I recently completed a Busabout tour of the Greek Islands which covered Athens, Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Ios. I had never been to Greece before prior to this. I opted to go ‘Flexi’ which means that I was able to choose to stay longer at certain islands – which was fantastic as I wanted to spend more time relaxing in Paros and then partying myself to breaking point on Ios (I strongly recommend spending four night on Ios).
Flex also allowed by to book my own accommodation, which I did in Paros (Siroco's Rooms And Studios) and Ios (Francesco's - which is in Ios town).
As a outcome of having a flexible itinerary, my tour group and guides changed twice during my tour. In total I was part of two groups, and with four different tour guides (two in each).
Nadia and Megan were my starting guides, taking me from Athens to Mykonos to Paros - They were outstanding in their organisation. A week or so before I had even arrived in the country I knew what the plan was. During the tour they were knowledgeable of the local history, customs and went out of their way to answer any of our questions, as well as get the tour group out to be social.
After this, I hopped to Santorini and joined Ben and Ryan’s group. These guys, if they weren’t a comedy duo - they should be. Upon joining the new group they went out of their way to introduce me to all my new travel companions. Like Nadia and Megan, everyone was well informed of the itinerary - and Ben and Ryan provided ample opportunities to party at night, especially on Ios.
Overall, my Busabout experience was fantastic thanks to the work of Naida, Megan, Ryan and Ben. I would highly recommend to anybody wants to explore Athens and the Greek Islands. Everyone else in the tour group had a blast, and I was just one of those.

As I was going to leaving the group after 4 days she introduced me to my follow on tour leader. The first thing I realized about Meagan was that she knew how to have a good time and in turn the rest of the group followed along. She always had a smile on her face and could dance up a storm. Megan was our tour guide and hats off she was the absolute best! Megan who soon became "mum" made the trip. She had a good knowledge of information about the islands and also would jump in and party with us. Megan your a legend and would do the trip again if we knew you were the guide

We (my travel friend and i) didnt realise the trip would be as inclusive as it turned out to be. Thiught we were just catching ferries with the group but i wouldnt have it any other way. Thiught we were just catching ferries with the group but i wouldnt have it any other way. Megan our guide made us all feel at home. We felt comfortable but not babied or mothered. She provided good laughs, great advice and a genuine care for everyone on the trip. The only downside to this trip was when we had to say goodbye to megan and the others as we stayed in santorini for 4 nights not 2. We had developed such a close bond with everyone that it was sooo sad and hard to say goodbye! I love that busabout gives great deals on excursions ect as if we were to do the islands independently it would cost a lot moreto organise these things.

Merv was more than you could ask for in a guide. Fun, friendly, honest, always had loads of useful information on everywhere we were going. She always knew the hotspots and top places to see.
Did I mention the girl can dance?
I always felt safe under the guidance of her and never doubted any advice or recommendations she had.
My Greek Island trip was made extra special because I had Merv as I guide and I only wish everyone got to have her and have the experience I did!!

Her incredible personality and energy had everyone excited and ready to go from day on…I was lucky enough to have Merv as my tour guide for the Greek islands and can not speak highly enough about her. Her incredible personality and energy had everyone excited and ready to go from day one! She went above and beyond in her role as a guide, making sure the whole group was on time to each activity or ferry and that everyone joined in. I would highly recommend busabout to anyone and would do it all again tomorrow if merv was going to be my guide!

It was by far the best time of my life, and I'm sure everyone else that has been lucky enough to go on it (and experience a wicked Irish tour guide) will agree with me.
I have never met such a fun, carefree and just downright awesome person - Megan is the perfect tour guide!
Everything from the accommodation, people you meet, bars, parties and day trips were 11/10! I honestly have no complaints, and not one negative thing to say.
I truly hope that Merv gets the credit she deserves for being the best tour guide ever!! (And also for her Beyoncé dance moves of course)

Through the 8 days she got us all up and about and mingling with each other defiantly got us all jiving as a group and with a family atmosphere we smashed every island. I would not of picked this was mervs first year doing this she handled the whole experience like a 10 year veteran would absolutely do this tour again with her 10/10

Accomodation recommended by busabout was good for majority of the islands. Except for Myokonos. Our room was filthy and dirty and the service wasnt very great.
However the big bar pub crawl was a night to remember. Megan did amazing job as a tour guide! Highly recommend
