We were constantly having so much fun and Darcy kept an amazing energy around the boat at all times - I wouldn't have wanted to travel Croatia with anyone else. She was extremely knowledgeable, so much fun and had us all become mates in no time. I want to do it all again!

All of the crew were friendly and professional throughout the entire trip and the meals were out of this world amazing! Darcy was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and made all of us on board feel like a family within the first day. By the end of the week she became a friend simply showing us through Croatia with the her authentic enthusiasm. I cannot recommend Darcy and this tour highly enough.

would be 100 stars. She is and excellent guide, has great enthusiasm, knowledge, organised and looked after everyone perfectly. I’m so happy I got to have Darcy as a guide and would love to have her again.
There is nothing I can fault about this trip, I’m so happy I got to experience such an amazing fun trip and with an awesome crew, guide and shared with a wonderful group of people. I honestly had the best time ever and feel like it changed my life. I would love to do a trip like this again.

From the first hello to the last goodbye, Darcy was happy,…It is my sheer disappointment that I’m not able to rate more than 5 stars, because Darcy is one in a million who deserves a million stars!!
From the first hello to the last goodbye, Darcy was happy, welcoming and worked extremely hard to make our sailing experience special. I have never met a tour guide as passionate, professional and fun as Darcy.
It is safe to say that I had the best time of my life during the sail, and I am certain that Darcy played a big part to that factor.
A young lady who is matured, a role model who is extremely funny and fun to be around. The world needs to know her talent. So here I am, writing this review. I hope that this will be seen by many people around the world.
So people, I urge you to pack your bags and hop onto the sailing boat with Darcy. She will change your life forever.
Darcy, as I said to you, a million thank you won’t be enough to show you how much I enjoyed the time at the sailing trip. The world is a better place to travel when you guide!

First thing in the morning if you where hungover / feeling a bit seedy she always always managed to make you laugh and smile! If I were to do another sail I would demand for Darc to be by guide again!!!!!

We had a lot of young females on the ship , and she was part mother / babysitter , part cruise director , part cheerleader , part party planner and all leader. We were surprised to find out this mature and wise young lady was only 22 years old ! She was able to be inclusive with her itinerary for meals , excursions and clubbing. As well , she had a fantastic rappour with the crew. She made sure everyone was looked after and was having fun. An amazing young lady ! Thanks for a great tour , Busabout and Darcy !

The boat was family owned and had 3 family members on board who provided exceptional levels of service. The boat was meticulously clean, and the food was better than most restaurants we visited. The cook should be a professional chef the quality of food was that good. If I was ever to do another Busabout tour I would request this boat if possible, as I think I would be disappointed with anything other than the crew who served us with friendly smiles and gracious hospitality. We were disappointed the tour ended as we felt we were saying goodbye to family.

She also showed pure dignity and strength when some of the guests proved to be incredibly immature and nasty. All the while she ensured the rest of us were minimially impacted by such drama and that we had the most relaxing and exciting week possible. I'll miss seeing her cheeky smile everyday!

From the moment i stepped on board and met darcy i knew i was in for one of the best weeks of my life! Being a guide would be tough, considering all the challenges of dealing with 29/30 drunken people…From the moment i stepped on board and met darcy i knew i was in for one of the best weeks of my life! Being a guide would be tough, considering all the challenges of dealing with 29/30 drunken people for 8 days in a row, but darcy's bubbly personality and ability to always turn a night into a good one honestly made it push right up there with the best weeks of my life!
the challenges that we faced on our boat were some never seen before in a croatia sail and the way darcy dealt with them, and used them to grow us as a little family is something only she would have been able to do.
Darcy made my week unforgettable and, i can honestly say that she's someone i could easily catch up with outside of her 'work'.
Saying all this she gave her all, every day. she was getting woken up at 3am by our rowdy group getting home from the clubs, but still manage to be there bright an early for breaky with the biggest smile on her face. She knew her information about each island which was so interesting to hear considering if i came to croatia alone i wouldn't of gone to majority of the places we went to during the week!
She was able to help us find anything we asked for on the islands and made sure we were all safe at all time out on our own!

The whole thing went really well - they have great staff and work with decent operators. Sail Croatia is essentially a party tour but you can make it what you like. The accommodation is fairly basic but you don't spend much time in your room. Breakfast and lunch were good quality, using local recipes and cooked onboard. Dinners we usually went out as a group and ate. If you wanted to do your own thing that was totally fine. Our guide Darcy was fantastic - she always filled us in on the options for the day at each port, came out to meals with us and would join in the partying despite having to be back on duty the next morning. She had heaps of knowledge about the places we visit and helped bridge the culture between kiwis/aussies and the locals. From what I understand all the busabout guides are pretty drilled like this but we were especially lucky as Darcy was so personable and helpful.

She remembered everyone's name within the first half an hour (35 people too!). You can't fault her enthusiasm and fun spirit. Just an amazing trip. Darcy made it 100%!!

Accomodation was what you'd expect on a small old boat but I wasn't there for a 5 star Cruise I was there to sail the coast of Coatia having laughs and drinking plenty. Loved it Recommend it to anyone a bonus having darc!
