used to. The accommodations were so-so and the reason for 4-stars rating. One hotel in Cork was depressing, smelled like a sewer back-up in one area and located down some sketchy allies, the B & B where we stayed three nights was a bit tired and had old time mattresses and flat pillows. On a positive note, Wet and Happy was out tour company through the booking company Tour Radar. They have a wonderful staff and a righteous business plan to give back to the environment. Honestly, I would do it again. Dispute the negative reviews in the accommodations and the van, everything else wiped all the minuses out.

They were s…This was one of the best guided tours that I have been on. The experience was so good because the guides Diarmuid, Beccy and Mick were so friendly and passionate in what they were doing. They were so obliging, stopping for photos, allowing us time to explore when the group was interested in something that was off the beaten track and imparting so much knowledge in such an interesting way. I learned so much but felt we were just a group of friends exploring the south of Ireland getting to know each other in such a relaxed way that the 7 days felt like weeks of enjoyment.

As we had such a small group we were able to go to more places and see more wonderful sights. Diarmuid’s knowledge of the area and history was fantastic and gave us a really good understanding of what we were seeing.
We would happily recommend the small group tours with Wild n Happy as our tour was well organised and took us to places the big busses can’t go.
Thanks Diarmuid we will be back for more!

It was nice to have a small group so that we could get to know the other people on the tour. Our tour was the Wild South small group tour.

Im from Ireland and lived away for 30 years. I’ve been back to visit family but this is the first time doing some tourist stuff. Absolutely fabulous experience.

My first time taking a tour and it was great. Guide/Driver was terrific. Very good itinerary by Wild N Happy. Ireland was so beautiful. Couldn't be happier.
