About me:In the spring of 2011, for the first time at the age of 20, I set foot on foreign soil and felt an incredible weight lifted. It was replaced by a feeling of ease and comfort. It was liberation! Liberation from the stresses presented in my life but also liberation from the confinements I put on myself in order to be the person I was expected to be. They say when you travel, you can be anyone you want. I saw an opportunity to be the person I truly am - the person I didn't know I was yet. As I landed in Southeast Asia for the very first time (but certainly not the last), I remember feeling like the world was mine for the taking... and it was! Every path of possibility was laid out in front of me. All I had to do was choose one and walk it. I realized quickly that travelling isn't simply about where you go and what you see. It's about the memories and friends (more appropriately, family) you make along the way. The perspective offered to me by the locals, their culture and open-minded people from all over the world has significantly changed my life. The only thing I find more fulfilling than helping others realize their dreams of seeing the world and meeting other like-minded people, is the act of doing just that myself.

My tour leaders Kyle and Holly were super fun, helpful and full of energy. The tour had a great mix of culture and partying from crazy booze cruises to ancient temples to secluded islands! The amazing scenery made me fall completely in love with Cambodian people and culture. Kyle and Holly were always organised and ready with the days plan and always provided us with different options. They had so much knowledge about Cambodia which made it an awesome learning experience and allowed us to really experience the way Khmer people live.

Kyle and Holly were the tour leaders and made the trip so much fun, as soon as you met them they made you feel excited to be part of the tour. Every place we visited was amazing and there was a great mix of culture, learning about the history of Cambodia and partying. The atmosphere everywhere was awesome from the Sihanoukville boat party, Love Club in Phnom Penh and Pub Street in Siem Reap!! I loved the Cambodia tour thanks to Holly and Kyle and I now love Cambodia!

We had the perfect time with great friends, a lot of relaxing, party, fun and culture. The whole organisation of this tour was perfect, everything was a can, not a must. Our guides Ryan, Luke and Kyle were awesome and made the whole group feel like family!
We highly recommend TruTravels for everybody who wants to travel with friends and discover beautiful places! We`ll definitely come back!

This tour is the …It's been just over a week since i left the Tru Travels monkey ladder tour in Cambodia and my crazy Tru family - all i can say is I'm still recovering from such an awesome two weeks. This tour is the perfect way to experience Cambodia and its amazing sights.
Theres a great mixture of culture, parties & some really tasty food! I couldn't have asked for better tour guides, Luke & Kyle. They made everyone feel so welcome from start to finish, took care of the injured & offered any advice they could whilst still managing to be the life and souls of the party. Before the tour i had done some solo travelling - now i'm back on my own until April but those two weeks will most likely go down as the best part of my trip.
Sunrise at Ankgor Wat & Koh Rong Samloem are definitely my highlights however the endless nights out with a group of incredible people were hard to beat.
Couldn't recommend this trip more. The accommodation also exceeded expectations!

Activites were excellent, seen and visited places you would never usually get an oppertunity to experience.. we had a great group, met people from all walks of life who quickly became good friends..I nearly wasn't going to go because of taboo stories, but I am so glad I just went for it..it was the best experience ever and without a doubt the best trip I've ever been on. Thanks Trutravels you will be seeing me again soon! Xx

Two unforgettable weeks, full of exciting adventures, fishing, swimming, sunbathing. Captivating combination of nature and culture of Cambodia. Certainly, thanks to our two fine guides Luke and Kyle, I felt welcome. The accommodation there was also wonderful, in a pleasant place and with a pool. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. In short, it comes highly recommended! If you want to taste real atmosphere in Cambodia, do it with TruTravels.

From start to finish everything was brilliant from our tour guides Ryan, Luke and Kyle to all the resorts, hostels,buses, tuk tuks and sites we were brought too everything was amazing. We seen a side of Thailand and Cambodia that no map or internet site can show you. I would recommend this tour to anyone I enjoyed every minute and I know the whole group did too. I have made friends for life with my trutravels family and it was sad to leave them but I know I'll definitely be back travelling with trutravels in the future and also with my trutravels family. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime trutravels. Ryan, Luke and Kyle you made our trip with your stories and all the knowledge you have of all sites and I just wanna Thank you guys too, you's made our trip even better and we always felt comfortable with you guys, Cambodia can look scary at times but the lads made us feel so safe at all times.
