I am going to contradict Yu’s review! This is an excellent tour and all days were very interesting. She was a very difficult and demanding passenger and caused problems for me and the leader, Ben, and…I am going to contradict Yu’s review! This is an excellent tour and all days were very interesting. She was a very difficult and demanding passenger and caused problems for me and the leader, Ben, and driver, Ali. They were excellent in trying to accommodate her “expectations”. There was a problem with the vehicle because at first she insisted her bag was not waterproof and couldn’t be on the roof. It took up a seat. Once it was put up and covered by a tarpaulin, still 3 of us had to sit in the middle seats and one person in the back although it should have been 2,2. The middle seats and was small and very uncomfortable, she insisted she always be in a proper seat. There were numerous phone calls to the operator to rectify matters and pacify her. Ben and Ali were excellent in their jobs. Ali was super friendly and helpful.
I loved the itinerary and my travel companion, but our guide was negative. He tried his best, but he really didn't relate well to two well-traveled and adventurous females.

I would rate my tour between Okay and Good. My guide and driver were excellent! I just thought the itinerary was not good. One for example, the stop at the Star Wars motel. One for example, the stop at the Star Wars motel. That should not be considered an attraction, to look over a hotel that took all of 10 minutes.But possibly just a stop.
Another example would be, being charged extra,$130 to drive in the desert sand in the SAME vehicle that we were using the whole tour. Explanation of this was, the excursion company couldn’t be used that is usually offered this. Totally didn’t make any sense.
I was not aware of this ahead of time, had I known of this I would not have gone because of the expense.
The hotel accommodations were all large hotels with buffets for the included meals.
My guide was very knowledgeable about Tunisa and its history and made for a pleasant experience.
I just experienced a perfect vacation ! It started from the punctual pickup by the
tour driver during my arrival in the airport, to great hotel accommodations,

Same with drop off at the airport, the tour driver was very punctual. He made sure I got checked in, made it through the border control before waving me goodbye.
All in all, wrapped into a whole bundle,
"Excellent" customer service provided by Mr.Ali (tour driver). There never was a time that I felt unsafe during the entire stay in Tunisia.
My only regret is not taking an extension stay to see more of the beautiful country.
The tour was great, covering much of Tunisia. Both the tour guide and driver where very helpful and accommodating. Note that the Tozeur site where Star Wars: A New Hope was filmed costs extra to visit. This tour company I highly recommend.
