Loved every second of this trip, wouldn't change a thing. Surfing was amazing and watching the sunsets on gili t were awesome. Unreal experience and awesome people. Paige is a legend!

Absolutely loved the tour. So cultural but the perfect balance of partying too. The cooking lesson was unreal and very cultural. Also loved seeing the sunset in Gili T. Overall was so so organised!

My favourite activities was the surf lesson in canggu. The instructions were really helpful as it was my first time surfing. My best memory will be meeting a good group of people who I'm sure I'll will remain friends with. Tour was excellent, guide and on point. This was the 2nd time using Trutravels and I'm already looking forward to my next adventure with them.

I loved all the activities and can't believe we fit so much in within such a small space of time. Bali has a piece of my heart forever :) <3 all the activities were just incredible some of my favourites were the surf lesson the monkey forest and the snorkel trip. The lovely people we were with made the tour and we made memories for life. All the activities were incredible including the ones Paige told us about which was not on the itinerary. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone it contains a bit of everything from relaxing by the pool to adventuring round Bali and learning about the culture. Paige is a great tour guide who would always go above and beyond. A big thank you Paige :)

Paige was very informative and advised on all the best places to go,food to eat etc. Favourite memory was the surf lesson it was challenging but so much fun, everyone in the group were new to surfing so we supported and encouraged each other. Also the temples with wayan he was brilliant, informative and funny. We also did mount batur as an extra activity which Paige helped us booked and organise even though it wasn't part of our trip. I would recommend Trutravels to anyone based on my experience.

Paige was definitely helpful in all all aspects, always friendly and up for whatever the group wanted to do. Nothing was ever an issue, always gave the best advise. I.e further accomadation , bartering, transport and general info.

Paige had a personal relationship with all the staff in all places we visited and they all treated us with warmth. The days and nights were all wonderful! Waterfalls and snorkeling were my favourite activities. One of the best memories will have to be the jumping and laughing all day on the boat. Unlimited laughter and just simply having fun has made Bali an unforgettable memory. Feedback - Paige keep doing what you do best! Making people feel welcome, her warming character makes the group feel like we’re all just friends not that we have just met.

Everything was greatly planned and paige was there for any questions needed.

The tour was really laid back and we all felt like we had our independence to do what we wanted swell. Paige also had really good recommendations for where to go and what hostels to stay at after the tour. Favourite activity was the volcano hike and the surf lesson, both were so much fun. Also really enjoyed potato head and having some relaxing time. I also loved the snorkeling trip on Gili T. Overall was a really good tour, Paige was great and got really involved and obviously really cared about our experience. She also always had good recommendations. Thanks for a good trip!

The fact we didn't move around too much and only based ourselves at 3 destinations was a good way a good way of it not feeling too full on . I thought Paige did a really good job of catering for everyone's needs and making it fun throughout, and you got a really good sense of the tru family atmosphere when the tours overlapped. Pedro did a good job stepping in on the first couple of days and rig and Chevy integrated really well when we overlapped as well. Everyone seemed really friendly and a good laugh. In my opinion it's things like that which set tour operators apart! I really enjoyed the surf lesson in canggu, the cooking class and her snorkelling trip. Overall all activities write awesome which I think was a small part of the local guides who were so friendly and fun throughout. Keep doing what your doing!

The accommodation was really nice in all places, also liked how breakfast was always included. Got a really good group and tour leader who was informative given detailed information day to day aswell as being good fun. My favourite place has been Gili T because its fun but also a beautiful island. My favourite activity was the surfing was really cool and everyone got involved . I also enjoyed riding the bikes round the island . I had so much fun on our first night out in gili, Paige made it enjoyable and took us to all the best places. I would have liked to have been a bit closer to some of the restaurant and shops in all 3 locations as we either had to get taxis or walk. Other then that i would really recommend this tour to anyone! Was very enjoyable and gave me a good first taste of bali.

Such a brilliant tour that I am so happy I did. Accommodation was great at every place, transport was always on time and comfortable and our tour guide was the best! Anyone at any age would love this tour. My favourite activities were the monkey forest and the snorkelling trip. I also loved going to potatoe head even though it wasn't on the Itinery. My favourite memory was the first night in gili we arranged a themed night which was so much fun. My trip overall was so much fun! As a first time traveler it was so important for the tour guide to keep you informed and Paige did this amazingly. Every place she told us background information and history which was so interesting. At every meal she would suggest the best meals which none of my other tour guides did on the other tours, this was really helpful when trying new places to eat. Paige also checked everyone was ok and happy at all times and never forced anyone to do something they didn't want to do. She felt ill on a couple of days but was still so happy and pleasant with the whole group.

Such lovely people that made us feel so welcome. Really in depth and enjoyable. All the nights out were so much fun thanks to Paige! Add in the volcano walk to the Itinery we did it as an add on but because it's an add on we were really tired for the group activity in the day.

I have been travelling south east aisa since October with friends and have finished this journey alone so wanted to book onto a group tour, it has made me wish I had planned ahead and completes more group tours!. Our guide Paige was exceptional. She was friendly, down to earth and led the tour to what suited us all. She managed to help out on extras aswell on request I wanted to visit the Bali swing she managed to organise the location and taxi for me. She also managed to organise a volcano trek, she goes above and beyond to assist the group. Paige really made the tour amazing and I would highly recommend tru tavels to everyone and hope they are lucky enough to get paige as their grouo leader. It has made me want to look at all the other tours they offer. Thanks again for everything Paige.

The tour was pretty chilled as Bali isn’t a massive place so there isn’t too much travelling and you don’t spend loads of time on buses and transport. All of the activities you would want to do in Bali are covered in all 3 places you stay in. Paige was a really good tour guide and made it fun throughout. She has lots of positive energy and made sure everybody was happy with whatever activity we were doing and in the evenings too. She was informative and helped with any other activities we wanted to do which were not on the tour. The tour should pay for her and other tour guides to actually stay in the hotels as the price of the tour should easily be enough to cover this. It is hard to please everyone with restaurants each night but most had a good variety to choose from. I think all restaurants need both Indonesian and western food to choose from as the Indonesian food is rich and a bit too much for some people (me) all of the hotels were really nice with pools. All in all I really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it for people who want to travel in a group with a tour guide.

Paige, the tour guide, was excellent! She was knowledgable, friendly, funny & full of banter! She really made me feel at ease & went above & beyond for everyone in the group.
Every hotel we stayed at was brilliant, I was very lucky to have my own room which really made it for me. The breakfasts were great.

Group leaders Kelsey Hilner and Oliver are not the best leaders. I wouldn't recommend going with this group of travelers on this tour are very young and they don't know anything about traveling. Best thing is to do this travel by yourself and that way you are not restricted to a itinerary that takes place in middle of the day so you would have pretty much waist all day for one tour. Plus everything in this tour expect the lowest quality of everything. Bali is already cheap by itself but they even choose something even cheaper so you would face situation like a big spider in the hotel room, acoomdations that is so far from the city etc... I wouldn't recommend this bali trip for my worst enemy and i wish i had done it by myself i would've gotten more out of it with the money that i paid them.
