There were four in my family, oldest 78 and youngest 18, and we were joined by three Aussies and three New Yorkers. There were times it was a struggle so I recommend you pack lightly. There were a number of times lifting my suitcase up stairs while carrying my backpack was difficult and made me question why I needed so much stuff. The guides were all really good, caring and considerate. Using public transport presented challenges but enhanced our understanding of life in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
