Courtney is the best tour guide out! She knows everything about anything. Big thumbs up for Courtney, would go on another tour with her any day.

Lucky to have a fantastic group led by a great tour manager in Courtney.

She had great tips for each destination and provided a useful debrief using maps to point out key locations. Had some great ice breaker games to pass the time. Will never forget our wake-up song and theme song!! Made the trip even more fun!! Day sheets were great too and very handy!!
Was very knowledgeable about all cities and was able to answer braod range of tourist queries re: food, shopping, routes, prices, etc.
Accommodation & amenities were usually comfortable but other members clearly had issues with bed bugs which was only negative. Staff clearly did their best to maintain upkeep.
Bus driver Luis was exceptional and we hardly felt any bumps or constant braking! Much respect for reverse parking that behemoth of a bus!!
Was also lucky enough to celebrate my birthday on tour, an experience I will never forget!
Would 100% recommend to all mates keen to party hard but also soak in all the sights. #NoRegrets #ContikiDiki

She really truely got to know everyone, knew the ins and outs of …This tour is the most incredible experience and Courtney our tour guide was such a fab guide that made the whole trip so entertaining. She really truely got to know everyone, knew the ins and outs of all the cities while also showing us an awesome time. I was so lucky that it's snowed in multiple places along our tour and it was the most wonderful experience. All though I traveled with a friend, I rarely saw her because we had the best group that just gelled from the moment we got on the bus. Doing this tour has been the best experience of my life and have made so many friends along the way. I had some of the best times with my group and would say to do all the Me Time Optionals. It was my first time in Europe and my first big overseas trip and honestly it was the best decision I made! Thanks Courtney and Steve (our driver) for the most amazing 3 weeks, I can never truely thank you!

I went on a contiki tour with coxy in 2015, it was better than I could expected. Coxy could answer all of our questions and more, anything from where the toilets and atm's to the history of the places…I went on a contiki tour with coxy in 2015, it was better than I could expected. Coxy could answer all of our questions and more, anything from where the toilets and atm's to the history of the places we went which is why everyone was so spun out at the end when she told us it was her first tour!! Coxy is really friendly, out going and fun! Couldn't have asked for a better tour guide :)

And she killed it ,grabbed every uncomfortable , weird , and retarded situation by the balls and absolutely made every waking m…This was my first trip over seas and it was also Coxys first as a guide. And she killed it ,grabbed every uncomfortable , weird , and retarded situation by the balls and absolutely made every waking moment unforgettable. It would be a crying shame if you were to get anyone else but ol Coxy. All joking aside she was a great guide and had an answer for every question and a solution for all the doubts you have through out the trip.

We were Courtney's first tour group as she told us after our tour ended, she did an absolutely incredible job and had a solution to everything. As for myself, I was extremely sick and she took care of me without batting an eyelid. She is an amazing tour guide and I'm sure everyone who I was on a tour with could 100% agree. There's no way I wouldn't liked my first experience in Europe with another tour guide, words can't even explain how greatful I am for the effort she put into making sure everything was near perfect.

She took us to only the best places for drinks, food and shopping, she gave us the best advice when walking around on our own. She really did go above and beyond, and she might have been my first tour guide, but when I go on contiki again I will expect a pretty awesome guide like her!
She wasn't just a tour guide she made friends with us and always wanted to know more about us and our life! She really made the trip one to remember and I would do winter contiki again just to have her as my guide!
Absolute legend she is

The trip was great! The guide was awesome, really down to Earth and knowledgeable about the places we went and could tell she was very hard working. The coach was comfortable and taken care of the who…The trip was great! The coach was comfortable and taken care of the whole journey and the accomodation was pretty decent :) the other people on the tour were mostly crazy Aussies. I'm not sure if you can pick a more mellow tour group lol I think it's just pick of the draw with that haha. Europe was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend.
