About me:I discovered a passion for traveling in my late teens when I did a tour across Europe, I fell in love with the history, the different people and art and ever since I haven’t been able to sit still. Always looking for that next adventure, that next dose of amazement. I followed my passion and became a Topdeck Tour Leader and now I get to show others everything that took my breath away day after day.

Guide was good. Thoroughly enjoyed England but probably won’t do a tour of it again.

Jackie is very approachable and would always have location tips and advice. Always suggesting alot of things to see locally in our free time. Jackie would always be more than happy to help us, even if it was just simple things like suggesting where to eat for lunch or random things like telling us where we'd be able to find haggis burgers. I would be more than happy to go on another tour with Jackie because her service was incredible.

Jackie has an amazing wealth of knowledge. Every city we pulled into she fired off the best history and facts and did it in a way that was super organised. I found when we did walking tours later with a propper local guide i had already heard all i needed to hear from Jackie and the local guides were much more boring. Jackie is also very organised and diciplined. She made all the rules and timings very clear and we all knew that if we were late we missed the bus but she was also very kind and considerate if we had a reason and had discussed it earlier. She also handled any trouble makers very well. I dont think anyone can fault Jackie shes so fun and bubbly!

She wasn’t just a guide by the end of our trip, she was a friend- who I miss! ♥️ Now Im considering another TopDeck trip and I’m thinking I’ll schedule around when Jackie is touring because she was incredible.

She is an amazing human being and is truly inspiring when it comes to getting out of your comfort zone and grabbing life by the horns. The month I spent in Europe with her guiding us was the best month of my life - not only did she navigate us around the different cities, but she also exposed us to many different facets of each city and really personalised the tour for the group! I cannot recommend her enough!

To say she went above and beyond is an understatement - I've done three Topdecks & some other small tours and can honestly say I've never had a better guide.

I really liked how when we arrived at new places, she would telling cool stories and give a quick language lesson to get us started! Offered so many additional activities, I couldn’t fit them all in. The tour was a great introduction to Europe. Highly recommended.

Despite it only being her first offical tour, many of us were surprised by this due to her professional, friendly and positive attitude. She quickly established a rapport with our cohort, and her dynamic with the bus driver made it easy to keep the tour a friendly and engaging experience. Jackie helped contribute towards my phenomenal experience with Top Deck.

She has a great knowledge of the locations we visited and i found her much more amusing than the local guides. Her presentation was much more targeted to the audience than other guides and i found it much more interesting, relevant and to the point. Loved the tour and our guide.
