Highly recommend this tour! Cristina our tour guide was brilliant. You will not be disappointed.
Just finished a tour with Cris and Ruchi and it was amazing. Kris energy and positivity really brought the group together and had lifted everyone's spirits. Ruchi was so happy and cheerful, and so knowledgeable about local culture and was an asset to the group. The drivers were also amazing, nothing was ever too much and they went the extra mile to make us feel special. I have done many tours before and this was by the far the best, I'll definitely be doing another one in the future. Thank you Cria and Ruchi!

I was a solo traveller and very nervous about travelling but that was soon out of the window by the wonderful guide Cristina!!

The hotels were great and the amount of stuff we managed to pack in in 12 days were fantastic. I never thought I would do so much and have such an amazing time in such a small space of time.
Cristina was so knowledgable about everything and was so attentive to everyone’s needs. Not only that but she was always there with a smile on her face and so full of energy even at 5:30 in the morning.
I would definitely recommend a one life tour to anyone. Couples, friends, solo travellers! And if you get Cristina then even better. She was AMAZING!

There were many activities which were all amazing and some that put me outside of my comfort zone which was amazing. The crew that worked along side Cristina made the trip run very smoothly and were amazing to get to know throughout the trip. My only negative would be that it all ended WAY too soon. Defiantly one of my fave trips

Cristina our guide was whole-heartedly the best guide ever! She told us everything we needed to know even before we could ask her and she was always there to help if you ever needed anything. Cristina made our trip a memorable one by bringing her vibrant energy and love for Sri Lanka together and passing it on to all of us. I would love to travel on a another OneLife trip again and if Cristina (or Alice) we’re to be my guide again I would be over the moon. Best experience ever and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Sri Lanka. 10/10!!!

I would say though, that there was too much time spent on the coach to drive to each location (can't be helped, I know), but it felt like we were on the TV program coach trip.
Jeep safari and dog rescue centre were the highlights of the trip.
Would happily use OneLife again.
Highly recommend this trip to others.

I was a bit skeptical of booking a tour at first because I wasn’t sure whether it would be good value for money but I’m so glad I did. All the accommodation, food, and excursions were great. My highlight was the whale watching tour and also visiting the Nine Arch Bridge.
Our tour guide, Cristina, was the best. She had such an infectious personality that made everyone in a good mood and have the best time. She took the time to really get to know everyone and she played a huge part in making this tour so good.
I’ve already recommended this tour to so many people as it honestly was one of the best experiences of my life and I’ll definitely be booking a tour with One Life Adventures again.

Everything was timed to perfection and it was amazing how much we fit into such a short amount of time.
The laughs we had as a group of 22 was just brilliant. Everyone got on really well and that was definitely down to our guide Cris who made us feel so welcome from the get go and made the trip such an amazing experience!
I left this trip feeling I have met new friends, so much so that we are already planning our next One Life Adventure!!!

There are no words for how much I enjoyed this experience. Our tour guide Cris is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. She couldn’t do enough for us. Every morning she greeted us with a smile.. a contagious smile that never once left her face. She was extremely informative, loving, happy and ever so helpful. There was no issue that was too big of a problem for her. What a beautiful soul! This trip wouldn’t have been the same without her.
Our local guide Dexter was also one in a million. He passed on endless information and treated each of us like his family. Such a kind caring and loving man. Another soul I will never forget.
The trip itself was amazing! Hard to believe how much activities we could fit in in one day! If your up for a laugh like early mornings and don’t mind hiking in the the heat then this trip will be one that won’t let you down. Each day got better with plenty of time to swim and chill towards the end of the tour. The group we had were definitely the making of some great memories! A trip I will never forget! I’m already looking up the next tour with One Life.. and hopefully Cris will be the tour guide! Thanks for such a wonderful time x

Thanks Cris for making this tour the trip of my lifetime, you rock!! Also massive shout out to our local guide Dexter aka Uncle D, what a legend ! He got to know all 22 of us and made us feel like family bending over backwards to do absolute every thing he could to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and always with a smile nothing is ever a problem for DeX, I cant thank him enough. I will highly recommend this tour to each and everyone I speak to it's the best trip I've ever done. I'm currently in the Maldives it's an add on package but so worth it and such good value for money

