About me:Hola chicas and chicos, I come from Geetroit, AUS (also known as Geelong) please don't hold that against me ;) Decided it was time to move out of home being 25 and still single, living at the parents isn't really ideal and I'm in search of a passport, I mean husband! ;) Use to be a former makeup artist (some people think that means plastic surgeon, darling I wish) Found the love of travelling through my parents when we used to caravan as a family #howcute I have experienced Busabout as a passenger myself and absolutely loved it. I love making new friends and sharing my knowledge. My main aim is to make you smile and laugh (with my lame/dirty jokes) and if I have done that then I'm a happy girl. There is no better medicine than laughter. I work on all of the loops and my top 3 favourite stops would be Budapest, Amsterdam and Barcelona. If I have made any of your trips memorable I would love a great review hopefully see you all again out there :) When in doubt Shannon's out ex oh ex oh (gossip girl)

Italian Adventure
Not sure if I just don't enjoy yours, but didn't love this! Way too quick to see the things you want to see and expensive. Lots of added expenses that I really didn't expect with pretty below average …Not sure if I just don't enjoy yours, but didn't love this! I have travelled with Shannon on multiple trips in my 3 loops and she is definitely one of my favourites. Her easily to get along vibes and insane humour has made every trip as enjoyable as the last. …I have travelled with Shannon on multiple trips in my 3 loops and she is definitely one of my favourites. Her easily to get along vibes and insane humour has made every trip as enjoyable as the last. I feel that Shannon does her best to get everyone included in bus activities, arrival activities and even in the information she explains about our next destination, making what sometimes is tough to grasp, so easy. One trip with Shannon we were heading into Switzerland, and there was an accident on the road. We barely noticed the two hour delay as she pulled everyone to the front of the bus and we played 'get to know you games'. For this I can thank Shannon, as travelling with just two, from that bus & those get-to-know-you games, I made 4 incredible friends whom we travelled with for a further two weeks. Can't explain my happiness of meeting Shannon! Truly made my trip one to remember and to definitely come back to. ❤️

They both are so welcoming and make you feel like friends right away. They go above and beyond to help in any possible way that they can even when they don't have to. I would recommend Busabout to anyone who's thinking about backpacking. The recommend accommodation always seemed like the best places to stay in town. The people you meet on Busabout are the type of people you make friends with for the rest of your life.

Shannon has been my favourite bus about tour guide out of the six I've met. She knows het stuff and is so easy to get along with. Wish she was on all of my busabout buses.

Or the boys sitting near us that simply wanted a 'big night out', Shannon gave them numerous examples of where to go and what areas to go to suit their needs. Happy to have met Shannon and could not recommend her anymore to other travellers.

I've had a couple of guides however for a good chunk of my travels so far I have had Shannon as my guide and she has been great. Full of knowledge about the towns history/food/shopping/sights, always willing to help and she is hilarious as well. Would highly recommend busabout to everyone :)

Must have been such a long day for her but was still so patient, helpful and nice. Hopefully bump into her on the loops again soon!

You couldn't hope to have a better guide - Shannon has an amazing knack for keeping everyone informed and entertained - with great historical knowledge and a killer sense of humour.
After just our first trip with Shannon we immediately thought of her more as a friend than anything else - she knows how to have a good time and make sure everyone else does as well.
When you look forward to spending 10 hours on a bus because of the guide you know that you've found a good one!
