The locals are all so welcoming and your guide (Derrick was amazing) will know all the answers to your questions about the villages, activities etc which keeps you at ease, he also knew a lot of the locals which made you feel like you got the real feel for the area! I made some amazing friends and saw some amazing views, wish I could do the 10 days over and over again!

Dereck has been a fantastic, energetic and fun tour guide. The tour has shown me places that look like paradise and also creatures that I have always wanted to see and made me aware of things I can do…Dereck has been a fantastic, energetic and fun tour guide. The tour has shown me places that look like paradise and also creatures that I have always wanted to see and made me aware of things I can do that I didn’t know I could do, such as climbing a coconut tree! I would recommend One Life and specifically to Dereck to anyone interested in seeing the Philippines

A fantastic tour for any age individual, will be returning with one life adventures again for Sri Lanka or Japan soon

We’ve been island hopping, snorkeling, kayaking, climbed a palmtree and had drinks with a beautiful sunset. Our guide Derrick was the best. He was always chill, made sure everybody was feeling okay and everybody was having a good time. You could ask him anything about the culture, the food or the country and he could just tell you a lot about it. I would recommend this tour to everybody.

The itinerary was packed full of unforgettable experiences, each item a winner! Even when certain activities could not be done due to the weather we always had an alternate plan from our guide, Derrick.
Derrick was awesome on this tour. If things didn’t go to plan he just went with it which made everyone feel comfortable. His knowledge of the areas we visited was unbelievable which meant we went to the best places during our down times and we got to learn a lot about the places and the people. He kept us well informed on when to meet for each activity and made sure we got to where we were going safely. We had to leave in the early hours of the morning on the last day to catch a flight, Derrick made sure he was there to see us off. It takes a special type of person to be responsible for a big group, Derrick rocked!

Derrick was an incredible guide who made sure everyone was comfortable and knew the plan for the next day. We had a few occasions where we couldn't do planned activities due to weather but Derrick was great at going with the flow and always had other options for us to do. Overall I had an incredible time and highly recommend this tour, you get to experience so many incredible things in such a short time.

We were apprehensive about doing this as we never went on a group tour before but our group were amazing and defiantly made it worth while. Would recommend this tour.

One Life Philippines is honestly the best tour company I've ever come across!! I've been traveling from 2 and a half years now and after all the tours I've done this one was THE BEST for sure!!! The a…One Life Philippines is honestly the best tour company I've ever come across!! I've been traveling from 2 and a half years now and after all the tours I've done this one was THE BEST for sure!!! The accommodation was modern and in amazing locations with superb transportation and local drivers who made it that little bit more special. The activities like the prison visit, island hopping, Philippines culture experience, cooking class was an out of this world experience. One Life and the Philippines was the best decision i've made so far in my travels.
Our tour guide Derek was an absolute legend from start to finish. His attitude, attention to detail, time management and sense of humor is what made our tour the best!! He really goes above and beyond for everyone and his tour guiding is for sure one to be endorsed. I really hope anyone traveling with One Life Philippines gets Derek as there tour guide.

I was really excited to do this tour for such a long time, and it didn't disappoint!!! The two activities I was most excited for were the Iwahig Prison visit and the island hopping boat cruise, and both exceeded my expectations. The Philippines is a paradise, but I would still be afraid to travel on my own; with One Life I was able to experience everything I wanted to do in a safe environment. Derrick was extremely knowledgable about each place we went to and made sure we were happy all the time. I'm really looking forward to the next 5 days doing the whalesharks and waterfalls add-on!!!!!

I would highly recommend this One life tour. As a first time solo traveller, I was a little nervous and wondered wether the 'group tour' would be for me, but it was a great experience. Everything was organised so well including all day trips, food, transport and the group was a great mix of people. Milly and Derrick were amazing and made sure that everyone's needs were catered for and everyone was getting the most out of their trip. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do many of the things we experienced on my own and feel like I have truly experienced the Philippines. Highlights for me were visiting the school, island hopping, camping on a private beach, kayaking and the incredible sunsets. It has also been great to see how much One Life is invested in the development of small businesses and supporting the schools here. They put a lot back into the country which makes the experience even better. Thanks so much Milly and Derrick.

The tour guide was very knowledgable and made me feel safe and secure the entire journey. I was also impressed that One Life had us visit an underprivileged elementary school. The kids were so happy to hang out with us and even had a dance presentation for our entertainment. The rest of the trip was blended with private beaches, snorkeling with sea turtles, underground rivers, and lots of opportunity to make forever friends. Overall, I really loved the tour and would recommend One Life to anyone. Thank you

Make sure u pack the correct clothing for the temples, and that u cover the tattoos, sirlanka is a very diverse and unique country. It's a very active tour up early and full days so be ready lots to see and do It's a very well thought out tour regarding the activities. The bus was very clean spacious and tidy the bus rides are not to long which is good the most busy day is when u go to kandy. Not enough time in that town to look around. Also please be aware that it is common in sirlanka to tip 10% and people in our group did not tip. Also keep in mind if the weather is bad in sirlanka the roads can become a hazard and affect transport. All in all I did have a fantastic holiday. I would recommend this tour to anyone it's a very diverse and cultural country.
