About me:Born in small town of Donegal,Ireland my parents decided to make the big move to Australia when we were a young family. Many years of travelling back and forth to Ireland to see family kick started my love for traveling and before I knew it, I decided to embark on my own journey and adventure in Europe...not wanting to go home.. I started my dream job with Busabout where every day is a new adventure and I meet many awesome people! There is nothing more exciting than sharing knowledge and friendship with like-minded travellers and creating memories that will last a lifetime! I work on the hop on hop off sectors with busabout in 2016. A few of my favourite stops on the loops are ; Brugge in Belgium, Bled in Slovenia and San Sebastian in Spain. Always smiling, enthusiastic and full of energy, her knowledge and passion about each location and the history was incredible, and always made me even more excited to be there and really bought each beautiful and culturally incredible location to life even more. Emma was always available for questions and tips for things to see and do, and places to eat and drink, often offering this information before we even had to ask, which was super helpful.
The tour itself was a perfect amount of time in each location to get a feel for each city, with plenty of time to explore at your own pace and still be involved in group activities and nighttime adventures! Accommodation was usually quite central so very easy to get around.
This was my first busabout tour, and I would highly recommend both Emma and Busabout to others after such an awesome experience!

Busabout never disappoints. It was a great mix of history, relaxing and partying. However, you can make the trip yours and don't have to be involved in all activities. Accomodation was fantastic but we were glad we stayed in the private rooms. Food recommendations were awesome. Travelling between stops was never too far. Our guide Emma was enthusiastic, friendly and understanding if you wanted a break from group activities.

Everyone was well looked after and supported through the the festival. Emma and Sarah are deadset legends they're both more than willing to get involved and amongst the group but never sacrifice their professionalism in doing so. They're always able to get the group amped up whether it be for a big night at the festival or a trip to the beach to cure a wicked hangover. They both went above and beyond what I'd expect any guide to do and by the end of the trip I'd definitely call them both my mates rather than just a guide

This was my first ever trip to Europe and first ever trip as a solo traveller. Being scared was an undo statement! From the very get go Emma was friendly, caring but most importantly she was so genuine. She helped me out in some unexpected unfortunate situations and nothing was too much effort. I couldn't imagine what I would have done without her guidence and knowledge to help me. I not only rate Emma as a 5 star tour guide but as a truely amazing person inside and out. I wasn't technically on a tour with Emma, but my itinerary overlapped with her tour, so I spent most of my time with her and her group. Even though I wasn't on her route officially, she answered all of my questions with enthusiasm, invited me to outings, and treated me like one of her passengers.
Emma is super knowledgeable and friendly. She was a blast to hang out with throughout the day, and always went out of her way to find us cool pubs to try out in the evenings. 10/10 would recommend!

Her coach was fun, she encouraged us to get to know each other, and get involved in the optional activities. When we reached our destination she toured around with us, even came out with us for the night, which was so much fun! She really cared about all her passengers, and created a great atmosphere.

Lucie was fantastic, she was highly entertaining on the coach, presenting us with interesting history, stories and recommendations about what to see and do at each destination. Lucie showed us around once we arrived at various stops in Europe. Very engaging speeches and gave us fun facts throughout the day.
Lucie also comes across as very professional, kind and came out with us &sang some awesome Kareoke!

Emma was the nicest, funniest and most out going person she knows absolutely everything you need to know about the history of the place you're going to and she points out what there is to do, the best places to eat and go for nights out! I was lucky enough to have her as my guide again from Berlin to Prague. I was originally going to stop in Dresden but changed my mind at the last minute and she helped me so much with arranging new accomodation. At Prague Emma came and hung out with us at the bar, she's got some really great stories to share! I'd only known Emma for 2 days but she definitely was more of a friend than a tour guide, she's honestly the best guide!!
