Really enjoyed the tour. The bus driver Dario was a absolute top bloke the entire trip. His driving was outstanding and knowledge of the roads as well and his safety was 10/10. His driving was outstanding and knowledge of the roads as well and his safety was 10/10. Our tour guide jacinthe was outstanding. She had every answer under the sun. Her knowledge of the areas and information was she was abke to share with the group was extremely informative and interesting. She managed to keep every one happy the entire trip and all while keeping it fun and interesting and enjoyable. Would highly recommend a trip with either dario or jacinthe. The trip itself was actioned packed. A perfect balance of activities and free time. The driving legs were relatively short and jacinthe keep the good tunes going in the bus all trip long.
Could be happier with my trip and would encourge any one to get on board.

The essential europe tour has to be one of the best ways to take in the hotspots of europe and an appropriate duration as well which allows you to continue on exploring europe or return to the parts of the trip you loved the most. Top deck does an amazing job in creating an inclusive environment where you are left feeling like the group is your family! The tour guide and bus driver were amazing guides and were able to share their knowledge, hot tips and stories to make sure we got the most out of the trip.
Our tour guide Jass was amazing. Her attention to detail was remarkable in terms of everything was organised with never any issues and the group was kept super well informed about all of the activities, options and recommendations. She did an amazing job at bringing the group together despite the variations in age groups and preferences. We always felt like we were part of a family!
Jays is professional, kind and caring and absolutely genuine. She made such an effort to get to know everybody by name and their interests and a little bit about them and even shared a personal postcard with everyone relevant to them at the end of the trip - such a beautiful and heartfelt gesture. Jass is amazing!!

The inclusions and …I had the best time on Topdeck's European Odyssey in early 2017. It was three weeks of absolute joy and was a great way to see different parts of Europe while travelling solo.
The inclusions and optional activities provided in the trip were really good, with something to appeal to everyone. Highlights include a trip to a Tuscan winery, dinner at a beer hall in Berlin and all of the walking tours at our destinations.
The crew that took us around Europe were amazing. Tour leader Jacinthe was really passionate about her job and really made the experience a breeze for a lot of people on the trip. She was really approachable and willing to answer any question or provide assistance if possible. She had good knowledge of the places we went and I really enjoyed the tours and activities she ran.
Driver Lucasz was also great and got us around Europe and back safely!
The bus itself was kept clean, comfortable, had wifi and charging ports for phones. Driving days could be long but Jac threw on a few movies and activities to keep us entertained, and we also had plenty of breaks to stretch our legs.
One of the big things that is out of your control when you book a trip like this is accommodation. Topdeck makes it very clear from the start that hotels are three star by European standards, and for me the rooms were fine. A few people grumbled under their breath at times but the hotels were always clean, felt safe and many were located centrally in a city but if not they were very close to public transportation (or a reasonably priced uber ride). I didn't travel all the way to europe to just chill in a room, I just needed one for sleep, showering and to store possessions and the rooms provided this perfectly.
Overall the trip was excellent and was the best experience of my life! I have even booked another Topdeck trip for my next holiday!

The transportation and accommodation were also spectacular.

I went on this trip for my 30th birthday - and it was my first time to Europe. I wanted to do it big and with TopDeck it totally blew my expectations out of the water. The experiences that I obtained are some that wont be forgotten and the places that I got to explore are life changing. I would strongly encourage anyone in the Topdeck market to give them a go - you will never be disappointed with the experiences you obtain!
My tour leader Jacinthe Mercier-Paquin should be highly commended here. Whilst the trip was phenomenal, it was made even more so by having her as my leader. This is highly evident to the point where if I have sold a Topdeck trip to my clients after returning - I have actually contacted her to see if she might be the tour leader on this trips, so I can rave to them about how much more awesome the trip is going to be!
Jas was not only informative & educational - but she was an awesome ball of fun! She quickly became our "den-mother" making sure we did everything when it had to be done and no one got left behind!
Whilst the European Odyssey trip was totally amazing - it was her that took it to another level! I only wish she could be my tour leader on all the trips I am looking at taking in the future!!!

She always new the best places to eat (let’s face it that’s most important) and alway had the answer every question you threw at her. She had a great way of getting information across to us I was able to understand her and she kept it all interesting. usually when it comes to history I get board but I didn’t with her. Sam and Alexis where amazing too. Sam drove the bus extremely well and i always felt safe with him at the wheel. And Alexis food was beyond compare best camp food I’ve ever had! They were all so friendly and great company to keep!! I will always suggest topdeck to my friends the bus and all facilities it had where great!

This girl is funny, entertaining and is able to keep a group of 50 different personalities and ages all together, exploring and living out our dreams. She's inspiring too! I like travel but find it so much easier when on a tour with a great guide and this was the one. Loved that it was camping and we were lucky to have an amazing chief too!

Being with a French-Canadian tour guide, there was never a dull moment! As well as being an awesome trip leader, Jass also was a great city guide as well. She really knows her stuff.
The trip all together was amazing, great sights and great accommodation. I couldn’t recommend this trip and trip leader high enough.

I can honestly say that every damn day with that girl was amazing. We were one big family and she was like my big sister showing me all the wonders of Europe.
I have so much love for Jas ! 100% wouldn't have wanted anyone else to show my group around and I give her 5 stars for SURE.
Thanks topdeck and Jas for giving me the experience of a life time that I wouldn't change for anything
