She kept the whole grou…We enjoyed this tour and specially we have to thank the tour leader Stevie who gave us a running commentary when in the bus. She had a vast knowledge about the historic Greece. She kept the whole group of about 60 people sharing her knowledge.

The tour itinerary was just right, the tour guide was awesome w/ a lot of history info, driver was great & very safe. Hotel & breakfast/dinner choices were great but some of the rooms were a bit too warm cuz they turned off the AC & wasn’t cold outside yet. Some of the lunch choices were a little disappointing, 1st lunch wasn’t good & the cafeteria style lunch was ok but still not good for the price. If there was a place that have 2 or more restaurants so we can chose where & what to eat for lunch, or a restaurant with a larger menu & decent prices. Other than that, we enjoyed the tour & the history. Thank you
While the tours we did were excellent we had no idea distances would require such a long time in a bus. 3 hours of activity with 4-6 hours travel was unexpected. The overall experience was bad even thought communication with tour agency was great. This is a plan that contracts a hotel in the island of Paros. Here are the reasons I do not recommend this tour:

Hotel's staff is not well trained to deal with customers. An error was made with my reservation (We booked two rooms and received only one). I was told by hotel staff to show proof of the two rooms and I did. After I did I was told that was not their problem and I needed to contact the agency directly. They said all the issue was a to be cleared up by the tour agency and proceeded to provide no further help or customer service. I had to contact the agency and ask tat they called a local guide I had received the number for.
The hotel is very far away from the two main towns and there is not reliable taxi service on the island. If I was doing this again I would stay at Naoussa.
The hotel has a shuttle that goes to town 3 times per day but is also not reliable. In this town you have to make reservations to eat if you want to go to the best restaurants. We made one and asked for the shuttle service at 6:30PM. We were waiting for the driver and he did not show up. I went into reception to ask for help at which point they called the driver and he reported himself sick. There was no plan B, no apology. I asked for help with the reservation to see if the hotel staff could could and move it because I was going to be late and the answer was a very rude "You have to catch the bus". No further assistance was offered.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS unless you want to stay stuck at a hotel in the middle of nowhere with limited transportation and very junior trained hotel staff