I can truly say this tour has been an amazing journey. It has truly exceeded my expectations.
To top this off, the crew, the driver, and his assistant were spectacular, they assisted where ever they could. Making sure they came on time and took us to our destination in a safe manner. They were also very kind and respectful.
Cristinas assistant Dexter. I literally could write paragraphs about this guy. He is such a beautiful human being. Always went out of his way to have a chat, a laugh and was just over all an amazing person to have met. He delivered and sold me on how awesome Sri Lanka really is.
And finally, Cristina! I can wholeheartedly say on behalf of ghe whole tour grouop, she is truly gifted in her position as a tour guide. She felt like family to us all. Great character, beautiful soul and was always willing to help others. She is truly selfless and an amazing.person to have a chat with. I have never met someone who is actually way over qualified as a tour guide. I could go on about Cristina, but in short. One life adventures is truly blessed to have such an incredible team here at Sri Lanka

One Life adventures were fantastic to deal with, so professional and accommodating. There was nothing that was too much trouble (even additional activities that were not in the optional section). I cannot review this trip without mentioning a fantastic crew, Cris (group leader) is a kind, compassionate and positive person who is so selfless, always putting the needs of others before herself. Dexter (our local guide) was knowledgeable and is so passionate about his amazing country! Additionally, our driver (Mothi) and his assistant (Lahiru) were excellent - so willing to accomodate and so friendly every moment of the day!!

The tour is really good with a lot of included activities, accommodation are on a very good level, private bus is really confortable and overall food has been good even if due to group size (21) it is not as traditionnal and local as it could be (quite a lot of buffet), for sure a tour to recommand, be aware that's not gonna be a lot of resting time (late sleep, party, early morning, little free time and bjsy schedule).

I don't think this was down to the tour guide but to the company as a whole (needed to put in place a backup activity if weather is bad)

Unfortunately we were on the tour during the coronavirus pandemic and Sri Lanka shut down on day 5 so we had to leave the country. However between Cristina and the local guides they made sure we all got home safely before they worried about themselves. They put the group ahead of themselves and reassured everyone that they will get us home safely.
Before this the first 4/5 days were amazing. Including hikes, temples and embracing the culture. I will definitely return to this tour when normality returns.
Absolutely do it!! Give yourself a few days before and after the trip to explore Colombo and negombo and also have a few days rest instead of heading straight to the airport..

I started the Sri Lanka tour as a person who is totally against tours... and finished the tour completely converted! I was under the impression that I could do everything myself and preferred to do it that way but the experiences and connections I made on this tour were second to none. I now want to go on the India and Japan one life tours because I had such an amazing time. 10000% would recommend!
My main highlight was having Christina as our guide! She was just incredible and the experience wouldn’t have been half as good if we didn’t have her - she really made the whole thing worthwhile! Her dedication and enjoyment of her job really shone through and you could tell she really cared about each and every one of us and just wanted us to have a great time! She was so knowledgable about all things Sri Lanka and had an answer for all of our many questions (as well as Dexter who was great and a really good addition to the crew). Christina’s happiness and positivity was infectious and even when you were feeling tired or grumpy she managed to turn your mood around and managed to make us all have so much fun. In terms of activities, the train ride to Ella was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight for me, and the last hotel we stayed in Mirissa was a personal favourite!

The local food is delicious! I loved the bike ride and being by the gorgeous beach in Mirissa. The hike up Sigirya Rock is stunning and the ruins up there are fascinating. All the hikes and included activities are fun.
Our tour guides Cristina and Dexter, and our bus driver and assistant Kavishka and Pravat were all fun and kept us moving safely.
Cristina and Dexter kept us upbeat and excited to learn about this wonderful culture, and get up in the mornings to experience something new. Cristina's fun bubbly energy was infectious and she really made this trip enjoyable for us. Dexter gave us excellent information on the culture, and was so kind hearted which made me feel safe.
I loved it! This was my second OneLife Tour and I will be going on another one.

Many highlights, first of all our guide (Cristina) and local guide (Dexter) plus assistants (Kavishka & Pravat) made everything very easy for us to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of Sri Lanka. Enjoyed all the included tours but most of all the cultural tours like spice markets and cooking, bike riding.

If you are lucky, you will get Cris as a tour guide, she is simply the best! Very energetic and kept us entertained the whole time with the games that she came up with. Pretty much all the accommodations had a pool although my favourites was the clamping and the one in Hikkaduwa. 10/10, highly recommend!
