From the very beginning, it felt less like travelling with a tour guide and more like travelling with an old friend.
Syphax was polite, humble, intelligent and incredibly knowledgeable. He made our entire family feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, while his fantastic recommendations for local food, places to visit and unique experiences made our trip so much richer and more authentic.
What really stood out was his genuine warmth and the care he took to make sure we had the best possible experience. He helped us discover a side of Morocco that we may never have experienced on our own.
We can’t recommend Syphax highly enough. He was a huge part of what made our Moroccan adventure so special, and we’re incredibly grateful to have had him along for the journey.
We can’t wait to go back and meet his family and see his village one day.

It was truly an experience of a lifetime!
Our driver / guide Syphax was well experienced and extremely friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Morocco’s history, culture, cities and all major Moroccan landmarks. He was always one step ahead in making sure that all his clients’ expectations were met. My wife and I connected with Syphax at a personal level and established a lasting friendship. Whenever we had to reach out to him for any questions during off hours, he was always available with an immediate response.
We truly enjoyed our time in Morocco and we would highly recommend the tour company, especially our guide Syphax.

Our driver and guide, Syphax, was an absolute delight!! Syhax spoke excellent English and was kind and considerate to us as two senior women travellers. We always felt safe. Syphax was not only knowledgeable about the country and its culture, he always answered our endless questions with patience and great humour. We travelled in a modern air-conditioned SUV. Syphax was an excellent driver even in the bedlam of some Moroccan cities.
We saw a lot of Morocco - Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Fes, The Sahara, Merzouga, Dades, Ait Ben Haddou, Marrakech and Essaouira. The local guides arranged in Chefchaouen, Fes, the desert and Marrakech were all top notch. We enjoyed a hands on cooking class in Fes and shared the lunch we had cooked with her family. We took a camel ride in the desert. So many fascinating experiences.
Accomodations in most locations were high quality with a couple of weaker ones.
In summary it was a great adventure!! Well planned and executed by the Best Morocco Tours team.

Zakaria was a wonderful driver and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. One of my favorite things was stopping for coffee along the way and having little interactions with local people. Those small moments ended up being some of the best memories of the trip. I’m usually not a big fan of large cities, but exploring Morocco’s medinas completely changed my mind. There was so much to discover, and every place had its own character.
We came for a week and left feeling like we’d experienced so much more than we expected. I’d happily recommend Best Tours Morocco to anyone planning a trip to Morocco!

Ismael did a great job organizing the tour and making sure everything went smoothly. Everything was well planned without making the trip feel rushed.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to discover Morocco. And if you’re lucky enough to have Syphax as your driver, you’ll be in good hands!

We also extended and had 2 nights in Fez again I would recommend this. There is a lot of time spent in the vehicle moving from place to place but with plenty of breaks and lots of music in our case.
Marrakesh, camel riding and night in Berber camp excellent. Fez and the Blue town definitely worth a visit. I would give Casablanca a miss although the ‘peoples mosque’ was well worth a visit.
The hotels/Riads were mainly very nice, clean and quirky. The staff were very helpful.
Food was very good, very large portions though, we started to share a main course.
Not a lot of alcohol in Riads, bring a bottle of duty free, easy to get sprite/coke etc.
The trip was well organised and Ismail accommodated our variety request. He always replied promptly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A special mention to Syphax our driver. He was extremely helpful, patient and great fun. He managed to put up with two 65 yrs old Scots woman and our singing. Thank you

We traveled through cities, mountains, gorges, a camel ride in the Sahara to see the sunset and a camp in the Sahara. We also had stops in Fes, Chechauen (the amazing Blue City), and Rabat, and Casa Blanca. Syphax helped us learn so much about Moroccan culture, history, architecture and geography.
If you can take this tour I highly recommend Syphax as your guide/ driver.

The riads selected for us were absolutely beautiful—authentic, comfortable, and full of charm. We especially loved the scenic stopovers along the way, which made the journey just as memorable as the destinations. Having a photographer, Syphax, join us was such a unique touch—now we have stunning photos to relive the experience.
One thing that truly stood out was our guide Ismail’s excellent English. Communication was effortless the entire time—he explained history, culture, and local insights clearly and engagingly, and we could easily ask questions or have meaningful conversations. Our guide and driver, Ismail, was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the long drives. He also knew the best places to stop for views, food, and local experiences. A photographer, Syphax, joined us during the trip and captured beautiful photos in some incredible locations, especially in the desert.
Before we parted ways in Marrakech, Ismail even treated us to chicken tangia at his favorite local spot, which was such a thoughtful and authentic way to end the trip. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Morocco comfortably and safely.
